Some end-users is receiving an error message "Failed to load person info.". Appears in most forms, such as:-New Service request, after specifying a customer-Customer -Supplier-Service contracts-Accounting proposal-Customer invoices Analysisand lots of other forms. The error message is not stopping, but is interfering with users.Could you please tell me the reason for this?

We noticed while configuring our certs for our mobile service that if we browse the website’s default page we just get the default IIS page - iisstart.htm.  We’d like to redirect this to another location such as the /ifsmobileService URL so as not to expose to the world that the website is running on IIS.Any recommendations on where to point this and could we cause issues with the rest of the apps?

We are on Apps 10, and just updated from Update 9 to Update 15.Within Enterprise Explorer when right-clicking on a Work Assignment and setting the Status to Work Started, this Clock In popup now appears (and for Work Done). It did not previously.We do not use clockings, in favour of manual Time Reports.How can we turn the Clocking dialog off for Work Assignment status changes within IFS EE?

Hi all,We're working on HR Assistant Configuration with IFSAPP10 in Aurena to create model's configuration. We found the New Employment Configuration (with the screen below)  But we don’t find the “Terminate Employment Configuration” and/or how to use it in Aurena. In IEE, we can use “HR Assistant Configuration” screen to configure a model and tu user him in the Terminate Employment with the “Select Configuration” field.  In Aurena, the “Select Configuration” field doesn’t exist in the “Terminate Employment” workflow.  So, to simplify, my question : is it possible to use the Configuration’s model in “Terminate Employment” workflow in Aurena ? And if yes, where can we fond and use it? Kind regards to everyone who look at this question ;)

Hi everyone,I am looking for a way to dynamically adjust the inspection levels of the orders where the performances of the product parts are used as reverences.The inspection level must be able to become stricter automatically or manually in the event of defects, and more flexible when a series of approvals takes place.Furthermore, there is a need to add standard operations when defects occur.Goal:-Tracking performance parts- (Automatic) shift of inspection levels- Action plan to deal with defectsAn attempt has been made to make this applicable via a control plan triggers and MRB-case, but the connection to the products does not succeed.Is there an alternative where this can be configured or is there a way to create this yourself in IFS?If anyone has any idea how I can set this up it would be great! Sincerely,Jey

We have one user who was personalizing his view of the General Queue in the web portal (Alliance 15) and is now getting the error below when opening this module. He can access it fine in the Astea Browser. Is there a way to clear the cache, deinstall, etc. in the web portal that would reset this for him? Or any other suggestions? 

We are using V15.4 and on the Contract Quotations and Customer Contracts OOS, I am not seeing the calculator next to the price field.  Is there a setting to show this or not?  I’m sure I have seen it in V15 before but today, creating several new quotes and contracts, I have not seen it at all.  It is always showing in V14.5V15.4... V14.5.. The billing is set to Lines Price, not fixed.Thanks, Chris

Hi,In Aurena when you go to ‘Customers - CRM’ ( Relationship Management > Customer Relationship Management > Customer > Customers - CRM) it is not editable. I know that it can be edited by selecting details as shown below. But if you go to Application Base Setup --> Enterprise --> Customer --> Customers it is editable as you can see below. Is there any reason for this?Thank you,Jinal

Hi All,We have a very strange case where data not loaded / very slow loading in “Terminate Employment Logs” just for 1 user. No impact on other users.This user always used to manage this data thru this window so it is not a data access or permission issue . I believe it is related to locking record issue because it is keep turning and waiting  …If I restrict the search just for 1 record , it will end up populating this record after 3-4 min … any suggestions will be much appreciated  

Community, I have an issue, after I reported the time in the time registration against a project, reported hours is not showing up in the project>Resource>Resource Planning tab. then I thought it could be the time reporting is not associated with resource ID, then i am trying to add the resource group onto my reporting line, but system is not able to accept it. wondering why? also, i go to line job details, cannot see the resource ID to be associated with.

Good day all,In the past we always used to have the ability to change taxes on the purchase order when needed for specific circumstances. It looks like this ability to modify has been (greyed out) and I cannot remove a line.Just curious if there have been recent changes or something im missing.My only known options are: - Set up a new tax code/structure that can be applied, however this removes the procurement teams flexibility.Thanks

Hello,We are running into an issue where job in completed status is disappearing as technician is switching the job status into completed. We usually see jobs in completed status on the Gantt chart (Purple Color coded) as our tech in the field complete out the job same day as shown below. When the Gantt chart in PSO was Healthy (Current Day): Now this is what we are seeing on the same day. A white/gray line divided throughout the shift on the current day and the job that should be in purple color (Completed status) no longer showing. Any information on how to troubleshoot this would be extremely helpful.Missing Completed Job showing White/Gray lines on the current day.

Journal in BO is not showing if Sales Quotation is created as in BO history tab in IEE. Neither is there a link to Sales Quotation as in IEE. We have Aurena version 10.11.Is this implemented in a later revision?

Hi I want to activate fix asset from manual supplier invoicebefore the fix asset has been set on “investment”After I have posted  ( posted auth) the manual supplier invoice with asset on code part object (see below)ENdly, I check , I can’t activate the fix asset  and see that user defined values are not automatically  fetched ( see below)I just see that the FA IMMO5 is hild from depreciation (see below).I don’t know why I can’t activate it Thanks a lot
