Hello, 

is there a way to update the customer category from Customer to End Customer? The option “Change Customer Category” is no longer an available option at this stage. This can happen if you would need to update the category (due to a mistake), but it does not seem to be possible anymore. Creating a new customer is not a great option in case transactions already exist. 

Please share your ideas and how you’ve solved this one, thank you!

Change customer category option is only available for Prospective and End Customer categories, not available for Customer category. In your scenario you can delete and re-create the customer if you don’t have any transactions in place.

thank you for your reply. Yes - this is what I was expecting and did not find a way to handle it. Deactivating (expiration date) the existing one with transactions and then creating a new one is not ideal for tracking, but I guess we have no other solution. Thanks for your input!
