In the request management, I added 3 services (request scope) in 1 request and added few tasks. I finished all the tasks. Now I am expecting my request to be completed. I was able to close 2 scopes but the middle one--I am not seeing Close option, it just has Cancel option.
I am not sure then how to complete/close my request. The request status is Started as of now.
