Hi All,

I received the following ORA error during delivery installation in IFSAPP10:

“ORA-29548: Java system class reported: release of Java system classes in the database (19.0.0.0.210420 1.8) does not match that of the oracle executable (19.0.0.0.220719 1.8)”

Even though the installation proceeded till 100%, the error was written in the error logs.

Could you advise the possible solution  to get the issue resolved.

Thanks

Hi Sobha,

This issue occurs due to a difference in Java version between the database and the IFS home.

Restore the database and create a ticket with CoS in order to get it fixed.
Just enter the same error message and also provide them with the Database host and service details.
They will get back to you when it's corrected.

Best Regards,
Sasika

Hi,

You are missing an Oracle patch from the database where your oracle_home contains a latest version of patch than the oracle database.  If you have access to the database server you can update your database with the patch available in oracle home without restoring the database.
