Dear all, do you know a way to setup dependencies to have the start and finish date of an activity equal to the start and finish date of another?In the example below, i need to have start and finish date of activity 02-60-30_ equal to activity 02-60-20_:The idea is to only move the activity 02-60-20_ when needed and have the activity 02-60-30_ updated in consequence. Thanks a lot for your help :)

We had a problem with a purchase order. The user made a mistake in entering the quantity and as a result the purchase order was for 12 million euros but he didn't see it and as a result the order was sent to the supplier by automatic mail.How could we avoid this case? Is it possible to have an alert before the automatic sending?For example, create an event that alerts us that the amount is very high and to check if it's the right amount. N.B: We wanted to know if there is an alert other than the authorizations. Is it possible in standard or we are obliged to make a specificationThanks.

Dear IFS experts,I hope I can find answer here. I have created a report based on data source “Tax Ledger Transactions”. Right now the report is designed that there are mandatory filters for company, year and accounting period. End user wants to extend it to have not mandatory filter for invoice date where you can filter between exact days.I have created two report book/parameters InvoiceDateFrom & InvoiceDateTo with the same item FACT_TAX_LEDGER_ITEM.INVOICE_DATE.And in design row/filter criteria I expected to add two filtersFACT_TAX_LEDGER_ITEM.INVOICE_DATE >= &InvoiceDateFromFACT_TAX_LEDGER_ITEM.INVOICE_DATE <= &InvoiceDateToThis is unfortunately not possible because when I add first parameter InvoiceDateFrom I am not able to add InvoiceDateTo. The possibility to add is greyed. (You can see picture with visual explanation)Thank you for your feedback.Pavel

Customer Order should be displayed with "Actions After Save" when you go to "Object Properties" (Log in to Customer Order screen -> RMB on the header and Go to "Object Properties"), as depicted in the screenshot in the attached. However, the "Customer Order" tab is not visible as expected when we log in to the "Object Properties" with a user's implemented permission set. Is there a way to figure out what permission is needed to change this behavior?

I have an IVR script that performs some data fetching from the user, then uses the ‘add to queue’ element. I’m looking to change how the queue functions (what messages play and add a request for input) once a caller is added to it. The documentation mentions that the standard queue can be configured in the contact centre unit voice settings, however the only seemingly relevant options I can see are about courtesy messages, no way to set what plays. The inbound number type is currently set to IVR.  Hopefully I’m not making some wrong assumptions on what I can do, any help appreciated.Thanks.

Hi…,My customer order continued 02 lines  -  01st line is in state of “Invoiced/Closed” -  02nd Line is in state of “Partially Delivered” - Therefore, the state of Customer order is “Partially Delivered”​​​​​​​** I like to know whether there is any method to cancel the 02nd line with the state of “Partially Delivered” and change the status of the Customer order to “Invoice/Closed” in IFS 08th version Thanks,Ishani

Hi all, we have a challenging problem, for creating a custom report we are trying to write a sql query that retrieves events with their custom values.We don't have a problem with custom string values or single select lookup.The problem is with multi select custom field values, that we want to retrieve as comma separated values (i.e val1, val2 etc)We were wondering if someone has some piece of code as an example that you can share with us thanks!

Hi!Question from a customer who is upgrading from APP9 to IFS Cloud. Is there a way to have the setting for Default Backflush ONLY to have affect in Shop Floor Workbench and NOT in Receive Shop Order manually?The background for this question is that the customer has developed a way to work for a specific flow (injection molding) in APP9 where it is possible to set the Default backflush setting isolated to SFWB (via RMB properties => Default values for Approve operations). They do not want it to be marked by default in Manual Receive Shop Order but I haven’t found a way to prevent this in standard IFS Cloud if the Default setting is marked. It is not possible to have the Reserved/Issue Method for the components set to manual since the material is in fact backflushed when the operation time is reported when they receive info from their MES regarding how many parts that have been manufactured (every 15 mins). It can take between 4-72 hours before the parts are being received into stock

The customer would drop all attachments in a SFTP folder in binary format, from where the files are to be picked up and then checked into document management (which is configured to be in the database).  Request for possible best methodology to do this integration. Are there any endpoints available in Apps10 version of application which can be exposed to customer where binary file can be send in?

Hello, I am setting up customer contacts screen in Aurena. I am attempting to organize the columns in a consistent way for the user using page designer. I have found that the ordering of the content in page designer works when i view the information in table view, but not list view in Aurena. How do you do this for the list view in Aurena?  Additionally, i’d like to select the default sort criteria for Aurena (similar to having a saved search in IEE with Sort criteria set on startup behavior). Is this available in Aurena? If not, when will this functionality be available? Thanks!Carrie

Hi,We created a command button called “Email Quotation” in the Sales Quotation window. Once the user presses the command button, the system will open up the new outlook mail attached with the relevant sales quotation report pdf. At the moment this is working fine (used “agentcall DownloadAndSend”) but the customer needs to get the e-signature into the new outlook mail. Is it possible to open up new outlook mail with a loaded e-signature in Aurena? Please see the below screenshots of how this works in the Aurena application right now.  Also, I checked the formatted text in outlook mail. It's “Aa plain Text”.

I checked the docman_temp_path using cofiguration.xml and the mentioned folder is already in the correct location. can’t determine what is the reason for this issue. kindly, expecting a favourable response from you.
