Some of our users are getting a strange error when trying to RMB / Deliver on a Shipment.Has anyone seen this before or can provide any insight?  Looks like some kind of config tied to the employee (i.e. this works fine for some users but not others) and we’ve ruled out Permission Set security.ORA-20110: Voucher Type() is not related to function group (B) Apps10, SP9, using IEE. Thanks,Nick

Hello, We had to change the basic data for our internal supplier. In this case, 19060-KA used to be an internal supplier but is now just an external supplier.This had implications on our "Received - not yet invoiced" report as this receipt is now included in the report.Is it possible to use the Closed Date field to overcome this issue or does this lead to some other problems?Maybe there is a better way?Thanks,Golo

Hello fellow users,I’m in the process of setting up order points for a list of low cost items. I also want to include the max qty  (order-up-to-level) on the report for the buyers.I haven’t found a place for the MAX QTY to be entered, but there is a field labeled “Max Lot Size” in Inventory Part/ Planning Data tab.Does anyone know of another place to enter the MAX (order up to ) qty?

I have a request from our back office: is it possible to change the title (and possibly content) of the service order report e-mails sent by SAs (from mobile). We would like to include the TAG from the serviced product - this is a request from some of our large accounts that gets tons of reports.

IFS Cloud - I am looking at a request to have a Functional structure and also a Location structure for assets. My pre-conception was that a Location Structure is a different view of the same assets based around a concept of locations. However, this looks to be wrong.  What is the functional purpose and use of a Location structure, that cant be better served utilising the Functional structure , possibly with connections, using map positions etc.  My expectation is that this Location structure will not be visible on MWO as I have not seen it there before.  Any examples of using a Location Structure usefully will be much appreciated.

Hello, Whenever I create a PM action, My maintenance Plan does not generate automatically, nor when I click regenerate.I am creating my PM actions with and without a Work Task Template. I can create Work Orders, but if I try to create more than one, it uses the same date range as the first WO.Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you, Gen

I am trying to change the data source of a BIRT report (e.g. rptdesign file used by assyst Report Wizard) from our on premise database to the cloud Saas Database, I was using Database URL “jdbc:sqlserver://W-99999-D5E:1523;databaseName=PDRPSQGCG;”and the connection was working fine.But now I was told to use “jdbc:sqlserver://cac-99301-axios.secondary.database.windows.net:1433;database=99301;” as an example but it fails the connection. I tried various combinations but still no success.IFS Support was not able to help other than we were able to test the connection tot he database using SSMS so all indication points to the BIST data source to be incorrectly specified.Does anyone have the proper info to setup the the connection?

We ship/deliver both inventory and non-inventory parts on the same order.  If we reserve a non-inventory part, is there a way to unreserve it?  We seem to be able to unreserve the inventory part, but not the non-inventory parts.

Apps10 UPD12For a customer order line for which the Sales UoM = kg and the Customer ‘s UoM = lb, what controls the number of decimal places displayed for the Customer Sales Qty? In the order lines below, why is the Customer Sales Qty showing up to 25 decimal places? Is there any way possible to limit this to 1 decimal place?The Qty Calc Rounding for the inventory part connected to the sales part = 1.In the Sales Part Cross Reference, the Sales UoM = kg, the Conv Factor = 0.45359, the Invert Conv Factor = 1, and the Customer’s UoM = lb. 

Hello All,  APPS10  I would like a HR employee to be able to modify all other employees in their site absence records, and time clock registration records, however I would not like them to be able to modify their own time/absence records.  How do you exclude their own employee information when granting access with HR Access Roles?  Thanks. 

When you are in work task template there are two fields available that both are called “Created by” and gives different search results. When using advanced search i can see that one is connected to “CreatedById” and one to “DoneBy”. This makes me confused since i cant find information about “DoneBy”. I think this is difficult to understand and very confusing for customers.1. Using search condition “created By” that is connected to CreatedById2. Using search condition “created By” that is connected to DoneBy
