HiWe get the following error on the Project History Info → Summary → Revenue after we added custom fields.  In this screenshot RR Actual is a custom field, just a simple persistent number field. The field itself has no select so it cant be failingIs this an error or is it simply not intended for new fields to be added here?Best Regards

Hi All,In my case, employee register their project wise time through time registration window.When time registration is authorized, project transaction is created under TIME project code. It records only time figure but no costing figures.If I RMB on the record, go to posting there are two valid records. But there is no amount. There is not any voucher created for this record.My requirement is to add employee costing figures to application. Where do I enter those costing figures. Can I use Standard Cost window?If I put costing figures somewhere, will it create a voucher when time registration is authorized?Any help document for this requirement?Regards,Malinda 

Hi All, I am experiencing a strange problem in Expense sheet and in the E voucher created in relation to that. The company’s Accounting currency is EUR and it doesn't have a parallel currency. The expense is entered in SEK which has a currency rate of 10.84. Therefore when an expense is entered for 100 SEK and paid in EUR the equivalent amount in Pay currency is 9.22 (EUR) which is correct.  However the domestic amount which should also be in EUR has a different amount (1,084.21)  As you can see the value entered in SEK has reverse calculated the amount for EUR.  Had anyone experienced this? Kind Regards,Antony

Hello. Has anyone in the community had success using the dbArchive tool to archive and/or delete large numbers of events? We are currently investigating archiving in assyst, and we have about 1,400,000 events to either delete or archive. From our testing, it seems that the tool takes about 21 seconds per event, which would mean archiving the required events in our database would take months. We posed a question to IFS support about how to increase the speed or archiving, but they were not able to provide any guidance. 

Hi Team,After connecting to VPN , some users are getting below error which block them from connecting to IFS. These users always used to connect without any issue to IFS.Any idea how to solve it ? 

I am trying to create a Report Rule for ORDER_QUOTATION_REP but the field I want to use is not available. MARKET_CODE is available on the SALES QUOTATIONS screen but not in the ORDER_QUOTATION_REP view. How can I add this field? Should I use IFS Developer Studio? Are there other ways to add fields?Thanks,   

After archiving the table where we can see the archive data.

We are trying to setup the scenario where the customer reference in the Customer Order needs to be different as the Customer Reference on the Customer Invoice.     We have 2 addresses setup on our Customer.  One is the default delivery address and the other is the default document address.   We have a default e-mail comm method per address.  When the order is created the customer reference is correct and the delivery address and document addresses are correct too.   Problem is when we create the invoice, the Invoice has the correct document address but the incorrect customer reference.  Is the only way to correct the default customer reference on the invoice is to use a custom event?

Under EDM Repositories in Apps 9, we use a wildcard * for the Document Class.This wildcard isn’t honored when I uplift this setup into Cloud, nor can I save a repository in Aurena if it has this wildcard.We have nearly a hundred document classes but exactly one document repository. Is there a way to avoid duplicating the EDM Repositories setup across all our document classes?

Hi All,I'm receiving below error when I run the "Payment in Full” process. When I investigate this further, I found that employee 2020054 is already terminated on 10/20/2022 and that employee has unpaid expense sheet on 10/14/2022. What are the alternatives I have to fix this issue?  Regards,MalinG

Is there any Mixed payment templates or pre-population of fields in that transaction? Looking at ways of making sure specific bank transactions are coded correctly out with having an external note of correct coding

I confess my Custom Field experience is limited so I am hoping someone can help.I want a Custom Field on the Service Quotation Header that pulls the Total Cost from the Service Quotation Totals Tab. When I do the Select Statement in Sql query it returns what I am expecting but in the Custom Field I get a bind error. Can someone please advise what I have done wrong? Select Statement:Select total_cost from service_quotation_totals_uiv where quotation_no =: quotation_no thanks,   

HiI have an issue where I can select the authorization routing template on a PO in our TEST database but the option is greyed out in PROD. All permissions are exactly the same and the PO details are exactly the same in both environments. Can anyone suggest something I am missing?Thanks

 In cloud , Field "Remark" is Available on "Work Task" →"Additional Info", but it is not available on "Work Task" Line in "Prepare Work Order" Page. Hope that RnD can add it for Cloud as it is available in Apps 9 and 10. Please see the attached pictures.Case : CS0099191 has also been created for this issue.

I have a problem, when user is triggers sql event action and I don’t have problem when other users or admins trigger the same sql event action.User doesn’t has permission to function in SQL event action, but does he need it?I wondering who is executing sql event action: &AO or user?

Hi all, Currently we have a client that has some pretty complex shift requirements. We have tries to generate the shift patterns using requirements and rules, but have not really got close to the shift patterns required. Having looked into background shift generation, it only works on a set amount of days, but this won’t work due to the shift patterns being different lengths (9 weeks, 8 weeks, 6 weeks and 4 weeks). Has anyone come across a problem like this before and been able to resolve it without using manual Rota generation ?

Hi, When an IMO has material status >= Ship list Open OR >= Pick list Open OR = Pack list Open  the ‘add’ button on IMO is disabled, so you cannot add extra lines and create an second ship, pick of pack list for the new added product. Is it possible by default to add new lines after ship,pick of pack list is open. In v10 it seems it was possible to do this.Can this be a change request if its not possible?Or can this process explaned why this is designed compared with v10.  We are on Version 15.3.4(5) Thanks.Robin

IFS Apps 10.Charges on Supplier for Purchase Part not included in the Part Cost if any option is selected in Distribute Charge ByExample:Distribute Charge By = NULLCost Calculation RunStd Lot Size = 10. Purch Charge on Supplier = 1000/10 = 100.00Change to Distribute Charge Per AmountCost CalculationPurchase Charge on Supplier disappears.This means we cannot use the Distribute Charge By options without the Part Cost being incorrect.Has anyone else come across this?Kind regards,Graham

Hello, In the supplier invoice there is a filed called “Automatic Payment Authorization”. When an invoice is created this field has the same value has the same field in the the Supplier → Invoice → General tab. The description of the “Automatic Payment Authorization” field in the supplier invoice indicates “...the suggested authorization level for individual invoices can be changed manually.” But I did not succeed to change the value of this field. This field takes always the same value as same field in the Supplier → Invoice → General tab. Any idea how to update the “Automatic Payment Authorization” field in the supplier invoice ? Thank you
