Disable Pop-Up recalcualte prices

Hi,

 

Is it possible to disable below pop up when fulfilling a Activity on service order and duration not match completeion time minus Start Time?

 

 

We on 15.3.05

Hi Robin,

Be aware that it also recalculates the duration based on whether you changed the start or end time of the labor activity so it is not just prices involved. Duration of course affects pricing but I am concerned you may do reporting on actual time spent for financial profitability.

Change duration, it will recalculate (or attempt to) adjust the end time of the activity if that is not in the future.

Change the start or end time, it will recalculate the duration.

If you are reporting on how much effort your agents took (duration) for labor costing, not having this pop-up will cause the duration not to align with the actual recorded times.

Hi Robin,

I am not sure why you would not want this option question to appear?  I am checking with one of the business consultants to see if there is a setting to disable this check warning but I don’t think so or at least cannot find one.

For fix price activities we do not have to calculate prices. And the pop up is annoying.

Hi Phil,

 

Yes i am aware of that, and we also reporting on the effort of our agents.

But i was more looking for a Field in Workflow(Service) that it always calculate the duration and/or time without having the popup.

I don't know why the option No is availabele in the popup, i think it should always be recalculate the duration and price.
