Greetings, IFS communityI have created a Custom Logic Unit and a Custom Tab.The right page appears when I log in to IFS using my AO user ID.  For more information, please refer to the screenshot below.   The server cache has been refreshed, and the layout of the page has been updated.  Why is the reason that the users has different view of the page custom logic unit .I do not know what else do I need to refresh to make the regular IFS users to see the same page as when I login into IFS using AO user ID. What am I missing ? Thanks,JL

Community, Wondering how to resolve this issue.attached the screenshot on a PO, 2 Receipt Match supplier invoices are completed, but if you noticed the second supplier invoice PO 10115661 DEPOSIT CLEARING 2, it is invoiced $14850, but the window Invoiced Purchase Order window shows really matched $32175, now we still have a remaining invoice, and seems like we don’t have amount to match.Thank you.

We have several documents stored in the database.Like this mailMail stored in the db with the consultant name Sebastian Zecho in itUsing the Standard Application Search, I can see that the necessary Search Domains are activeDocumentContent Search Domain As well as all other document related search domains  But in the end, the search only displays a value for a certain document revision where you got the Name in the DocumentObjectConnection Search Domain. And I do not even get where this entry comes from as I am not able to find it. Seems like a mix between the mail object description and the title of the document revision As I can see from here on the DEV and even on the customer environments, this logic does not seem to work. Even though nothing is displaying an error. No Background jobs are failing. Seems to happen for all sorts of documents.  Any ideas on that?Kind regardsTobias

I’m trying to add document text for purchase parts and supplier parts. But for some reason that RMB option for Document Text is disabled.What rights am I missing ?

But having looked the responses it doesn’t appear that was for the latest IFS version so I cannot find the page specified in those answers. I want to delete original Object Group, but I have this error:“The Fa Object Group is used by 1 rows in another object (Fa Ogrp Met Per Book)”There is no object created yet, and I don’t know what I have to do because “Fa Ogrp Met Per Book” doesn’t mean anything, and there is no menu with “Book” or “Ogrp” when I use the search bar…And no, Ogrp is not an error, it’s exactly what is written…Thanks a lot

Hello,I have a question in regards to logic behind FSM skills.In FSM, when scheduling a task through the Book Appointment process, the system ensures that the resource that gets committed to the task, has the required skills to perform the task.Sometimes it is necessary to skip the Book Appointment process and instead, manually assign or commit a technician to a task.  How can we have FSM prevent the user from manually assigning (committing) a technician that doesn't have the required skill or their skill has expired?

Good afternoon, I created a PL/SQL script in order to send emails to IFS users who have there password expiring within 7 days.Now what I dont know, is where in IFS can I save this code, to be able to run it daily?Basically like a quick report we create a scheduled task, but in this case it’s a procedure to send emails, which would also have a scheduled task? Related to this, is there a way to bypass the MAIL SENDER context type, which is set to PLAIN TEXT, and send only these emails with HTML code? Thanks in advance,Carlos Mendes

Community, Wondering any tricks for PMRP. We are on APP10 Upd 9. I created a simple project with only one activity (its finish date is far away in Dec this year), then in this activity demand tab, i entered the Misc Demand a manufactured part. then i run the PMRP, I wish PMRP could like what we do in MRP, drill down to the bottom and have all the demand created with supply, but it only generated the current level, the top part shop order requisition, then nothing at all.the BOM is a simple BOM, just 2 levels, this part is a multi-site part, top part is manufactured in one site, and the kid is manufactured in another site, both sites are included in the site list of the project. anything I missed? why PMRP is not drilling down? thank you.

Hi,Good Day.When creating a company using STD template on App10, the below error is coming.“ORA-20110: Resource.COMPSTRUCTEXIST: The default Resource Structure TESTXIT for the company cannot be created because there already exists a Resource Structure having the same Resource ID.”(SS) This is the company Resource Structure.  Tried to connect a resource and update the company, but error was still available.Kindly Assis on the above. Thank you.Best Regards!

Hi,We are getting a few users where Alliance has stopped working for them and all the usual tricks have not fixed the issue (clearing temp folders, deleting the files from %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Astea), so finally they have uninstalled Alliance which used to be the final fix but we are finding that some of them are unable to complete the installation fully. They have tried on IE11, Firefox, Edge, Edge in Internet explorer mode and even in one case changing their PC and still not able to install Astea Alliance.It is very possible that this follows the installation of recent Windows updates so I was wondering if anyone has seen similar issues and if they have figured out a way to deal with it?ThanksDesperate Chris

But the information I got from here didn't work for me or I couldn't. I updated the system parameters value. “Base path for Report Designer graphics on the application server”  For your evaluation; folder path and image file  IFS Report Designer and Set Background Image  Xsl View of the ReportBackground Image Path (everything seems fine)As I understand it, and probably "/report_designer_graphics/" will be replaced by our path above.  As a result, the background of the report has not changed. I have reviewed it many times; I don't know where I am doing wrong.  Regards,Barış
