Hi community,I have a technical question regarding Beneficiary Name tag (<CdtTrfTxInf> <Cdtr> <Nm>). In BACS payments, the Beneficiary Name field is 18 characters. However, supplier name is longer than this. Has anyone managed to reduce IFS supplier name to 18 characters? Please see Beneficiary Name field in below link. Commercial Banking Online Support Centre (lloydsbank.com)ThanksFurkan

Is there a setting to automatically allocate a addres ID when creating a new address at customers/suppliers in Aurena? We now have to define it manually (which seems ok during the configuration), but once we are live this seems pointless to manually have to set a address ID.

Is it possible to set up a user so they can only receive Non Inventory Sales Parts and No Part PO’s

Only EN language is available on DEV environment in buildplace inspite of many languages is enabled.

Hi All.Could someone explain how may I use the N/A option in the survey Yes/no type of question?I’m trying to figure out how to use it and also it would be great if the user has a thrid option to check like N/A.I have a survey that has a couple of question that sometime may be applicable but some times not. For this case, the third option N/A could be available for the user but he/she needs to choose “no” and write like N/A in the remark field.I know It’s possible to use the multiple choice with the 3 options (yes, no and n/a) but it takes more time than the yes/no question. Br.Lopes

HiWe are building our onprem touch apps server to move away from the ifscloud solution for Apps 9 that is being retired in March. The onprem touchapp server previously had the ScanIT 2.1.4 app deployed to it but the version we are using on ifscloud is 2.1.7. Is there anything I need to be aware of before I deploy 2.1.7 to the onprem server?  Will it update or remove any data in IFS?  Do I need users not to be using Scanit through the cloud?  Anything else you can think of?I also have apps that havent been deployed at all to the on-prem server.  Can I just deploy these with no impact to the users currently using them through ifscloud? thanksGraeme

Version 22.2.1I have an operation for which no signoffs are required on a subtask. In Card View, though, there are icons that can be misinterpreted that a sign-off is required. Why are these visible?

How was it possible the skip first row when transferring CSV-file with external file / voucher assistant? It was some setup in External file template, but can remember it. We are using Apps9.

Hi Experts,Quite a trivial question. When we upload files to the image library where are these stored? In a cloud hosted system are these stored in the attachment blob container? Or is it some other database table? Cheers,Miraj

There are some custom fields in our mWO solution. I noticed that for standard available fields the following may be in place with regards to visibility:So there is JSON coding that shows or hides the complete content if the CustomerName is NULL.Very nice indeed. But what about custom fields? If I try to make the same JSON setup I'm not allowed to:There is only Yes/No/Default as a selection criterium. Is there something special I must do to make this Visible parameter allow JSON code?Maybe I have to wait for a newer version of IFS?

I wanted to update the Case Priority in the LCS Portal and im unable to do it, I have used the old LCS Portal and updated the case priorities and im unable to do it in the new portal.

Hi,I have been through the community and can see posts relating to IFS Apps, but nothing much around PCI Compliance and FSM.I am being asked internally if FSM (current version is 5.7u11, and FSM6) is compliant with PCI v4.0 and if any assessments have been completed. If there has, is there a certificate that can be shared. If not then is that in the timeline to be completed? As a company we do a small amount of transactions via the FSM UI which calls a direct integration api, and we store the response into database. Our internal security team are specifically looking at that transaction with regards to the scope of PCI. Ady

What are differences between IFS Cloud and IFS Aurena? Is IFS Cloud a feature or a version`s name? When we have IFS Aurena it is mean that we have IFS Cloud too?How to get some information about IFS Aurena? (Features vs. IFS Application,...)Is it a recommended method to migrate from IFS Application to IFS Aurena/Cloud?For further information: We have already used IFS Application and after noticing that this version will be Expired in the next two years, we want to migrate to Aurena or Cloud Version.

Hi All,We got the error ‘domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE’ when we click on the finish button of ‘Create Document Assistant’. There were a few background jobs that kept executing for a long time. I had to stop them and dropped all DOCMAN search domains and rebuilt them as mentioned in the below post and Error: "ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE"Now we can create documents using ‘‘Create Document Assistant’ but I noticed a few things which I need your opinion on:Search Domain synchronization has been set for every 30 mins and the ‘DocumentContent’ task takes more than 20 mins to complete (go to Ready status). Do I need to change the frequency of this scheduled task? for example every day at 00:00 Noticed that rebuild scheduled tasks are no longer active, do I need to enable them? What is the best frequency to rebuild this rebuild application search indexes? I really appreciate your valuable suggestions and opinion on this.Thank you in Advance.
