Dear All, I am in a situation where I want to automatically be informed when remote warehouses need to be refilled.To do so I have define my Remote Warehouse as a putaway zone, I have created a Remote warehouse parts assortments with refill order point and refill to qty with Refill source = inventory. The remote warehouse planning is ok. On site level I have set Transport Task automatic consolidation by multiple parts. So when I now run the ‘Refill all putaway zones’ it auto creates my transport task to move the goods from my main warehouse to the remote warehouse. So far so good. But now: actually I do not want to use a Transport Task but rather a Shipment Order. As indictaed on the “About Shipment Order” help page. Transport Tasks are good to move stullwithin the 4 walls of your building. Now I have a remote warehouse (the definition of remote being= not within the 4 walls of my building :-)), so I would like to use the shipment flow that is available in the Shipment Order process to

Hi,I use a DEV environment in IFS Build Place. I expanded its lifespan several times (it seems its age is about 90 days).Now when I try to go to the welcome page of the environment, my browser shows an error about SSL certificate, it seems the expiration of SSL certificate on AP server. Is it possible to solve this problem?Any information will be appreciated.Thank you.Best regards,Kazu

When We try to login IFS Cloud getting following error , Environment expires on 19th Aug  but certificate already expired.Please let me know if you have any information on this error.

This questions were raised by a customer. Could anyone provide answers or solutions for the below questions ? Currently customer is using FSM 6u16, and is planning to upgrade to FSM6u19 (latest as of now) by end of August and FSM6u19 supports  "Any device running iOS 11 through iOS 15 (including iPadOS) is supported." 1) As you know apple will release iOS 16 in September, And I see FSM6u21 will be release in October, assume this FSM will support iOS 16?2) If we are in FSM6u19 and our iOS devices get updated to iOS16 (since we cannot control the update on our tech mobiles) will FSM iOS app will work (certain features/or will crash) ? 3) Will we get a hotfix iOS app for FSM6u19 to support iOS 16?

Hi All,When we do Data Migration using old Data Migration tool, we create legacy data file structure based on the Migration job we write.For example assume we need to migrate Customers.In the csv file we define headers as CUSTOMER_ID, NAME,CUSTOMER_CATEGORY,DEFAULT_LANGUAGE etc. based on the DM job column order  and then fill data in csv file  accordingly.Based on new tool ‘Data Migration Manager’ documentation, it looks like we do not need to do this anymore. Instead we can export legacy data into csv files as it is in the legacy system  and then import them into IFS Data Migration manager. After the import it looks like we can map legacy data into target tables as we require.We can also use dblink in order to map legacy data tables into target tables as well. Could someone explain and confirm if my understanding is correct?

Hi, we are using V14.5We have a user with a 400 line contract, that has just invoiced this month before realising someone had added some products to it, affecting their price, plus adding an interim.  Result is that their latest invoice includes the interim plus an inflated price that they cannot charge to this customer.So I am looking for a way to cancel or back-off this invoice, remove the extra charges from the contract, then invoice again, the normal amount for this month.We cannot use an interim because interim invoices do not include the Items from the contract and the customer is not happy to accept an invoice unless they can see which products were sold on which Installed items.I tested with Customer Credit Notes too but although I can see the credit shown in the Invoice logs, I cannot seem to them invoice the credited amount again in the contract.I guess I am looking for a contract equivalent on the Credit and Adjust for Service Orders.Can anyone suggest some ideas please?Than

When is support for iOS 16 expected in the FSMi solution?

In Aurena under our Business Opportunities page, the user is able to click on an arrow beside one of the Business Opportunities listed and the Lines will expand out (nested display). I noticed that it calls the API that pulls Active lines for a specific business opportunity but it does not filter the Active Revision so the display shows duplicated lines since it is pulling from ALL revisions. Is there a way to fix this where it only chooses 1 revision to display?

Currently when we click “Start Production” on shop floor workbench it defaults to eastern time, is there a way to change this to pacific time? 

Is there a way to automatically attach a document from Sales Basic Data/Order Type to a customer Order?  Any customer order line where I use a part attaches as expected, but not when the order type is entered into the customer order header.  Is this possible to do?  Either with a customization or standard functionality in IFS9?Thank You

I am using IE to create Lobby Elements for Aurena.  I am trying to create a Lobby Element for Active Work Orders that are 90 days or older.  The Actual Start date field in IE is REAL_S_DATE.The Actual Start Date field in Aurena is RealSDate In IE, on the Data Source Designer, I can set up Condition to beREAL_S_DATE < to_date ('#NOW#', 'YYYY-MM-DD-HH24:MI:SS' ) -90and it works in IE.  If I try to create the Lobby Element for Aurena using the same Data Source, I get an X.  How do I set up the Condition for Aurena?  Does the field name need to be changed to match the one is Aurena?  How do I search for Work Orders that are 90 Days or older on the Active Work Order screen in Aurena?Is this correct? Thanks,Gregg

Trying to change Priority on a Customer, we find that it gets reset to its previous value upon saving. This applies to both Astea Browser and Employee Web Portal - in our live envronment and UAT.No problem changing this on Contracts, Installed Items, or Service Orders, though

I am trying to understand where or how Aurena is deciding what to show in the search header fields.The reason is because I am trying to get the “Customer Name” search field to show up in the Business Opportunities search header and it is not in the “More” drop down menu.There is no actual column for the “Customer Name” in the business opportunity view. The customer name only shows up in IFS IEE Business Opportunity screen because it is a built in field that uses a function to retrieve the information.Is the only way to get a “Customer Name” search header field is to create it as a custom field in the Business Opportunity view? and if so, where do we find the section in Aurena that allows us to change the labels for these search header fields?Thanks for your help.

Greetings, IFS Community! Can HTML be used inside an ACTION TYPE email? => PLSQL can be used to accomplish this task. <=   However, my question is more focused on whether or not the EMAIL ACTION TYPE is capable of accomplishing this task.   As an example, the screenshot below shows the https or URL where user will need to click:  Is it possible to replace the entire URL with the word "MRB CASE" using HTML in order to hide the entire URL using the EVENT ACTION type EMAIL?
