Voucher Template

Thanks so much. I have access rights and can see it.

Is there any training manual on how to create a template and then how to execute it. Would be great if you can assist.

Glad I could help.

To create the template, you add a new record, add the dates where the template is valid from and to (it can be far into the future if it’s not planned to be expired). Add the posting rows and all the detail to the template.

Then when you create a new voucher, you go to Voucher, and select New Voucher:

There you can choose to select the template from the following command:

Hello, 

I can’t seem to find the “use voucher template” option once i am on a manual voucher creation window. I created the template with postings but no such option appears as in the screenshot posted here.

Do you have any advice as to why it does not show ?

Please follow the path.

• Accounting Rules

• Voucher

• Manual Voucher

• Voucher
• New Voucher

And if you have the access rights it comes up at the point “Voucher Posting”. Please see below screen shot. This is IFS Cloud by the way.

If that option is not there check with the IFS administrator to grant you access.
