I am trying to add a custom field to the page Handling Units in Stock, however the entity for the page, HandlingUnitInStock, does not show up in Entity Configuration.  Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.  TIA

Hi, I have an issue in IFS CLOUD 22R2. In Human Capital Management/HCM Services/Employee Management/Employee File, when we select the Compensation we get a Server Error. Hi I have read this, but have a slightly different problemUndo Delivery of Customer Order Line with Supply Code of Service OrderI have a WO with a Connected Customer Order on the CO information tab and the order type Normal OrderIf I create a Invoice PreviewAnd approve it the lines are added to the existing Customer order The lines are added in status Released but my problem occurs when the lines have been delivered/ invoiced.So If I then want to revoke approval (which I need to do to create credit lines) on the Invoice PreviewI get this error in the background.If the customer order lines where invoiced the same error would occur but would be “The operation "SetCancelled" is not allowed for Customer Order Line objects in state "Invoiced".      And if I try to undo the delivery I get this error Does anyone know of a way to get around this?

I am trying to use the Data Migration Manager tool to load our HR data. I used the template as an example and I am currently trying to load the COMPANY_PERSON Target Table. COMPANY_PERSON has a reference to COMPANY_EMP. I tried loading a couple of records through COMPANY_EMP, but when I did that, COMPANY_PERSON returned the message from the Deployment Container that the Employee already exists. For the next attempt, I disabled the reference to COMPANY_EMP and tried to load the COMPANY_PERSON record directly. Now I am receiving the following error:Method NEW failed : ORA-20105: AccessAttribute.NO_ACC_TO_PERS_MOD: Insufficient access rights. You cannot modify Pers data for the person 2390.I did not make any modifications to the NAME or FREE_FIELD(s), and only added the data for the required fields like Internal Display Name. Any idea why I am now seeing this error when I can create the PERS data using PERSON_INFO and the 2 PERSON_INFO address tables?

I Need a Quick Report for Paid Supplier Invoices that shows Paid status and the date it was paid? I’m using INVOICE_LEDGER_ITEM_SU_QRY as my base view but it does not show “Date Paid”. Is the an API method to Get the paid date or is there another view I should be using? Thank you,

Hello,I have a problem: I have two outside operations in my shop order. I split each operation into two. Then, I received the first three lines ( I processed the first three purchase orders) and the lines closed.By mistake, I reopened the three lines from the "Report Shop Order Operation" screen. The three rows changed to "Partially reported" status and since then I can't close them. I tried to reopen the orders and close them again and it did not work. I have searched everywhere but with no result. The problem is that I can't receive the fourth line , I have an error message that says the first two lines are not closed. Thank you  

We’re getting this error when trying invoice a customer order. It only occurs for this customer. We are able and have been invoicing in USD for all of our other customers and their orders from our company 01. We even cancelled the original customer order, input a new order and tried to invoice the new order. We got the same error.  Any idea what is triggering this or how to solve it? 

Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to add more parents values in Business reporter to Enter Parameter Values. As you can see in my example now. If I want to choose department value, I need first choose parent value company. Based on choose parent value (Company) I get data for departments, but I would like to add one more parent parameter. But I am not confident how to do it.  

I have performed Group Consolidation a couple of times in App10 and was going to do the same in IFS Cloud.I have imported the reported balances, then I need to approve these as I have the following status i Journals Analysis.In App10, I then go to Reporting Status, choose the line and approve the reporting journals in the “Reporting Status per Reporting Entity” as below: I do not find the same in IFS Cloud: Has anyone encountered this and knows what I should do?

I’m creating new topic since existing solutions did not work for us.We have newly upgraded IFS Cloud 22R1 SU2 and some users gets Error: "No access; Your system administrator has not granted permission to complete that action"directly after login. If they press OK it seems to work fine.After some investigation, we found out that errors disappear if we grant “FULL” permission set to user and it will not show again even if we remove “FULL” permission set from the user until the user clear browser cache (!?). Any idea?  

Hi, we have received the below question from one of our customers. “In the cloud environment, I have to use a Service Account when I query the oracle database (IFSINFO).  When I try and query the COMPANY_PERSON view (or any other HCM View), I do not receive any data back, although I know that the system has data in it.  I assume that this has to do with HCM Access Setup.  I have a role defined, but since IFSINFO is setup as a Service Account, it doesn't have an underlying person record that I can associate with an Access Group.  What needs to be done to enable the Service Account to see records in the database for HCM related views and tables?  I see that I can change it to an End User, but I didn't want to change that in case it breaks something else in the configuration that allows for data access to the Oracle database.  Please advise.” Please guide on how this can be achieved. 

Looking to adjust the manufacturing lead times manually in IFS. Inventory part planning parameters doesn’t have the field and the manufacturing tap will not allow manual entry. Has anyone updated the manufacturing lead-times manually for planning purpose? 

Hi, Does anyone know what the task (job) “Complete DP Data Refresh” functionally does and if it is an essential task to routinely schedule for a live running demand planner client? I have a demand planner manual that details the available demand planner tasks however it does not disclose the specific actual actions that are carried out by “Complete DP Data Refresh” task and the impacts/changes they have on the client. Thanks

Has anyone made a configuration where clicking a custom button starts a workflow (i.e. Custom Event that triggers the workflow)? In Apps10 Aurena I have used custom buttons to start custom events which execute a PL SQL block, but now in Cloud I tried the same with a custom event that calls a Workflow. Unfortunately I get an “internal server error”. The log console says:ERROR - UNEXPECTED: (Server Error) Unexpected internal server error occurred.Any tips on this would be appreciated!

Do we have a way to limit print agent log file (printagent.0.log) size?For example, if it's 100MB, then new file should be created and log there.Print agent service should not restart at this step of switching to a new file.
