can you post a screenshot here, please?

Online documentation is translated to German only (I think due to legal requirements). Other than that, it’s only available in English. Field descriptions within the application should be available in French though.

OK, we are talking about the same page. Unfortunately, it isn’t available in French. English is the main language.

that is correct.

The field descriptions and help texts (what is this etc.) exist also in French, Spanish etc.

But not the help page (online documentation).
