UOM and upgrade 12.5 to 15.2 - serialized products

We use custom UOMs in Astea - to harmonize with ERP and national conventions. Almost all our products have UOM Stk. If we now try to do any changes to a product that has Serialization = Always we get the following error when trying to do any changes to the product:

Customers - trees with more than 100 nodes cannot be displayed - v15

Hi allWe have one customer with more than 1200 sites. In v12.5, we could scroll through the organization three,m but v15.2 plain refuse to show anything. Any way to get around this?

Payslip - Report Expiry Date

In report definition the Payslip has a Default Life Time set of 0 days, but as you can see in Report Archive the Expire Date is well over 5 years : Any ideas on why this is happening?

Attribute on GL Balance Analysis Screen is Empty

Hi,Customer’s finance team had noticed an issue on the GL Balance Analysis screen where the Attribute Selection fields are empty for Consolidated companies. The Attribute is a valid selection in the Business Reporter tool so we know there is an established relationship between the GL Balance set to the Reporting Entity. Please advice if it is a configuration issue from the customer’s end so that we can make the change in our system.Please find screen captures of the issue below. “Budget” will populate in Business Reporter without data. Hello, The customer wants to change the sequencing of the lines in the customer order. For example, if we start with the line 10, is it possible that the second line has a number 20 then 30 ... (a step of 10)?Thank you in advance.

Address Update error v15.2 - GIS issue

Updating an existing address does not work:Current address Zoom in and change house number Upon save it changes back: The workaround is of course to create a new address, but it is a bit cumbersome.I also tested this in our UAT - and if I deactivate GIS it works (but we need GIS).

Custom Form drop down list

I have created a new custom form in IFS 10 UPD 3 and I can query for records. When it returns multiple records, I get the standard drop down arrow to allow me to choose the record I want. Is there a way to change the information that appears in the drop down list for me to choose records?

Prevent Over Receive of Shop Order

Hi All, I am attempting to prevent a user from over receiving a shop order qty that is greater than the completed qty on the operation steps. I have tried using Milestone Operation (on the first Op step) and also tried setting Operation Over Report to Not Allowed. However, I am still able to shop order receive over the amount that has been reported on the actual operation steps. Is there a way in IFS to prevent this behavior? Thank you!

customize "buttons"

Can we Customize the “buttons” in our UI’s ?As an example: in Internal Material Order you have to click ship to ship the material. But therfore you have to click the 3 dots and godown the list to select ship.It would be much more efficient if our employees could push a Ship button immediatly.(in v10 they can go on with right click, which does not work in v15)

Map Positions as GIS Connection

Hello all,is it wise to configure IFS Cloud GIS Connections with Map Positions? Somehow I can’t make the connection between a GIS Object and a Map Position in the GIS Connections page. As I understand the solution Map Positions are a different data set than GIS Connections or am I mistaken? Background is the administration of data in IFS Cloud, where Assets get a Map Position and now a GIS Connection to use the GIS functionality, as I understand the solution at the moment. Please advice or explain the possibility background for Map Positions to GIS Connections. T&RDADUDE

Work Order Resource Capacity Error

Hello, Our technicians have begun reporting an error message when closing a Work Order, or attempting to clock into a newly created one. No changes have been made to the Resources themselves. The only change to the system was an update to UPD 12 (apps 10). Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! They are all set to use the HR calendar:

Can ISO 20022 payment method use for Employee Payment Method?

Shipment - Print Shipment Delivery Note RMB Greyed Out

I am trying to understand what permissions need to be granted for the “Print Shipment Delivery Note” right mouse button (RMB) to be allowed on the Shipment screen (Sales → shipping → Shipment Delivery → Shipment) Is there a way to determine which permissions/conditions need to be met for built in RMBs to be enabled?

Issues With Mobile App

Looking for some help and advice please. I have several engineers with various problems using the mobile application since we have upgraded to 15.10 .Firstly, each time I clock in the previous mileage is set to 0 so it looks as if I’m doing 50,000 miles a day, also sometimes it takes 3 or 4 times to clock in before it will stay clocked in.Secondly, every day I use the app it takes me to a downloading screen to update which takes around 2-3 minutes each time but I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app so I know it’s up to date.Thirdly, whenever I close a job down it doesn’t allow me to go to the final page to close it, instead I get a pop up message telling me I haven’t filled in every field and have to go through 4 pages again where the info is already populated before I can then close the job down.I now have a 4th issue. I cannot accept a receiving order as it tells me I do not have the permissions to do this in admin mode.Engineers are using the followingASTEA mobile edge 15

I tried to use the 'initcontext' of the 'page' to define url parameters. The problem is, that I have no idea how to put the parameter into the url.
