HI,

In Alliance V15.4 I would like to know where we can see in the service order, the fields UDF from the cusotmer center : Z_UDF and Data_UDF.etc

I think that before I have these fields.

Thanks and Regards

anthony

Hi Anthony,

I mis-read your question, you wanted to see the similarly named fields from the customer center in the service order module.

For this, you still would use the customizer but add a new custom field as a computed lookup.

Or if you are after the site fields:

Note, this is a UI only setup shown above, it does not save the value but populates when the page is opened.

Again, hope this helps.

Hi Anthony,

With the UI redesign that was implemented in v15, these types of fields were removed from the default display in the UI.  That being said, it is possible to add them to a screen again using the Customizer.

Find the location you want to put the field and then select the Add/Restore Field option in the Customizer menu, then select Add Customized Field.

This should bring it back on the screen at your selected location.

In the screen below, I added the UDF Date 1 below the serial number field.

Hope this helps.
