Hi, We are using IFS V9, I noticed we can create a new custom page with an existing logic unit, but if we do like this the existing logic unit can’t be edit in the new page. For instance I want to create a new page for customer order lines for planners to confirm planned delivery date, because the standard customer order lines function include price information which should be limited to access. Is it possible to create a new page like customer order lines but having limited columns and users can also edit the columns like customer order lines?  Thank you very much.

Hi,I would like to use a customer geographical segmentation in the table State/Province (Segmentation in four areas for example :  East/West/South/North). 1/ is it possible ?2/ In this case, what could be the GIS Rule settings in Editor configurator (no control on state) ?3/ French states IDIt seems that in some cases, Alliance validate the address against a “Google” segmentation of states? But for some french states we have addresses invalidated because states are not existing….but I think that french states contains invalid characters for Alliance like : Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Auvergne-Rhône-Alpesand the result is : impossible to have validated address when we want to use GIS Rules for FR. Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi,First, I wish you, Community, a happy new year ! 😉For a customer use case, I would like to know your advices or use cases for this setting :Allow auto create … 1/ Could you explain the use case and the impact on the receiving process if it’s unchecked or checked.I made some tests (for a Customer with Use Reserved Inventory), but I didn’t find the main difference, maybe because I didn’t use the good process or other settings linked to this one.2/ Does it work if we make a Misc. reception for many customers or is it required to make a Misc Reception for 1 customer identified in the header ?Thanks and Regards.anthony

Hi, have lost access to the supported platform documents on the SharePoint site. Where to find them now?

Hi. Is there a way to disable the default F2 keyboard shortcut functionality (Populate)? We work with huge databases and often use F3 (Query), but one slip of the finger to the left can lock up IFS for many minutes when it tries to fetch the entire database (for example Overview - Transactions History). I know some users went as far as pulling the key from their keyboards 😀, but I’m looking for a more elegant solution.

Did the IFS mobile app work on HarmonyOS?

Hi, I have some problems with IFS, dont display  information attached image. Somebody know how to resolve this issue

Would it be possible to get complex/deep structures in one single ODATA call/response? A simple example would be getting an article from PartCatalog and its linked gtins (PartGtin). In the projection it is possible to use an array to get the PartGtin records, but to get both PartCatalog and PartGtin you need two rest calls. Can I model my projection in a way that I can get the full structure of both PartCatalog and PartGtin by only one call and one response. A similar case would be to get PurchaseOrder and all PurchaseOrderLines for one order, with just one call and one response. This is kind of convenient to use in integrations, when the requesting party want to receive the full structure with just one call

Settings: IFS9. Excel in Windows10 environment User has gone to Add-ons menu and selected the following two: To create and update data in IFS Applications using Microsoft Excel you need to install the IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in. As a prerequisite you need to install Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime. Next Excel is opened. The new tab IFS Applications is visible. User uses the icon to connect to IFS: Nothing happens. No log in screen is presented. Anyone an idea what could be the issue for this?

Starting IFS Cloud using standard permissions might result in an issue regarding access of certain objects. The log window does not help in this case as it is displaying no information. Only way is to check on the devtools of the browser As the information in the messages does not contain any helpful information. Is there an easier way to trace down issues with permissions while creating complex permission set structures? By now, this is the only known way for me, but it is a lot of investigation and searching for things.Any suggestions on that? Kind regards,Tobias

I want to knwo which environments and touch app servers and touch apps server System IDs a customer has. Where to find those information? There has to be a list where this is stored somehow. Kind regards,Tobias

Dear community!Based on several issues after updates or imports of data or upgrades to another version or somewhere in between you might experience that the background jobs somehow came to a halt. No new jobs are posted even if the schedules are active. That might be due to the fact that the Database Process Batch_SYS.Process_Batch_Schedule_ is missing. It is not very easy to find the proper code to recreate this DB Process. The easier way is as follows:Go to the system parameters and check for the parameter “Scheduled tasks process startup”Switch it from ON to OFF And then back to ON.This will recreate the database process needed and all of your scheduled jobs should then appear right after the first run of if. RegardsTechnical Toby

Hi, For a customer use case, I would like to know if it’s possible to group in a same ship list a preparation (picking or picking + packing) from different warehouses. Both warehouses could be used to separate inventory logically (physically, we only have 1 warehouse).I know that we could use bins to separate inventory, but first I would like to be sure that there is no way to group in a same shipping list 2 preparations made in “two” warehouses. Thanks and RegardsAnthony
