In Aurena - when I set up a lobby as a homepage, the navigation tree is automatically set up to go to the Lobby Overview link. I have two questions in reference to this:

  1. Is there a way to set up the homepage as a lobby AND have the navigation tree to show 3 specific SUB-links (i.e Customer, Business Opportunity, Business Activity ) rather than the Lobby Overview link?
  1. Also, is there a way to default a group of users homepage to a lobby rather than having them individually set it up themselves?

Found out the answers to my questions through IFS Support:

  1. There is no way to set up the homepage as a lobby AND have the navigation tree show specific sub links rather than the lobby overview.
  2. There is no way to set up a group of users homepage to a lobby, it needs to be done individually. Our work around was to set up the start up page as the lobby link for each individual user through their user profile in IEE (copy and paste the homepage value in each user’s profile)
