Greetings, IFS community! Is it possible to delete an API from a component? I registered the same API in two different components by mistake, and this is causing some issues.Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thank you.JL

Partner tried to PUSH data into FSM using perform_inbound_integration to integrate large amount of data into IFS FSM. The data is being pushed in batches. Each batch size is 100. It was noticed that It's successfully integrates up to 15 cycles but after that it throws a “500 Internal Server Error” error.Thus, we would like to understand how much load IFS FSM can handle?We tried with different batch sizes and it was noticed that when the batch size increases the cycles number is reduced.Is there a specific solution to handle this process of loading data in batches?

Hi,  Does anyone know of a way to install the IFS addons (from the /add-on.html page) now that IE is no longer an option?The ‘https://URL:PORT/add-on/officeaddins/docmanofficeaddin/Ifs.Application.Docman.OfficeAddinInstaller.vsto’ link no longer does anything on Chrome/Chromium browsers. Thanks,James  

We recently updated from FSM 6u6 to 6u15, and have run into an issue with the mobile app where new messages are not populating to the mm_message_out table to be sent to mobileNo sync rules have changed, scheduled process for perform_mobile_replication is running, and audits have not changed.Using the Sync Rule Analyzer shows the expected number of rows returned, but those rows never make it to the mm_message_out table to be processed to mobileIs there anywhere else I should be looking to solve this?

How it can be without using sales and cost of sales account. we need to use intercom[any accounts. Hi,We are on Update 12. I created and progressed the Repair Work Order and stuck at the stage where I need to place Serial Object to structure to change position from Issued to InFacility.When I use RMB on Report In Work Order → Place Serial in Equipment Structure and pick Functional Object against which I want to place it I get the error message “Object is already used in a PM Action or Work Order”. I have Work Orders against this Serial but they all either Finished or Cancelled. Surely it cant stop me to send equipment back to customer if I was fixing this part before?

Hi Team ,  Can Anyone Suggest How to add Filter in Search Screen for Comparing two dates . Requirement: Need to Display all the request where created dttm is between From date and to Date in Request Search Screen in Web Client  .I have added the Request User_def_dttm to capture the From date and To Date in search Screen  and added the Condition in UI for Search ,But its not working as expected .Is there any Other Way to Configure This in FSM.ThanksMuthujayashree R  

In APPS10 UPD8 my user can do an RMA receive for one site but not another.  The division not working has the Italian localization turned on.  The Receive and Scrap are greyed out.

Good day, We upgraded recently and the address headings are gone from Section, Section-Department and possibly other places. This can be confusing when the form is blank and will be especially so for new staff, as we enter the street address on the second line and the Postal Code is in the position we would normally associate with the province, which will likely lead to data entry errors over time. assyst v11.4.1assyst v10 SP7.5How might we get these back? Good Morning,Can anyone advise how the name appearing on the CONTACT field can be updated. This field automatically populates when the Work Order is saved during the prepare stage. The contact name also appears on the Work Record Sheet Signature . Many thanks for your help 

In astea v10 we used a USB-scanner to enter the serialnumbers in a Recieve List. The scanner is configured to add ENTER after the scancode, so evey code scanned resulted in the cursor to jump to the next line. In V15, scanning the code + the ENTER, the serial number is entered but the module does not jump to the next line as it does in v10.However, if we use the scanner to enter a field in Service Order in v15, the scanned “enter” is reacting correctly in opening the lookup screen. We have same behaviour using Edge and Chrome, also in Word and Excel. the scanner works as configured: scancode + jumpt to next lineIs there a configuration required to have the correct behavior of the scanner in Receiving ?

Dear IFS experts,I have created an IAL which copies only new data. What happen with all these entries which are older than 180 days?Will they be deleted after180 days automaitcally?If not how can I reach this?
