Hi experts,One of our customers is in the process of setting up push messaging for FSM. According to the  documentation an azure notification hub needs to be created for this.  The customer would like to know the pricing tier to choose for this. Would the free pricing tier suffice? Is there are a recommendation for this?

Does anyone know if there is a way to Disable the Sticky Notes option on the toolbar for a permission set or base profile?

When new Lobby page is created, user cannot se it without granting page to the user.We need to use the workaround given which is ,1. Log on as end user with permission to create Lobby (projection LobbyConfiguration, lobbyDatasourceConfiguration, and LobbyElementConfiguration are granted to end user permission set)2. create new Lobby page3. directly after save, an error is presented: "Cannot load Page"4. go to "Permission Set" details page, add this new lobby page to permission set that the end user have5. back to Lobby overview and try to find this new Lobby page - still same error ( "Cannot load Page")6. log off and log on again7. This new lobby page is now available and you can add elements to it8. (did not tested to create new element and use it directly, will probably end up in same problem until this new element is granted) Will there be a fix in the future release to replace this workaround ? if so when will it be .

I am having an issue with an employee time not able to be completed and authorized.  I am getting the message that the Unprocessed days may not be authorized for the employee.  The clockings have all been manually entered and have an in and an out.  But I am still getting this message.  Any help would be welcomed.

Does anyone know how to make a parameter mandatory? By default they are all optional. Also, is there a way to set a default value for a parameter? Lastly, is there IFS documentation or a manual on details like this? I’ve seen IFS pages that have general  info, but nothing on technical details like the above or what else is doable/possible. As we start to develop our company’s custom reports I’m getting ideas and would like to know the capabilities and what’s possible with QuickReports.

I have created an lobby element which shows me which sub contract valuations are certified but not paid. The issue I am having is it will not allow me to add an alias on the view and I am 99% sure you was able to do this.For example, here is my definition and I want to add the alias ‘a’ so it knows in my select statement to use the sub_con_no and valuation_no from the subval_invoice_details view.I am using ifs apps 10, update 15. Thank you

We are using Apps 10 UPD15 - I have run the Group consolidation successfully however I now see some of the Inter Company Elimination Rules were historically set up incorrectly.  I have ROLLED Back all Consolidations for ALLyears and have tried to Delete these InterCompany Elimination Rules however I revived the below error.  Why do these consolidation elimination transactions still exist when all Consolidation Status has been rolled BACK  How can this be resolved ?  There is another historical Consolidation Structure which has NOT been rolled back could this be the reason these “Consol Inter Comp Balance”  exist?  The Basic Data for Intercompany Eliminations Rules is GLOBAL for the GRO CON MODULE? Could this be enhanced to include a check box / pull down item to select which Consol Structure each elimination Rule applies to ?  

Where can I find the definition of each Purchase Order Status?

There is a textbox ‘Color’ to specify a color for days in a Work Calendar as below. As this is not a dropdown field, we need to manually enter the name of the color into this textbox. Is there any color guide or documentation on what valid values can be added to here?

Hi Community,In IFS Cloud 22R1 SU3, the Customer No is not inherited from the Object party when creating a new Work Order on this Object from the “Prepare Work Order” page. Is it a bug or is there a set up missing somewhere ? Thanks 

Hello, We have the possibility to go to a Barcode with an hyperlink with the following format:http://mtx.afklmdomain.com/maintenix/servlet/ScanBarcode?aBarcodeScan=TRFX123456789&aReturnToPage=/Do you have similar hyperlink definition to go directly to a document in the baseline?like a Refdoc, a Requirement code…? by definition the baseline documents do not have Barcodes. Thanks

Hi all,Previously in EE, we were able to restrict the use of a wage code in the time card by setting ‘Allow Manual Results’ to No. This works for time card users and employees who are clocking. However, it didn’t work for time registration users.I can see there is now a new option in Aurena Apps 10 called ‘Restrict Direct Reporting’  I was hoping this would now also restrict the wage code for time registration users but after some testing it doesn’t seem to do so. Does anyone know what this is supposed to do that is different to the toggle ‘Allow Manual Results’? Thank you

The old IFS Portal and the Customer Engagement Centers are gone.I cannot find any of my previous cases in the new portal and when I try to open a case I can only open it for IFS Cloud.- I have IFS7.5 and IFS8.0 systems with cases.I tried to open a case for this issue but none of the drop downs apply and it won’t let me leave them blank.

  We have added a new field “C_SAFETY” to Aurena “Work Task” page via a modification. This “C_” field is available in both JT_TASK_TAB table & JT_TASK base database view.We want to add this field to Aurena Native “Work Details” page, but it is not shown in the aurena native page designer attribute list under content. We have another set of custom fields added to the same “JT_TASK” entity as a configuration (CF$_TEST1, CF$_TEST2)and these custom fields available in “Aurena Native Page Designer”, but none of the fields added via a MOD not available in.Any reason it is not available?   

Hi, In Apps 10 very nice functionality of Handover was introduced. However I cant make it work properly in IFS Cloud. I use Maintenance Engineer portal. I started the job, created Material Requisition and then want to use Handover functionality to move the task away from me as by the time materials will be receive there is no guarantee original engineer will do the task. I selected Handover which goes away from my to do list. However, it doesnt seem that supervisor can assign the assignment to the different person - only engineer can assign it to himself using portal. Can you please advise what is the best approach here as I dont want engineers assigning jobs to themselves? I need to make sure I use the same Work Task so that I can use requested materials. I dont want to use Incomplete as it puts Work Task in status Work Done when it is not actually done… I noticed there is a flag “Has follow on visit” but I dont know how to make it work to say yes and does it even relevant to the solu

We are using IFS Apps 8.0, We have Scrapped a Inventory part in IFS 8.0 Test environment.Initially the On hand qty was 6 and now it has changed to 0 since we’ve scrapped all 6 quantities.We have undergone this testing in ‘Scrap Inv part screen’ in Test environment.Is it possible to retrieve the scrapped 6 quantities back into IFS stock.I have checked through +ve counting in ‘Count per Inventory part’, Can this be a solution to this?Or is there any setting for doing undo scrap?Please let us know if there’s any bug ID or fix which is already in place or provided, will be really helpful.Hoping to hear from the team soon!
