Where can I find information on how to format the Value property to use with the Regular Expression operators within Alliance v15.x to validate field entries on forms? 

Hi All,  Struggeling with the following. I have a custom view and created sync rules. It all works fine, until the sync rule can't find a record in the database. The issue is here that when no record is found in the database, the sync rule won't create a record in the mm_message_out table, which says "this table is empty”. The result is that old data isn't removed in mobile, because no "delete” or "null” message is send. Is there a way to 'clean up’ the mobile database somehow?

I should have an account there but cannot login, password resetting not sending any emails back to actually do the reset. There is no information what or who could be contacted in such cases. And yes junk mail been checked also.

How can I get this job to work for the Purchase Order instead of the purchase requisition?

In Routing Template window, the labor class listed in the LOV, is not taken from the site which is on the routing template header. please see the screenshot attached.Log into IEE Go to “ Routing Template” Window Add new record > Select site 623 > Save Add new Operation > Select labor Class by using LOV LOV window not fetching correct labor classes according to the site. Issue can be observed in APP10 UPD 9.

Hi, We are running on IFS App10, UPD9 with Accounts Payable eInvoice and eInvoice Adapter modules.I have got ftp credentials from Pagero and configured IFS connectors for FTP readers and writers. If anyone has good blueprint step by step instruction of what shall be configured in IFS for Pagero integration, could you please share link or file ? Best regards,Alexey

Is it possible to receive a DIRDEL message of an external company which is not in IFS?If yes, how does this work?

Hello community: When I run a quick report of type: crystal report in Aurena I get this error message.Has anyone seen this error and know a way to fix this?  Here’s what I did: Created the IAL object. Created the Crystal Report using the IAL Object. And added CR WEB INT. I also added \\ for IAL object and \ for CR WEB INT.I moved the report to OpenReportPath. Then I created a new quick report entry in IFS IEE. Then I published it. I also grant permission to all the permissions sets. After refreshing the cache I was able to see the report in Aurena. in Aurena, the report renders without any errors. However, when you hit the next button I get the below error.   And if I try to do an export, I get the below error…   

I have no idea how to this happened so I cannot replicate it in our test environments either.  We have a part on a released Maintenance Material Requisition that is reserved according to the MMRWhen you try to issue the part you get this warning messageYou can also see that when we try to issue it says that 0 are reserved on this screenSo when you say Yes to the informational message you get this errorWe get that same error if we try to unreserve the line manually, but on that screen it does look like it is still reservedSo we went out to the inventory in stock screen  where it shows we have 36 reserved.So we go to the Inventory part In stock Reservations and there is no sign of it being reserved to the Work order.We have tried ran PMRP and MRP against this part to see if that shakes anything up. But we do not know how to resolve this issue. Anyone have any ideas?

We have a supplier with a current inactive date as we had not done business with them for quite some time and we are now needing to purchase & process invoices for this supplier. When I attempt to remove the inactive date in the Supplier >Invoice tab I get an error saying the date is invalid…How do we reactive a supplier in Apps10?

Hi,How can we cancel a wrong created Repair Order that has status “Receiving by Other warehouse”?We cannot activate the wrong created Repair order because there is no Receiving list or receive list is undilvered with scraped reason. Thanks.

New Customer created with 0 credit limit gets Credit Blocked after first order with 0 total amount. What causes this? Thanks

Hi Team, I tried creating a new component from Dev studio in existing project with name xxxxx but it doesnt display the newly created component in Dev studio , whereas i can see the newly created component in the workspace folder of the specified project How this can be made to view in Dev studio… Am i missing some step here ??? I am trying this in IFS customization project ..FYI 

In order to learn about integration structure, I created an "R&D Extension Project" called IFSDEMO. I followed the steps below in order.I installed "WebLogic 12.1.3" in my project. I did the "Synchronize Libraries" process. I added CancelOrder.BizApi and OrderServices.serverpackage in ORDSRV Component to Local Application Server. I did the "generate code" operation on "Local Application Server" again. "Generate Code" was successful. I did the "Clean and Build" process on the "Local Application Server". And I encountered 'java.lang.NullPointerException' error.I cannot start the "Local Application Server" because the Build was not successful. Also information:Language and region setting of application machine: en-US. We are running Apps10 UPD14.  We have SSO setup using ADFS.  We updated our ADFS setup and the manifest file per the instructions in technical documentation.  ADFS SSO works correctly for IEE and Aurena.After installing the Outlook CRM Panel add in - we see it on the toolbar.  When it is selected, a login window flashes by, but the panel returns with just a login button.  If we click that button, another login window opens and then closes (no errors displayed) - but the CRM panel only shows a login button.Any idea what is wrong?

Hi,In Apps 9 there was a link to a Tips & Tricks portal, this portal had some useful videos on the search dialog. This portal has been taken down, I searched the IFS videos on youtube which has replaced this and I can’t find a good video or PDF explaining the search functionality for Apps 9. The search dialog (F3) is a powerful tool, I don’t have anything to give to new users, if I could get something it would save me having to create something.Thanks,Kevin

Hello,We have been tracking an issue for more than a few months now and have no explanation as to why this is occurring. Was curious if anyone has seen this type of error before and if you were able to correct it. We have also had an IFS Engineer spend roughly 8 hours troubleshooting with no luck.We are using IFS 9.10 and Oracle 12.This Out Of Memory Error does not show up consistently in a given area or if performing a certain task. This pops up all over the place. We have 100 users in our environment and only maybe 5 report this non-stop. This error forces you to restart IFS but once restarted it could go days before seeing the issue again. Hi All, I would like to push data from a custom table to the mobile. I created a sync rule with a extract rule.Set a Frequency on the sync rule, but nothing is getting pushed and the app isn’t updated.I have to push the sync now button, in order the push the data. Is there a way to send the data to mobile on a frequent base, without a update trigger?
