Community, where to set up the shop order closure tolerance?  Thank you.

Hello Community,I am wondering if anyone has had a change to modify the Form Assistant design. I am trying to make a field mandatory within the Sign off of a Guideline when signing off through the Shop Floor Workbench.I have tried using the Page Designer, however it does not impact the Form Assistant itself. Did anyone have any luck or tied this?See below picture for reference of the field i am talking about. 

The baseline Stock ABC Analysis is recommending parts with no value and no usage be classified as “A”.  “A” items should be set on the parts used most often and the highest value (based off of the % set).What is used to derive the calculations for the analysis on both the stock record and the part?We need to know what are the calculations based on when that analysis is generated?

Hello together,I am in the Scope Tool by 10.6.4.1 “Receive Shop Order”. Does anybody know what is meant by “Add component to shop order tracked structure”, “salvage part”, “Serviceability Tag” and “Select Input Unit of measurement and Enter parameter”. Thank you in advance!Regards Markus

Hi, Is there a different setting to get the Schedule button on Audit Queue Module in Webportal?(Also not available under Actions) In Employee Browser the Schedule button is available. Both screenshot is with the same account. Thanks,Robin

We have a partially invoiced order where we need to remove 2 lines with status Needed (closing the order will remove these, I find). But we also have one line that is Allocated, and I can’t find a way to deallocate it

Shop Order Materials behaves different in Aurena: using IEE the overview includes closed Shop Orders as well as Shop Order Lines Closed; using Aurena, the table doesn’t include items with either status.Any advice about how to make it work in Aurena the same that IEE?This table is important for tracking usage variations of the components (required vs actual).

Hi,How is the column order stored in IFS Cloud? Previously it was part of the profile, it doesn't seem to be the same now in cloud, not even with context. And same question for bookmarks, how the bookmarks get order? kind regards,Teeni.

I am trying to raise a support case via the CEC and it is not working - it has been a good while since I’ve had to use the portal but nothing is working - I can log in but it won’t allow me to view cases (loads are missing) but also I can’t raise a new one. Has something changed? We are still paying our support charges even for Apps9. Help very much appreciated.

We have a custom form on our service request events, with custom fields and values. These are returned by GET /assystREST/v2/events/123 in the response node <webCustomPropertiesDescription><==# ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (DO NOT EDIT) #=  #==></webCustomPropertiesDescription> encoded as a series of double asterisk delimited name/value pairs in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION element.We are integrating with another system that needs to process these custom fields and values.Does Assyst REST API provide a means to extract these name/value pairs in a structured way? Or do we have to writing a custom parser that is tied to the internal custom encoding?We have Assyst v11.4.

I created some custom item forms in v11.4.3, applied the necessary visibility requirements, and associated the form with the required Product Class value.  However, since I upgraded our test environment to v11.5.1 the majority of the fields in the custom forms don’t show, even though they are not hidden or discontinued.  If I remove the custom form association then the default Item form details are all shown.  I also tried creating a new custom form (from the default) and, without making any changes for visibility etc, all fields are still not shown.Is there anything I need to change/reset/correct for custom forms at v11.5?

HI allI am trying to add new columns to a list for data management locations, but when I click add, I no longer get fields in which to add a label or value, just a column number:Is this by design, or should I be able to add into these ? Thanks Keith

I am trying to pull an event’s itemB’s userChar fields using Rest and note that the uri below only presents the API with the basic/ standard information set in the connected items.http://<Server>:<Port>/assystREST/v2/events/10183439?fields=affectedUser[],itemA[],itemB[]I have tried explicitly calling the field in the web request uri with no luck.?fields=affectedUser[],itemA[],itemB[userFieldChar12]This information appears if we run a second pull using the item id extracted from the event, but that seems a bit wasteful and we are able to pass it in from the AP as a parameter if necessary. But I was wondering if anyone was already doing this and whether you might be able to give me some pointers? Thanks in advance.

We are a manufacturing company that produces plastic pieces from injection machines. The same mold can produce several pieces simultaneously in the same injection cycle. We are searching for a best practice solution to help us planning, producing and costing each piece. The different shop orders will share the same work enter and the same mold version and be produced simultaneously. Any advice on where to start and develop a best practice solution inside IFS?
