Menu Appearance Designer» Appearance Configuration i’snt avaible in Aurena with IFS owner account. I’m in IFS Applicaiton 10 Update 15.  

After the initial installation it appears that there are migration jobs (at least the interface headers) available. I'm not able to delete them as there is no detail available so they only confuse the customer.List is shown as follows:I gave myself update access to the job.When searching via the page Migration Job (so not Jobs), I don't see it. If I try to add it, IFS returns the error message that the interface already exists.Any idea how to get rid of these jobs?

We recently began using MRP and DDMRP to create purchase reqs for our planning method “G” and “H” parts. We are having an issue though, because when we allow MRP to create the purchase reqs for a work or shop order, the system does not reserve the material to the work order or shop order when it comes in.Is there a way, or a background job that we can run that will auto reserve material to work orders and shop orders where MRP created the purchase req required for the work or shop order? Thanks,Sarah

Hi, we are using V14.5 and have noticed that if a user changes the site on a service or CS order, they will get a pop up asking if they want to change ownership of the installed item.  If they select YES then we have found that it not only changes the site on the Installed Item but also changed the Install and acceptance dates to today’s date, which for us is not desired.Is there a way to stop the install date from changing, so when the site is changed, the install date stays the same (same behaviour as if you change the site directly on the installed item)?If not, is there a setting to prevent users from changing the site on an order?ThanksChris

Hello, Using Apps10 UPD10I’ve been reading the below topics describing how to add a new language as an option in the printing dialog. However I don’t seem to be able to make it work. @Chamaka Wimalarathne @Janitha Jinarajadasa any ideas on how to make this work? So, I’ve checked in the Used Languages and hr - croatian is enabled and translatable: Then, in Text Translations I’ve translated the report title → the example is for Instant Invoice:Next, I’ve refreshed the Language Cache (also refreshed Dictionary / Reference / Report) The Refresh Language Cache finishes without errors (ready state). However, when I try to Re-print modified an Instant Invoice, I still don’t see the hr language as an option in the dropdown. 

I want to know if after purchase order lines have been closed, the system can automatically close the same PO at header level. Thanks

Hi , can someone please help that i have entered a foreign currency supplier invoice in June and posted to below GL accounts.However, when I do an account inquery eg 83201 the amounts/invoice postingi doesn’t show up?Anyone can help how do I check where the invoice was posted to? Thanks,Claudia

Hi All, This sounds like a very basic thing, but either I am having a really bad day or something else is going wrong.According to flow 4.16.3.1 - Manage Service Quotation we should be able to enter contact after the Servir Quotation has been created and in status ‘Under preparation”. Unfortunately, I’ve been looking for a place to enter contacts on my Service Quotation and either I am missing something or I am not seeing all possible tabs here but I can’t seem to find the proper section to add a customer to my Service Quotation. Anybody have any hints/screenshots what I am doing wrong? Best RegardsRoel

I’m trying to use the Report Rule Log to figure out why my report rule is not yielding the expected results and am having trouble understanding what the log is telling me.  For each test, I get two records, one saying the result = TRUE (Log ID 152), the next saying the result = FALSE (Log ID 154).  I’d like to understand what’s happening at Log ID 154 so my rule is evaluating as FALSE.This is what the actual rule looks like:And this is the Expression 1:[&SELECT NVL(cf$_subcontract,'No') from purchase_order_cfv p where p.order_no ='[@PURCHASE_ORDER_PRINT_REP/PO_HEADERS/PO_HEADER/ORDER_NO]' ]As you can see by the log, the rule fires without error, but the action to add the pdf to the end of the report does not succeed.  I’ve tried this with another rule to add the pdf where my custom field value = “Yes” and that works fine since I don’t have to do a coding work around to handle the null custom field values.  I’m pretty sure my issue is just with the way I’m creating Expression 1.Any

IFS F1 documentation does not describe how the Dangerous Goods Classification can be connected with other functionalities like Shipment. It is possible to enter all the basic data with the help of the documentation but thereafter cannot find any information regarding how to connect it to Shipment for example.Makeen wants to use Dangerous Goods Classification along with Shipments so can you please provide some information regarding the possible usages of Dangerous Goods Classification in IFS.

There is a work Order Connected to Project. In the Materials tab, I change the Suppy Code from Project Inventory to Invent Order, and We have an option to create Purchase Requisition (Create Multiple Purchase Requisition Lines). PR is converted to PO and while at the time of Receiving the PO, we are getting the Error Message: Inventory Part in Stock does not exist.Any help in this regard is appreciated.
