We have a scenario that I am not sure how best to handle.
Engineer creates work via MWO Service Engr App and Raises Purchase Requisition to replenish Parts
Engineer completes Work and updates the Work Order to ‘Complete’ which updates the IEE WO Status to Work Done
Engineer keeps the Work Order on his device to receipt in the replenishment parts when they arrive
IEE Users see Work Done Work Order and Process to Finished
Engineer updates Work Order via MWO App
Failed Transaction generated as Engineer is now updating a Finished Work Order
How do the IEE Users know that the Engineer has selected to Keep the Work Order? The assignment shows complete, the Work Task and Work Order shows as work done?
They need to be able to see when the Work Order is Kept on the Device so they do not attempt to update it in IEE before the engineer has selected to Return it from his MWO Device.
