Hi All, I am trying to add a sales part to my Remote Warehouse Assortment but I get an error message: The sales part in question has been defined with an Inventory UoM = Pcs, but with a Sales Part uoM = ‘SET/1’ (Sales UoM is on customer request, for some reason they didn’t want to use ‘pcs’). Creation of Sales Part was without any issue. But now we also want to add this part to the remote warehouse assortment for auto-refill and it seems there is something still not OK with the conversions. Does anybody have an idea about this? Dynamic Lookup Filter

Hi, Is it possible to apply dynamic filters in lookup based on condition ? for example in stock lookup, filter which is applied should work only for serial part and should not work for non serial part.Kindly suggest on same. Regards,Ramya

Payment method rule

Hi I have tried to setup the Payment method rule but id didnt work.My Intension was to use another Payment method in case the invoice comes in another currency than default.For exampleThe default currency for this supplier is CHF in the payment tab i have setup two different payment Methods with the payment adress I have also setup a rule ID The rule ID says any amount in EUR shall use the payment Method SEPA How Does the system now recognizes the Currency, whenever i Create now a payment proposal in EUR the Invoice gets not recognized i must add the invoice manually. Does anyone know the exact conzept of this Payment Method rule or how it basically works?

Payment Institute's Output File Directory is Missing?

Search Domains - Index is not existing

Background jobs are with errors. When I have tried to drop the index and create it new one, message appearing “ACTIVITY_TIX” is non existing index and same thing happening with “DOCUMENT_CONTENT_TIX”. I am surprised how it happened?

Can't move aircraft from one hangar bay to another bay with multiple In-Work package

HiMaintenix allow user to move Workpackage (WP) from one TRACK to another when there is only one WP with status IN-WORK. But if there are more then one WP with status IN-WORK then the system doesn’t allow it, why not ?This happen quite often for us when C-check is coming to an end that the aircraft is moved between Hangar (track) slots.

Creation of Direct Delivery

Hello!Is there a way of creating a Purchase Order with a direct delivery without use of a Customer Order using the supply code ‘purchase order dir’? Ideally would just like to create a manual Purchase Requisition and select order code 2 but IFS apps 10 seems not to allow this. Scenario is, need to buy one part number from supplier A and have goods delivered to supplier B who would then deliver to us under another part number

Cycle Count Automatically for chemicals

I have a client that is asking, for lot /batch control, when an automatic cycle count is run on a location for Part A based on days since last count, if there are other instances of Part A in stock under different lot/batches, they want to have a count created for all of the lots of Part A. I first thought about Storage Zones but they may store different chemicals in same or different locations. Any thoughts?

custom event - create supplier - request for order quotation

Hi all, I am new to creating custom events and a novice when it comes to PL/SQL. I am trying to achieve when a Purchase Requisition is turned into a Request for Order Quotation that the Supplier on the Purchase Requisition Line is transferred to the Supplier tab in the Request for Order Quotation LU. Template Company by mistake

My customer has created a new company in their database and by mistake made it a Template Company. The tick-box Template Company is ticked and it is not possible to untick it, at least not for IFSAPP, the application owner. Is there any risk if we untick the tick-box using PL SQL Developer?Switching the Template_Company flag from TRUE to FALSE?

In the MWO app, what is a forced initialization?

According to the IFS documentation, there are two types of initialization defined as follows:Initialization - sends pending transactions to the mobile app,; deleted local database on mobile app; re-syncs all data. Force Initialization (which only becomes available after selecting an initialization) - immediately deletes the local database on the mobile app including any pending transactions; re-syncs all data. Ifsdump.cmd does not pick up the log files when creating the .zip

Hello,One of our customers have reported that their ifsdump.cmd does not work correctly as it does not pick the needed log files when creating the .zip. I have compared the .cmd file with a file in a core environment and both look identical. Any idea on what could be the reason behind this?
