In IFS, is there a way to block orders from being released if they do not have commissions applied to them?

Hi,
This would have to be a configuration. The trigger could be upon releasing the order, that IFS checks for commissions, and if none are there, stops the release and maybe sets a new custom checkbox (e.g. Commission Not Applied” ) to True for reporting purposes.
