Trying to solve an issue relating to a batch sync error on mobile with a baseline view.  Two views: MMA_request_history_view and MMA_task_history_view are returning the following error‘~BatchSyncError:Metadata not found for mma_task_history_view.modified_dttm. Contact your system administrator for assistance.~’I have updated the view to include modified_dttm, as well as added custom metadata to reflect the new field.  Both views use a similar line in their sync rule     <attr>MMA_REQUEST_HISTORY_VIEW.*</attr> to label all fields. My assumption is that the custom metadata entry for mma_task_history_view is missing something to link it back to the baseline view. Any thoughts?

Hello Community - On the external supplier invoices screen, I have an invoice with the load error “Payment method ACH does not exist for supplier xx”.  This is true but the supplier does have a payment method of check.  Why is IFS insisting they get paid via ACH?  We are on IFS10 update17. TIA 

Hi,    I have the below two tables with the mentioned fields and sample rows. Table GL_Ledger X has got a lot of actual details down to GL rows while table Budget Y has got budget amounts by Activity_Seq. I need to come up with one report where I have all fields of table X and one additional field for “AMT” coming from budget using the common filed Activity_seq. Two issues in my result:Duplication of budget amounts (in A1 rows). Missing budget for A3 and A5In other words, want to keep all details and rows of table X and pick up all records from table Y with no duplicates.Any clues on how to solve this issue? Also if I will use union all, is there an easy way to copy all table X columns properties to table Y and how to do it if that is the only solution. 

Hello everyone, On the Self Service Procurement Portal, even if my Person ID is set as a requisitioner, the “requisitioner” field it is not filled in automatically while it is filled in automatically in the purchase requisition when my user is making the purchase requisition.Do you know if it will be arranged in next releases?Thanks in advance, Laura

Hello, I would like to export a quick report we have that was made with crystal reports and uploaded to one of our environments for IFS Cloud. It’s a .rpt file but when I go to export the quick report, it gives me an XML file. The reference of this quick report has the crystal report file listed, but I can’t do anything with the filename. Are quick reports stored somewhere differently than how Operational Reports store their report layout files? Thanks,Bryan

I am about to configure the above mentioned lobby element. I thought the solution would be simple, i.e. exclude demand Codes like Purch Order Trans, Purch order Dir, Int Purch Trans, Int Purch Dir.  However, I observed that there could be PO lines having Demand Code = Invent order, but still conneted to a CO in ‘Supply Chain Purchase Order Analysis’. Isn’t this understanding correct? If yes, what do you think would be an appropriate way to develop this lobby element?

There are some pending states containers when I installed a IFS Cloud environment from begining in a new server. All the processes have finished but can not access it successfully for the above reason I think. If there is someone know how to solve these problem, please help me.Containers detail please refer to the attachment. 

SWA has noted that you cannot find BATCH part-number based tasks while using the Task Search function. We see that if a task has been completed that you should be able to find it via the Task Search. We were able to see the task completions while reviewing the parent Requirement and Inventory details history. Do any other operators have a better way to search for BATCH, P/N based requirement tasks?

Hi experts,I just created a new company on IFS Cloud (no transactions). I can’t change the currency EUR to “not inverted”. It seems like it’s locked in the background for this specific currency. Couldn’t find any corresponding settings in window “Currency”. Does anyone know how to not invert this currency? Hi,several customers who use Aurena client in Apps 10 or IFS Cloud ask for the old functionality to configure the attachment panel if it should show icons, lists or details. Of course it is possible to press the button ‘Document Revisions’ to see all the details of all attached documents.Is it on the roadmap for DocMan to offer a possibilty for getting the table view of all connected documents in the attachment panel? This should not be a big modification and would help all customers who have lot of documents attached.Best regardsHeinz

Is there any way for a customer to install MWO (service) (windows) if their corporate policy blocks access to the Windows store?

We have started experiencing exceptionally long runtimes for our background jobs that are kicked off for calendar generations to generate work orders from our PM actions.  Sometimes these jobs are taking up to 4 days to run whereas in the past they would complete in a matter of a couple of hours.  Has anyone else experience this?

We are integrating with a supplier using EDI and have setup the transfer of incoming customer orders and purchase invoices during setup and testing.There is a need to send the supplier our customer delivery address information so they can reference this on their orders, as they are delivering to our customers using supply code ‘Purch Ord Direct’.  This process should be scheduled daily to allow them to keep their records up-to-date as new customers are added.I have so far been able to create a quick report to get the required information and been able to schedule the quick report to send the data via e-mail. Does anyone know if there is a way for us to schedule the output in csv or xml format for IFS connect to send the file into a sFTP location?We are on IFS10 UPD16. ThanksDarren 

Hello, I have encountered a pretty odd scenario. I have a workflow that automatically populates the market value when a customer order is newly created. There are two ways to create a customer order, either you create a new customer order from the customer order screen, or you create a customer order from a sales quotation.  Sadly, I can only get one of these scenarios to work at a single time. I’ve created a custom event and action to handle when a customer order is created from a sales quotation. This event uses the variables from a table, which are formatted as ORDER_NO, CUSTOMER_NO, etc. The one issue with this, is that when I try to create a customer order from the customer order screen, I get an error saying “Error occurred while processing the request: Unknown property used in expression: ${ORDER_NO}. Cause: Cannot resolve Identifier ‘ORDER_NO’This happens because the process to create a customer order on the customer order screen uses the variable ‘OrderNo’ not ‘ORDER_NO’. The

In our efforts to keep assyst in sync with other systems, some have already been using the Item_ID for this, and they’ve found it by looking at the end of the URL of the current Item page. We are wondering if it possible to display the current item’s item_id directly on the Item form using Customizer to make this a bit more user friendly. Thanks,...Donovan

I’m aware of the basic delegation functionality that Assyst offers, where any Contact user can click on their profile and then setup time bound delegates as needed.However, I have several other questions.(1). Is it possible to setup a delegate for someone else?I ask because, we run into this frequently where a person who is an approver on some process like change mgt for example, is out of the office but never setup a delegate. This really delays the process and causes a lot of extra work trying to figure out who can approve in their absence etc.It would be very helpful if a system admin or some other role would have the ability to do that.(2). Is there a way to see all the delegates setup in the system?Is it possible to do this with an event monitor?  or some type of report?Thanks in advance. 

Hello All!When I create a new PM on AURENA, I get a message “PM action already exists” all the time. When I create a PM action through IEE, the same error message is pointing to a PM number with a revision past number.The highest PM number is 151. When I reiterate the record, this PM number increases by a unit.Thank to yur help. 

Hi All,What is the best way in Standard IFS (Cloud) to update the Maintenance triggers from a Work Task template to all connected PM Actions. This is applicable for at least condition and calandar trigger options. So far, I only have the option to do so via a PM Program, but we can not use that de to restrictions we have on the item class and process class.Thanks in advance,Robert

A resource group has four employees connected. All employees have 8 hour schedule per day. But the total numbers of hours per day of the resource group also shows 8. Shouldn’t it be 32 hours? It does not get updated although ‘Calculate Resource Capacity’ is run. How to get this corrected?Individual hours per day. Four individuals set as this. Resource group also shows only 8 hours per day
