MWO survey answer set logic

Hi all.Could someone help me to understand the answer_set logic?I have a MWO survey that has been answered 4 times in the same day by the same employee.But the answer set has repeated 2 times.If this logical is correct, How could I group a snwer set in this situation?I thought the logic was 1,2,3,4 At the end of the day, I need to create a quickreport setting a parameter with one of the answers like the example bellow.I’m using this way in the select to do this but considering the answer set.min(v2.item_description) over (partition by c.emp_no, trunc(c.DATE_CREATED), c.answer_set ) as carTks a lot for help

Project Invoice Information

Does anyone have any general information re Project Invoice. We have a project which will have numerous transactions to be billed, but it is not connected to a Sales Contract, so Application for Payment>Project Invoice will not be used.Previously we’ve just used Instant Invoices to raise invoices against ad-hoc projects, but wondering if there is a better way to manage this using the Project Invoice function? ‘Create Project Invoice’ only seems to pick up project transactions, not external costs?

Has anyone tried calling/triggering a list of MPMs from within a custom MPM. I have a requirement of calling other MPMs (custom and OOTB) from within the code. Updating objects in both FSM as well as PSO.

I have a customer asking if and how we can combine ESM service orders on one customer order post invoice preview change? I’m sure there’s a simple way and we didn’t lose that ability but I can’t figure it out.

Mass Update

Hi all,I created an xml message calling mass_update. When I execute the message I get response saying number of records which were successfully updated, and no error.The number of records based on select is correct number.But when I check to the records, the fields are not updated. When I update a single record, the fields are updated. So xpath_node is correct. Do you know why this mass_update message doesn’t work? Hello, I am attempting to setup onboarding, and from what I have read, it is possible to attach documents to a given task. However, when I navigate to the section, I do not see where this option is. Is some additional setup required to allow document attachments in Aurena?

Currency Revaluation - Income Statement

I have a client that would like to perfom the currency revaluation on their Income Statement accounts using an average rate for the month. They plan to only enter rates once per month at the end of each month. I created a new currency rate type (calling it average) that I was going to use for these accounts. However, It appears that only Assets and Liability accounts can be revalued in the Accounting Currency (see below for message when entering a Cost account) I have explained that IFS captures the rate as of the transaction date so the revaluation of the income statement accounts would not be needed if rates are entered daily, but they prefer to use the method they currently use, which is converting the Income Statement using the average rate for the month. Has anyone run into this issue or have any suggestions?

Work Orders created on mobile devices

Hi!We have a situation where we must know when an Work Order is being opened through the IFS MWO application.Sometimes, due to events created in IEE, users are blocked to do some operations (like one of the events that won’t allow two work orders of the same type to be opened for the same object). These messages won’t pop into the application screen so we never know when a WO is being blocked by some event.We need to find a way to know how many Work Orders that are being opened on the app are not being transfered to the IEE. I need to know how many WO were created using mobile devices x how many were transfered to the IEE.Can anyone shed a light?Thanks

IFS10 - SSL certificate deployment from Harvest?

Hi all,It is documented here where to copy the certificate file to to be automatically deployed into keystore (for instance, during AutoBuilder): https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/020_installation/400_installation_options/003_security/020_configure_outbound_ssl/default.htm That is fine.My question is:Is there a way that the certificate file is put into Harvest, and then during AutoBuilder or delivery package creation it automatically gets copied to that import folder?It would make its deployment easier at customer sites. How to prioritize PSO Bucket resource?

Hello, I have a question in regards to how to prioritize PSO bucket resource to receive jobs as a last resort.We have different type of resources and wanted to see how can we override other resources over the bucket resource. Use case: Right now we have a resource that already have 2 jobs scheduled on them but PSO is moving it into the bucket tech even though the resource met all the criteria to do that job and have available shift. I use the comparison tool and cannot figure out why since the travel parameter for the resource is even closer than the bucket resource etc. Please assist if possible. Thank you!

Event&Action HR Onboarding - Aurena

Hi all, I am trying to generate automatic emails via event&actions for the new Onboarding Process on Aurena. IFS already offers some standard events. Hence, I just created new actions with the given placeholders. example action: On Aurena I assigned the Onboarding Program with the tasks to the employees below. Some tasks are due and some are not. But I expected the mails to be triggered as soon as the tasks are created or at least when the prerequisite task is completed. The responsible persons have an email setup as work contact information. However, the emails were not generated (email-sender etc. are setup correctly since other processes were able to send emails). Now my questions are the following: Is there a view where I can check if the action was triggered at all? Where must the emails be setup? I tried the employee/person. Since I did not use the placeholder for the user-email in the action, I do not believe that it would fetch it from there. Is there a possibility whe
