Hi,Anyone knows how to clear send error messages? This customer has been setup as internal customer to send e-invoices but company AS has a default Document Address with zip code and city. The vouchers of these invoices have already been posted to GL but still these errors do not clear.But error says:1) Company Document Address must have a value.2) Company Document Address Zip Code must have a value.3) Company Document Address City must have a value. Appreciate if anyone can advise? Thank you in advance!RegardsNimesh

Hello,I have recently created a workflow that sends a text only user task to alert the user when a shipment has attachments that need to be printed off.The event and event action I have created for this sees when the shipment_tab’s del_note_printed field has been changed, and if it has, trigger the workflow. This event action was able to be turned on before I added the user task, but now I’m getting this error.What kind of error is this and how do I address it? Should I be using something else other than a user task to alert the user? They dont need to input anything, they only need to see the notification.Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hi IFS Community,does anyone have a solution to export csv file without line breaks?I’ve seen topics about line breaks for data import but not for data export.I guess we need to replace line breaks with IFS but I can’t do that with the procedure CREATE_OUTPUT_FILE.There is no transformation option on FILE MAPPING tab.Maybe we need to use a rule like CALLEXTPROC (Call external procedure after each row) but I didn’t found information about this.If I have a solution to replace line breaks it will be possible to replace semicolons too and build a clean csv file.Migration Job RULES tabThanks

Hi all,I have a problem on ms level 1 part.  After I entered customer order and ms forecast, I run ms one part. And some ms supply that within PTF turned to fixed status. Up to now all is ok however to see in detail the fixed row I right clicked on the fixed row where the ms level 1 part --> Supply and Demand page (type:ms supply) unfurtunately Supply Demand Details was inactive to click on the menu. What could be reason not to created  a shop order requisition by MS? To create shop order requisition what can I do?Thanks…

Is there a way (in Enterprise Explorer version 10) to make a field mandatory on a screen for all users.I want to make a combo-box mandatory in Customer Orders for all users.I know it can be made mandatory by RMB- Properties-Mandatory and  then selecting the object from the list but that only does it for the user who is currently logged in. It doesn’t carry across to all profiles. I want to make the field mandatory for every profile. But I don’t want to alter the Base profile or personal profile.Is there a back-end table I can modify it in?

I want to alter the page configurations and navigator configurations to different types of users. WHat I am thinking is to do all the common configurations in the global context and create custom contexts for nuanced config.What is IFS’s recommendation on changing contexts. can there be any implications of changing the global context?

Hello Community!!Is there a way to capture Maintenance/Service Employee Overhead Cost - similar to manufacturing labor OH?    Or can we trick the IFS to get this cost created - is it possible to assign a “tool” (with an hr.ly cost) to an employee that would automatically track employee hr.s reported?  Thanks!  Troy

This checkbox is defaulted to Send an email with the current report for the activity. This has been an issue for us as we need to review all Technician text before being sent to the customer. In addition, we often have Orders that must remain open for an extended period and end up with dozens of activities. We have trained the techs to ‘uncheck’ this box but it is an easy one to miss. Is there a way to change this default or turn off the option altogether??The preference would be to leave them active as options but both defaulted as “Unchecked’Thanks, Sean

Question from the logistics team: in 15.2 they used to filter General Queue by Demand Type to filter out internal transfers and whatnot. In 15.4 it does not seem that Demand Type is available in General Queue. Any tips on how to see all orders but filter out internal orders?

Hello all, I have two unique part numbers that run through the same work center. The two parts are very similar in look, and we would ideally like to prevent them from being schedule to run back to back.  I have not been able to find anything in the help section of IFS (apps 10) that would indicate there is functionality to address this. Any guidance would be appreciated!

It is about the Operation Reporting with Barcode page.In this screen fields about time reporting are automatically filled in with the routing time once the operation ID is completed.Is there any impact of following setting on the “Operation Reporting with Barcode” process ?Work center setting (screenshot 1): - auto report labor time with qty => never- auto report machine time with qty => neverSite settings (screenshot 2):- default remaining time to report => noWith these settings, in the shop floor workbench, it actually works (screenshot 3), need to fill in manually the times to report. But unable to see any effect on the Operation Reporting with Barcode screen (screenshot 4).
