Hello, I want to rename my operational reports when they print off. The file names are usually the Report Id with the result key. I’ve created a report rule to set property of the document file name but that didnt seem to work. Am I using this incorrectly? Everything seems fine based off of the technical documentation. Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

After our recent cloning from a Single Instance (PDB)  to a RAC, we found almost 75 SYS DB objects being invalidated, which resulted in more invalid objects in the IFSAPP schema (175 in total).Recompiling the invalids won’t work as well, and it will still remain invalidated after force validations too. The RAC cluster is installed within Oracle Linux 8.5 which is Oracle verified, and the Oracle version of the DB is 19c E.A. Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production [Version 19.14.0.0.0]Has this situation been seen by anyone, and which solutions \ suggestions do you have for us to solve it immediately? Thank you in advance.

We would like to have an email with voicemail attachment from our customer hotline be received into IFS and Open a Case.Not only would this be a good way to track incoming calls from the hotline, but also be a way to gauge response time...etcDoes anyone know of anyone already doing this?Think of it like a helpdesk situation where the user can email to open a ticket….in this case it would be an email from the phone system opening a case.

Hi all,when are new modules in solutionset.yaml located in section customComponents, their Java implementation is not builded.If it is located in coreComponents section it works.But their are not supposed to be here.Their should be in customComponents section.We have currently 7 new modules and in coreComponents section it did problems after purchasing new modules - our modules was removed by automerge. And now it occurred again while applying SU 22.1.5.So we really need to move this modules to right section to avoid problems.Does someone face same issue?I created Case CS0079483 nearly three months ago (2022-06-10 13:22:27), but only IFS response is “Our product team will investigate and will provide the solution” (same text on 2022-07-27 10:22:17, 2022-08-10 09:54:24 and 2022-08-24 11:49:09).ThanksBR

How can we decrease the stock of packaging when making a shipment?We are creating Handling Units per pallet in “Shipment”, is it possible to connect a package (Inventory Part) to a Handling Unit?The purpose is to keep track of the number of pallets on stock. We don’t have packaging included in the product structure. Thank you!

My company has agents with Assyst User credentials that also need to be able to log into the Contact User service portal to submit tickets to other departments if needed.Example: Building maintenance agents handle maintenance tickets but also need to be able to submit IT support tickets to the IT helpdesk in their own name.Is there a way to have a single login that works as both a Contact User and an Assyst User? I have tried Aliasing and setting equivalent users, as well as poring over privilege settings and can find nothing.

A task is transferred to MWO & I need to delete it. I cancelled the assignment but still the task stays as “Transferred to mobile” as Yes due to which I am unable to delete the demand in the task. Any idea how can I make it to N so that I can delete the demand in task?  

Hi Wondering if it is possible to configure a specific customer contract to require a PO# in the billing field before work can be done or the ticket assigned to an agent? We have some customers who require a PO for each SV ticket and sometimes our office team forget to request before they send a technician to site. Then we cannot charge the hours until the customer PO is provided and often slows the invoice several weeks. 

Hi! Is it posible to adjust the default travel time for when the planned route contains a ferry? We have a lot of coastal islands and a few of them ar reached by ferry, however, the ferry has many departures and only takes a few minutes. The defaut travel time seems to have a markup of one hour each way when in reality the travel only takes about 20 minutes with maximal waiting time for the ferry.  We are using HTM V4 Scandinavia Thanks in advance

Hi,There is an option in global.xml for whitelisting on MaillistenerI cannot find a correct explanation how this whitelisting work for email listener, only that it“Enables incoming email messages from the list of email addresses defined in the Astea Alliance database.” My expectation is:If a email is send with a structured API Request without using Mail body login with a from Email address that is NOT in Astea Alliance database, the request will refused for processing.But my above expectation above about whitelisting is not how it actually works.Even if a structured API Request without using Mail body login is send by a from email address that is not in Astea Alliance database the Request is still processed.Can someone explain how this whitelist option works.Why we don’t want to use Mail body login is because we don’t want to create a new bu login for every customer that using the email listener and also we don’t want to give every customer the same login of course. Thanks,Robin

Hi,IFS developed a workaround for us to improve performance to display large amounts of data by using Materialized View (MV). The MV refresh job runs every hour to keep the data reasonably fresh for users.The Light Cleanup job should run every 10 min. It normally takes around 3-4 seconds but when the MV refresh background job is running, the Light Cleanup is taking about 30 min. - a major change. Do we have someone here who could explain why the Light Cleanup execution would increase so dramatically? What can we do to mitigate it?Sometimes, the MV refresh also gets killed by the Light Cleanup. A similar case is in this useful thread:For clarity, we have Managed Cloud Services with Apps 10, so not much access to the DB. Our case with Platinum Support is not moving fast enough and consulting is prioritizing other topics at the moment, hence my question in the Community.

Hi!Recently we uncovered that an user was adding new reading values for an object into Measurements for Object window, and all the readings inputed were not being recorded, as seen below:Measurement Type as Preliminary Reading Even using the Manage Preliminary Reading option I can’t make the Measurement Type change into Recorded Reading.Does anyone had the same problem before or have any idea how to solve it?Thank you!

Hello,Can someone help me with the below question please?  We need to generate an ISO20022 Pre-Authorized payment file for Customers. Based on the guidelines received from the bank, this file needs to be in the format of “WIFT ISO 20022 pain.008.001.02”.However, I have noticed that IFS Application has only below listed file formats available, and nothing representing “WIFT ISO 20022 pain.008.001.02”. Has anyone implemented ISO20022 Pre-Authorized payment using the standard IFS application? Dear IFS Community,To set up an interface we need to download the documents associated with a business object.No problem to do this with an End User , however, when we try to download a document with a Service User (user type = Service User) it does not work.Here is the message displayed :{"error":{"code":"ODATA_PROVIDER_ERROR","message":"An internal server error occurred. Contact administrator.","details":[{"code":"PROJECTION_IMPL_EXCEPTION","message":"Error when reading the file: You do not have view access to download this document."}]}}'The service user has all the accesses, like the end user with whom everything was ok.Did somebody have you ever seen this problem?

What permission is needed to print custom fields in an Operation Crystal Report? We have multiple operational reports printing using Crystal reports but we cannot print custom data fields. If the report view has joins to _TAB sources, all fields will print through Crystal. IF we change a join source to _CFV because we have custom data to print, nothing prints or is visible. The data is visible in the report view but not in Crystal. It is visible using the Crystal report editor but when run from Order reports the data is not visible, blank.Is there a permission that needs granted?
