I know that the following will assign 210 to the variable CompanyId (in a script task):execution.setVariable('CompanyId','210');What if I want to prepare a KeyRef for this that would contain in the end: 'CompanyId=210^’I'm looking for something like concatenate. I've tried:execution.setVariable('KeyRef’,'CompanyId=' + '210' + '^’);Ultimately I want something like:execution.setVariable('KeyRef’,'CompanyId=' + ${CompanyId} + '^’);In this case ${CompanyId} is a variable set in an earlier step of the workflow.So, my question is how to perform a concatenation in a system task?

How do you move shop orders within a schedule?  We do not use production schedules, but we may need to move shop orders up and down for start/stop dates. Also, how does a shop floor operator know which shop order he/she should be working on next? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  We are using the IFS Cloud.

Hi , As we can not see previous allocation in dispatch console , Is there a way or any other type of calendar available so that we can see the previous allocation of resources . Thanks

hi, is there a way that multiple criteria can be applied in the dispatch console filters like multiple competencies . I think since Match All is on, if I put multiple, it does not show any results. So want to turn it off. 

We use Aurena only, Apps10 Upd13 (soon to be 14) and on a regular basis one or more or all of our SQL order reports start giving errors to all users. Hello,I am looking into reporting for IFS Cloud. I have been through both operational and quick reports, but I was wondering if there is any other reporting we could try. We currently utilize lobbies and would like to have reports linked into lobbies, but with how straining quick reports are, and how limiting operational reports are, we were wondering if there is something a little more “user friendly” available.Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

We are counting inventory, and all counts except 1 have status Roll Forward Completed.  If I zoom in on it, it flags all lines as Roll Forward Completed, but it has status Partially Rolled Forward How can I get this rolled forward?

Hi All, I have a client using Aurena that wants to Print their Shipment handling unit labels when they create the Pick list. The Parts although not reserved are pegged. Does anyone know if this is possible? 

We have different users get different number of orders up in the Consolidated Billing Batch module. Setup is the same, and we have cleared all filters and reset the view. Any tips?

hi, is there anyway that resource names can be changed?I wanna change  Michael Henry to Henry Michael but don’t see any option for that. Since this is being used in many assignments, allocations, I cant delete & create a new one too. I have many others like this.

Hello, We have some issue with our customer regarding Document management deployment.Internal database has restricted storage capacity, which is not viable in the long run. FSS solution has a cost per utilization, which is not a possible solution regarding its costFirst, the customer project is the following :1st go-live with an On-premise installation of IFS Cloud Switch from On-premise to IFS Cloud as a service installation Roll-out 6 months later on a IFS as a service installationIn the long run, document storage solution must be compatible with a Cloud installation. Standard solutions offered by IFS in terms of Document storage does seems not to allow to have client-managed databases in a Cloud installation : e.g. an Azure Storage database owned and managed by the customer, which would be connected to the FSS storage solution. My questions are the following :Can an Azure Storage database owned and managed by the customer be used in a FSS storage solution ? If yes, how is the setup

After migrated from IFS9 to IFS Cloud 22R1 (all configurations have been done as the IFS Cloud documentation), and the only thing we can see on our time clock is the screens below. Anybody have any idea?    

Is it possible to add documents to a shipment?I am attempting to link Customer Orders to their respective shipments, so I can have documents on the Customer Orders be available for printing when shipments print their delivery notes.I have looked into Object Connection Transformations, but the connections available do not seem to work properly. Hello,I am attempting to access attachments for shipments (I added the ability to store attachments on shipments, and for shipments to pull attachments from Customer Orders that have attachments as well). What would be the best process for accessing these attachments? An API call via a workflow, or a reporting rule?I have tried accessing them via a workflow that utilizes the api call “GetFileExtList(DocType):String” but handling the output is something I’m not familiar with as the documentation does not cover this scenario. I have looked into reporting rules but I am not sure if it’s possible to print attachments automatically when the report “shipment delivery note” is printed.Any insight would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hello,I am not familiar with how IFS handles documents, but I am attempting to create a workflow and custom event/action to pull documents with the class code of 140/150 from a customer order to the shipment for that customer order.I also plan on creating another custom event/action to print that transferred document at the time when the delivery note is printed.I know how to create custom events/actions and workflows, but I’ve never interacted with documents before. Any advise on how to accomplish this or any direction would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hello,For the Order Confirmations for Customer Orders, the Fixed Freight amounts don’t appear on these forms. I have them accessible on Invoices but not on Confirmation of Customer Orders. The Delivery Term for fixed freight has the calculate freight charge set to yes, and the collect freight charge also set to yes. How do I get these to appear on this form? I’ve gone through the view via a quick sql report and there were no records of the fixed freight amount.Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan​​​​​​

Hi,I may be missing information, so please help me understand the situation.In one of the posts, there is information that IEE opens lobby links in a light version of Interne Explorer (not configurable). Since the support for Internet Explorer 11 ended on June 15, 2022 and Edge is recommended as a replacement, is there a plan to make a change to lobby links, so that they open in a supported browser?What to do with the errors that users get currently when clicking in a link in IEE due to the browser incompatibility?
