Cloud 22.1.1Using Chrome.Using Find Page in the Navigator, the text is cut off horizontally, showing only the top of the characters. This is new behavior in this client’s system.Any ideas what could cause this? 

Hi1/ In a product center we define a weight for a product in KG  : for example 3 KGIn the shipping list, the unit is in Gr and not KG. How to set the KG unit in shipping process despite of gramme ?2/ In the ship List, we can define a shipping charges. How to set Alliance in order to always have this cost in the service order ?Is it linked to the setting of a pricing rule in a contract (expense rule) ? In the Financial tab or Resolve tab/Complete order, sometimes we have the price of the part without the charge of shipping and sometimes we have the line for the ship_charges includedProduct Center Ship list Shipping Charge Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hello, We have set up automatic tolerance posting in our test environment, we have also set up the posting control for SP1, but we were wondering if there is a way to set up control type AC2 for this posting type. We want to be able to add a cost center to the tolerance posting, so we can easily identify when we look in the GL Rows analysis which cost center a particular entry goes too. Thank you!

Using XML, is there a way to grab the latest record? In the below example, there are multiple “OPEN” records associated with the task_id but I would only want the latest record. When hovering over any given activity on the 15.4.3 Web Console, I have the ‘Disposition’ set as a visible option from the activity details tooltips menu, but it’s not displaying the relevant status for this. I would expect to see ‘Open’ or ‘Fulfilled’ in this location. Any idea why this is? (JPG attached)Thanks, Sean

Eevn though there are connected business opportunity and business acitivites for this saved account/customer, Data is not shown show saved customers in CRM panel  When customer name is clicked in outlook it tries to show but then again dissapear. 

Hello all,I am looking for a way to analyze data and generate an alarm when a process is going in the wrong direction. We currently have Control Plans setup for all manufactured parts. Variable measurement checks are setup on each. We have specified Outer Min, Nominal Value, and Outer Max values.I was testing the use of SPC in IFS and defining UCL, CL, and LCL values that are within the Min and Max values. When I create the chart I do see the alarms. My question is,  is this the correct solution to achieve the desired results, or should I be leveraging another feature (Inner Target Cp/Cpk)? Any guidance would be appreciated!

The most recent IFS Roadmap document covers 22R2 and 23R1 and states it’s updated twice a year. We have found an issue when we create a Customer Order that originates from a Business Opportunity.When we change the quantity, it will add another line of discount and doubling it. Business Opportunity created for 2 units and converted into a Customer Order: Changed quantity to 3 units and get this pop up (the first 25% discount comes in automatic from the Customer Agreement?): Now line level shows 50% discount instead of the 25% mentioned in the agreement: When I right mouse on the line and go to Order Line Discount, I can see 2 lines now - 1 for agreement and 1 for manual? Doesn’t matter if we add and deduct the quantity, an additional line will be added? Is this a bug or a setup issue in the Customer Agreement?  Thanks,Michael

A user is attempting to update a purchase order with a change to one line (line 5). Is there a single report that includes all Maintenance Events: Scheduled, Life Limit, AD/SB… showing last performed and next due maintenances in it? The closest I see is the Serial Maintenance, but I need to navigate from tab to tab to get a whole view and last performed maintenance is in a complete separated tab.I need also to see maintenance for the Serials installed, in case they have their own Maintenance Program. That is the customary way of presenting the maintenance report to Brazilian Authority and, in the need to see any detail, a filter is applied, not the contrary.

I have two parts on a customer agreement as follows:  Part Valid Price 1222 1/1/2023-12/31/2023 $1 1222 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2023 $2  If I create two orders today: Order 1 with wanted delivery date in 2023 for part 1222 $1 Order 2 with wanted delivery date in 2023 for part 1222. Shouldn’t $2 be the price?  Currently both orders are showing $1. 

We are testing 22R2 and we are running into a error when trying to add a charge line.You can add the line but as soon as you try to put the price in, it errors out.Any ideas on this?

Hi, I have a reference to the Technical drawing on my master part, using the “Technical Drawing” field in the main tab.I would like to display this drawing on the shop floor workbench. If they make this specific part, the drawing should be visible in the workbench. Does anyone know how?I can make attachments visible using Object connection transformations, but I can’t figure out how to do it for the technical drawing.The drawing itself is an attachment in the screen “technical drawing” Wouldn’t this one do the trick: Should I add more parameters?

Hi, we are using V15.4.02We have occasions when people change their names (marriage, divorce, other) and that means that their usernames change (because we have their name as part of their username).Is there any way we can change a username without having to create a completely new one?  Some users are connected to so many things that creating a new one is a major task.ThanksChris
