How to connect a SFTP location as a document repository?

I want to connect a SFTP location as a document repository in IFS Cloud 21R2. Currently, I cannot see the SFTP repository type in the drop downIs there any possible way to achieve this and if so, how can I configure it? @Mathias Dahl @deshan.ekanayake I hope somebody can give us a word of advise on this matter.Your help is much appreciated.

Instant Invoice Tax Code

Hello, When we create an instant invoice, with a certain customer and certain sales object, the tax code which appears, has nothing to do with the customer or the sales object (image InstantInvoice.png).The customer has the tax code field empty (image Customer.png), and the sales object has a different tax code inserted (image SalesObject.png).Therefore my doubt is, what is the criteria of IFS for choosing a tax code in an instant invoice line from a sales object, if not the tax code inserted in that sales object? Image path for login screen picture in IFS APP10

All, I have seen the previous post regarding changing the login branding. After saving the URL’s and restarting the servers, the title has changed, but the standard default IFS picture and logo still appear. It is apparent that the new images could not be found. Where should the new logo and background images be placed so that they can be displayed on the login screen? Thank you.

REST API Post Integration from SQL

Looking for a solution to call a POST REST API from Microsoft SQL. We are able to use the GET successfully, but the POST is giving us issues. Below is an example of trying to issue a part to a Maintenance Material Requisition. WIP issue during month end

We are currently facing an issue where our WIP is being driven to a negative balance that appears to be driven by partially completed shop orders. As customer demand fluctuates, our production planning schedules are adjusted based on the priority of the newer orders/jobs received. Orders currently in process may be paused to start the newer, higher priority orders. Because of this, we have many shop orders which are processed partially, have operations reported partially and have shop order receipts received partially into finished goods. At any given time, there are a large number of shop orders found in partially completed status.The partially completed shop orders are receiving the full cost of material and labor into finished goods instead of a proportionate amount of material and labor. As a result, it appears that more cost is being taken out of WIP than has been added to it. For example,A 500 piece shop order is partially completed with 300 pieces. Expecting only the following t

How to logout from CRM Panel

Dear Community!Using the standard technical documentation for installation of the CRM Panel I have now logged in successfully to the panel / IFS.Now, I want to switch the user which I logged in previously. I already removed the panel several times, switched to another configuration but still, the user is still cached somewhere. As there is no option like for the document management add in, I really appreciate if someone can tell how the user of the IFS Crm Panel, Outlook Add In can be swichted or logged out. Custom Logic Unit does not update

Greetings, IFS communityI have created a Custom Logic Unit and a Custom Tab.The right page appears when I log in to IFS using my AO user ID. For more information, please refer to the screenshot below. The server cache has been refreshed, and the layout of the page has been updated. Why is the reason that the users has different view of the page custom logic unit .I do not know what else do I need to refresh to make the regular IFS users to see the same page as when I login into IFS using AO user ID. Problem on Supplier Invoice

Community, Wondering how to resolve this issue.attached the screenshot on a PO, 2 Receipt Match supplier invoices are completed, but if you noticed the second supplier invoice PO 10115661 DEPOSIT CLEARING 2, it is invoiced $14850, but the window Invoiced Purchase Order window shows really matched $32175, now we still have a remaining invoice, and seems like we don’t have amount to match.Thank you.

Why is DocumentContent Application Search not working?

We have several documents stored in the database.Like this mailMail stored in the db with the consultant name Sebastian Zecho in itUsing the Standard Application Search, I can see that the necessary Search Domains are activeDocumentContent Search Domain As well as all other document related search domains But in the end, the search only displays a value for a certain document revision where you got the Name in the DocumentObjectConnection Search Domain. And I do not even get where this entry comes from as I am not able to find it. Seems like a mix between the mail object description and the title of the document revision As I can see from here on the DEV and even on the customer environments, this logic does not seem to work. Even though nothing is displaying an error. No Background jobs are failing. Seems to happen for all sorts of documents. Any ideas on that?Kind regardsTobias

"Fa Ogrp Met Per Book" - Where to find in latest IFS version

This comment was posted before by someone else. But having looked the responses it doesn’t appear that was for the latest IFS version so I cannot find the page specified in those answers. I want to delete original Object Group, but I have this error:“The Fa Object Group is used by 1 rows in another object (Fa Ogrp Met Per Book)”There is no object created yet, and I don’t know what I have to do because “Fa Ogrp Met Per Book” doesn’t mean anything, and there is no menu with “Book” or “Ogrp” when I use the search bar…And no, Ogrp is not an error, it’s exactly what is written…Thanks a lot

Hello,I have a question in regards to logic behind FSM skills.In FSM, when scheduling a task through the Book Appointment process, the system ensures that the resource that gets committed to the task, has the required skills to perform the task.Sometimes it is necessary to skip the Book Appointment process and instead, manually assign or commit a technician to a task. How can we have FSM prevent the user from manually assigning (committing) a technician that doesn't have the required skill or their skill has expired?

Good afternoon, I created a PL/SQL script in order to send emails to IFS users who have there password expiring within 7 days.Now what I dont know, is where in IFS can I save this code, to be able to run it daily?Basically like a quick report we create a scheduled task, but in this case it’s a procedure to send emails, which would also have a scheduled task? PMRP is not working

Community, Wondering any tricks for PMRP. We are on APP10 Upd 9. I created a simple project with only one activity (its finish date is far away in Dec this year), then in this activity demand tab, i entered the Misc Demand a manufactured part. then i run the PMRP, I wish PMRP could like what we do in MRP, drill down to the bottom and have all the demand created with supply, but it only generated the current level, the top part shop order requisition, then nothing at all.the BOM is a simple BOM, just 2 levels, this part is a multi-site part, top part is manufactured in one site, and the kid is manufactured in another site, both sites are included in the site list of the project. anything I missed? why PMRP is not drilling down? thank you.
