Hi Community,

 

facing this error while changing the status of the work task, any suggestions how to tackle this one ?

@Hashmit is this something that only happens on the Work Task status change specifically? I think your best course of action will be to raise a support case if it’s re-creatable. It shouldn’t have anything to do with the software, but rather the server configuration. So might be worth getting one of your system administrators to investigate.
