We have setup templates for certain LUs as below I wanted to migrate these templates to another environment and make changes to the save templates. Seems like IFS does not allow this from the IFS screens. Is there anyway someone has already found to not only migrate these templates but also make changes?

Hi,In a customer use case : I would like to have only 1 Service Order Report for a service order and 2 activites dispatched for 2 different technicians.Both technicians have the same configuration mobile.For this configuration mobile, in the MOE I set the MOE 10093 = 3I make the Start/Stop Activity and Resolve for the Primary Technician (primary Activity)Then I made the Start/Stop Activity for the second TechnicianIt’s OK for the Resolve checkbox : It appears only on the first Technician But After completion made on the field, I have 2 Service Order Report on the back end I assume that because for the second Technician, on the completion page, I checked “store the report”But : Is it possible by MOE, to not display this page (and not have the risk to check the box) for the not primary technician ?or do we have another way to manage a SV with 2 techs and only 1 Report SV ?NB : I can’t manage that by mobile customization because both technicians could be sometimes primary, sometimes “seco

hi, is it possible to apply a column/filter for custom field in work order planning gantt? Like we have a custom field RIG on the WO screen, can we display that field here too so that I can see only the work orders only that belong to that rig?Also, can we drill down the tasks further to see which resources are working on them? Something like below--MARINER IS the rig, 259, 436,446 are tasks and below them are the resourced working on them. Right side shows the dates.  

Previous versions of IFS allowed you to set a default value for fields, but I can’t find this functionality in Apps10. Does anyone know how to achieve this?   Thanks, Mike  

We are using planning method A for the majority of our parts and have so far been updating the safety stock manually.I see in the help that the automatic update of safety stock is possible with planning methods B and C. Why is that? And is there any way we can use it for planning method A?Regards,Basil

When using IFS Cloud 22R2 and Generating a Supplier Payment with ISO20022 Payment Method application messages are dropping into the below status -  ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Error while sending data to file Caused by: jcifs.smb.SmbException: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. I have used %FILE_OUT%\ISO20022_CORE_transformed_%GUID%.xml as Routing address and Temp folder is also created in out-directory. Temp and root folder are set to different locations.Suggestions?

Hi All, I have installed Service Eng App in my laptop (windows 10) and testing a MOD.The date format in the app is US format (MM/DD/YYYY)How can I change this to UK format (DD/MM/YYYY)?I could not find any option in the Service Eng App/Settings. My laptop date format is UK format. 

We have a part that is machined on any 1 of 8 different machines. Each machine is its own work center. Each work center is setup as a different alternate routing for the part. When CRP is calculated, load from shop order requisitions will only appear on the work center that’s on the primary routing. This machine/work center always appears overloaded, while the alternates appear to have plenty of capacity, even though the load will be spread across all machines. Is it possible to generate load from shop order requisitions to alternate routings?   Thanks,Eric

We have a need to create separate page configurations for mWO Maintenance 10 and have done the following:Created a user group named “HelpDesk”, added my user account to this groupUsing Apps for Page Designer with Page Designer to:Created a context named “HelpDesk”under this context, added text to a single label on the “New Work” assistant under Maintenance EngineerSaved and Published this configuration, verified that it exist in “Page Configurations”Created a Configuration Context Mapping such as Context = “HelpDesk”, Condition USER = usernameInitialized the mobile device, yet the modification does not appear in mWO. As validation of this process, I made a similar change to the same page (with different text) against the “Global” context and this change shows up immediately in mWO. Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me or point me towards documentation that explains how mirrored service offerings are setup in assyst? By mirrored, I am referring to different individual service offerings that are an exact copy of each other. For instance, changing one copy will automatically update the second copy accordingly. We have some old service offerings setup like this at my organization, but I cannot find any documentation on the subject. We are using assyst 11.2.3. Thanks!

HiWe can set activity (activity codes)  with tools.1/ For these tools : it seems that that must be serialized (KO at usage) and inventory.Could you confirm ?2/  For these tools : Is it mandatory to define the serial number in the back office  and not in the field ?Test :I assign a technician to a service order with an activity with tool and dispatchIn mobile edge, I can start the activity but not resolve : I have a message : serial number not defined.But, it seems that the technician in the field cannot define himself the serial number. Hi.  I’m having trouble adding my user defined password function to oracle profiles.  I have the function compiled under SYS with no errors, but when I try to add this function to my oracle profile, I get an error indicating that the function cannot be found. Are there any specific grants that have to be done to get these functions seen by IFSAPP?

Hi IFS community, I wanted to register an invoice with PO 69552, however when I wanted to save it I got this error message. Please, how do we solve this issue?Do we have to create SP3 in Posting Control tab? What are the other parameters which I need to fill in Posting Control tab? 

We’ve just deployed our first IFS Cloud environment and we’re struggling with some features… One of them is regarding Data Migration Jobs. Do you guys know which exact permission (projection) a user must have in order to be able to create new Data Migration Jobs? He’s already been granted Update Allowed permission in Authorized Users screen, but I believe that will work just for the existing jobs already granted for his account, right?Hope you can help me with this.

  When creating an external customer order for a part of 200 PCS with supply code ‘Purch Order Trans’ it was converted correctly to internal purchase order of qty=2 and UOM=PK100 as factor=100 when define PK100 UOM against base UOM =PCS. Inventory UOM=PK100, Purchase UOM=PK100, sales UOM=PCS but when convert from internal customer order after send into internal customer I found that the quantity =2 with UOM=PCS which it is wrong, quantity has to be 200. what is the reason for it. please advice. we are using IFS10 UPD13Best Regards,Bilal Drayi

How do I reverse a Supplier offset made in previous Financial Year?  I have tried the Supplier Payment Rollback screen but there is no option to rollback the matching.
