Error when reprint original

Hi All,

I'm getting below error message when trying to reprint original in Instant Invoice. Is this a permission issue ? If yes, which database object shout I grant?

@TopMalinG normally each user has access to the reports/pdf they’ve created in Reports Archive. If you need access to pull a PDF created by someone else, you would need the ADMINISTRATOR system privilege. This is also part of FND_ADMIN permission set normally.

But don’t forget that ADMINISTRATOR system privilege unlocks access to other things you may not want the user to do!

 

An alternative solution is to use report distribution groups combined with report rules to automatically assign to a report using whatever criteria you want to use from the report data.

 

E.g.

 

 

When the report is printed, IFS will add an ACL to the report archive entry using the distribution list of users/groups.
