Hello.
I was asked to add an approval process on the work center screen (link : ifsapf:frmWorkCenter ) but I don’t know well how IFS works on that.
Is that possible to make an approval process on such a screen? By clicking on attachments, I can only see “media”

To visible the approval routing do the following:
Go to the object connections screen and add the ApprovalRouting tag . It should show you the approval routings section in attachment panel.
If not visible log out from the application and login again to see if it works.
Otherwise you add the record do a Refresh server cache as well
