Hi Bjørn,
It was my understanding you already changed the currency of the new profile the standard script. Is this a different profile for another country?
It is possible to have the MAIN price book be in one currency and the customer in a separate currency provided you maintain exchange rates. Your prices stored in the current main price book are NOT changed if you run that script so you may have to update all your prices if you are changing the currency.
Please keep in mind, it is not normal to change the price book’s currency at any time other than initial application configuration with that script.
