Hello,

On Build place Release Update Studio  while requesting release update error is poped up asking to contact IFS Account Manager. can some one help to understand this part.

@paguin could you share with us a screenshot of the error message? This way someone could give some better advice.

@paguin normally when Release Update step is started, a sales quotation should be created in IFS Biz (IFS system of the IFS company). That Sales Quotation is normally set immediately to status Won and then you can continue with the next steps.

If you got the above error message, then for sure your Account Manager must check the status of the quotation in IFS because for some reason it didn’t go to status Won and you cannot continue with applying the RU.
