When setting up customer payment reminders, is it possible to replace the standard templates with IFS’s customer statement of account?

You would need to:
→ add the desired layout in Reminder Layouts:
→ setup a new Reminder Template suing the new Reminder Layout you have created
→ assign the new Reminder Template to the desired customers:
