Our organization is upgrading from assyst 11.2.3 to assyst 11.7.2. In our current version, optional fields in the service catalog have an (Optional) tag below the field’s name. However, it looks like that tag has disappeared in 11.7.2.Is there a way for that tag to be shown in 11.7.2 automatically? Going through every field of every form to give them a new prefix or suffix is very inconvenient. For reference: In 11.2.3: In 11.7.2:Thanks.

Hi All, I created a simple Custom Event with Event Action  Type Rest Call and Called a POST Action.e.g.Rest End Pointhttps://puhawa5-ru-del1.build.ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/PurchaseAdditionalCostTypesHandling.svc/PurchaseAdditionalCostTypes Authentication = ROPC.When I trigger the event , it gives me the same error in Application messages even if I use a different Rest End Point. This seems to be a bug (even if I have done something wrong) as I am not sure why I get following error.“ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 1 out of bounds for length 1”I cannot find any issue with the payload. Event Action Setup   Any thoughts?

Hi experts,I have an issue with the required part number not populating in the LOV for Manage Fault Information.The part is in active status in the Task Card, but I suspect that the serial initialization status may be affecting this issue. If that is the reason, could you please advise on how to set the correct serial status? Hello.I have been looking at the Single Occurrence address in IFS Cloud.I created a customer order and the option was no editable. changed this to editable within page designer.When i set the flag as true the information within the delivery address info is not available.  any ideas? I have checked environments being logged in as IFSAPP.

Hi there! We want do use the average capacity of a work center to calculate the lead time of our routings. I know you can calculate the average capacity for a single work center, but we have a large number of work centers on witch we have to calculate the average capacity on a regular basis.Is there a background job, that can be scheduled to calculate the average capacity of all work centers of a site. Thanks,Chris

Hi Community, I’d like to get to know your opinion about forecasting process when using Configured Parts. Do we have any tool or workaround in IFS 9? Master Scheduling works for Part level, doesn’t support configuration. Configuration whereas determines multilevel BOM and lets you know purchase components. The goal here is to establish rough procurement plan and secure crucial long lead-time materials when there are no Customer Orders yet.  Any ideas / tips&tricks would be appreciated. Regards, Lukasz

Hi, when deploying with the "SUPPLIER_INFO_GENERAL" view using Data Migration Manager, I get this error:I guess the problem comes from the fact that the metadata "AUTO_GENERATED", column "DEFAULT_LANGUAGE" and column "COUNTRY", there is no value : I don't see why this problem occurs, since it's not present in the other views.The error seems to be almost the same as this topic on Community :https://community.ifs.com/topic/show?tid=23864&fid=333I've tested the solution but nothing changes.Can you help me?Thanks in advance.IFS Cloud version: 23R2 SU1 

How can I check the changes made from Apps10 to cloud?

HiWe have a customer which is complaining that the site access hour are not refreshed in mobile edge..The scenario is at first the customer site has no access hour defined (for example), There is a service order assigned to a mobile technician. On his mobile device the technician can see that there is no access hour defined in the module site details / acess hours this is ok. Then in the back office the Access hours are updated on the site.This information is not pushed to the mobile device , even if a new service order for this site is assigned to the same technician.is it normal ? thanks for your feedbackChristophe 

We are testing credit card transactions connected to expenses. The migration job is a success and we are able to connect credit card transactions with the expense sheet. Then we confirm, approve, and authorise the expense sheet which creates the E voucher. Now we want to show this expense as paid however there is no way to move forward because the credit card type is non-reimbursable. How do we continue from authorised to paid? There is a credit balance in non-reimbursable account which we can set off through mixed payment. However, the expense sheet would be unpaid state with a balance.

In Payment Schedule for Purchase OrderWhen entering a schedule line for Pay Sched Line Type = “Retention” the user enters a Percentage of “10.18” but on leaving the field or saving the record the Percentage is rounded to 1 decimal place meaning that the Percentage is now “10.2” meaning that the Planned Amount is wrongly calculated as as 166,902.5286 instead of 166,575.2687 a difference of 327.25986 Can we amend the decimal places and if yes, where can this be amended.  Many thanks. JohnAPPS 10 UPD 22.

Are the Max Travel Time, Max Travel To and Max Travel From fields on Scheduling Resources available for use in Dispatch Console without PSO? For example, when we schedule work orders for resources we want their travel time to be shown on Dispatch Console and the work order start time to be moved according to the required travel time.

We have been attempting to migrate absence data into an environment as a trial for bringing absences in that are registered outside the system. The migration job uses the ABSENCE_REGISTRATION view using the INSERT_OR_UPDATE procedure.  I am experiencing two issues, this is the first. We are able to successfully bring the absences into IFS Cloud however when the value is less than one day (irrespective of the absence type setup being working hours or working days) the system automatically turns absences less than 1 day or less than the scheduled 8 hours into 1 whole day or a full day schedule. The issue we have is that it isn’t uncommon to book less than your scheduled hours yet when we try to migrate data into this view we aren’t able to successfully include a time in the format. Does anyone have experience of a similar migration job where you have encountered the same issue?Things I have tried so farUsing TIME_FROM and TIME_TO but only a date format is being accepted. On mobile, is it possible to stop typing in the lookup field and perhaps stop typing in a field for reading the qrcode? If it is possible via script, can you give an example?

We have a bit of an issue. HR registered the employee with wrong Person ID on Employee module and when I create a new user on solution manager I cannot choose which person can I attach to this user so that this user can also login on Aurena and can able to see HR self services like time balance,holiday etc.. This user cannot see those following because the user is connected to wrong person ID.  User When clicking View personal information for this User-- I want to change that user ID to the correct one. 

Hello!I'm hoping I can get some assistance on this questionFor reporting purposes one of our branches would like us to create a GST-Exempt tax code with 0% tax and ensure this will reflect on the Tax Transactions screen.This is currently what we have set up for them, but the NA does not pull on the tax transactions If I were to create the GST- Exempt 0%, how would I ensure this gets reflected on the tax transactions report?Thanks in advance!

Hello, I am trying to add a line to a Sales Quotation using a REST API from C# and I am always receiving the following error:ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [ProbabilityToWin] is mandatory for Order Quotation Line and requires a value.I DO have ProbabilityToWin in my payload and have tried several iterations of a value (100, 1, 0, 0.1, 0.9).  I have also written many API integrations with IFS so I’m not new to this.Here is a snippit of the payload:    "UnitPriceInclTax": 0.00,    "ProbabilityToWin": 100,    "OrderSupplyType": "InventOrder",and the API URL is:/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/SalesQuotationHandling.svc/OrderQuotationSet(QuotationNo='{1}')/OrderQuotationLinesArrayThis happens in both 23R1 SU10 and 23R2 SU3.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards,Robert Blansett
