Lobby Image - Black Cross in the Middle

Hi All,

 

We  created a lobby image element , value to these images is passed through a URL.
But in lobby I’m getting a black cross mark on the middle of  image as shown in attachment. when  put cursor on that image it shows ‘Can’t access image location’. when i open it separate window i can see it without black cross. Could anyone help me to  fix this?

I can't quite remember why, but I have a note to myself that says: "Do not use the Image element! Instead, try using the Text element and set the image URL as the background.”
Give that a try - it might just solve your problem.
