I want to link an absence with a kind of Schedule calendar, so only employee with that calendar can see this type of absence.

Hi,
If it regards limited access to absence wage codes in Time Card I suggest you work with different wage classes.
If this concerns absence types in Absence registration i suggest to work with Data access

Dear Maria , I thank you for your answer. Yes it’s dealing more with Absence registration. Some employee with schedule B have a kind of absence called R. The other employee with schedule A have no Absence R. And I don’t know how to manage the fact that that employee don’t see Absence R in their possible Absence.
Can you explain me more in details How and Where to look in Data Access ?

You can define different Data group based on different schedule and add the persons in those group. In “Data Access” window, you can define applicable “Absence Type” for each data access group.
