Hi all, we’re having an issue where users can’t print advance invoices (the users have Full access to the CustomerOrderInvoiceHandling projection).What’s happening: User navigates to Sales > Invoicing > Customer Invoice > <the invoice> User clicks on `Share` button User sees one of two messages, depending on the invoice (which seem closely linked): User <username> is not granted access to the Report CUSTOMER_ORDER_ADV_IVC_REP You are not allowed to execute the Report - Advance Invoice Both of these seem to indicate that the user lacks permissions for the Customer Order Advance Invoice Operational Report. However, I don’t know how to give them this permission - there’s nothing obvious in the Report Definition page for that report that suggests I can give specific permissions for it (I’ve assumed that if users had access to the calling projection, then that was all they needed).Any suggestions?

I created user from Solution Manager=> Security=> Users=> Create User and IFS created its own personel data. I want to delete this. It is not used anywhere but it gives me “” is non existing table message. Has anyone experienced a similar problem?I found similar problem in topics. Best answer is clear the 'Reference Cache' & 'Security Cache.  How exactly is this process done? Actually i am not sure it will work. But I want to try.  "" is non existing table | IFS Community

But Our customer came up with the below question: Customer is on Remote(On Premise) Upgraded from APP10 to IFSCLOUD.  They are looking for migration of existing document attachments from the APPS10 environment to the cloud.In APPS10, customer utilized a shared repository for storing documents. However, as we transition to the cloud, they encountered a significant challenge: shared repositories are not supported in the cloud environment.The technical document also talking about migrate from database to File Storage Cloud File Storage Migration Tool - Technical Documentation For IFS CloudThey are looking for guidance on how we can migrate the existing documents from the shared repository in APPS10 to the database repository or the file storage in the cloud.Any Remote upgrade customer have these issues and How you resolved?

I have a client who wants to increase the beginning Shipment ID # to a higher number. There is no Shipment ID option in the Coordinators Group to change this. Is there any known option of changing/increasing the beginning Shipment ID#?

Hello community, I am trying to define components in the page “Official Document Number Components” for a company. I have setup on company level the method and the Customer Invoice Creation Method as “Official document number”  but I can’t find the way to add a component in here. Has anyone been able to do it? I have created a custom enumeration and used it for a new attribute, but I’m not sure how to make a filter available for it.   I can’t see the filter.   For the regular text attribute, I can see the filter.

I have ordered a report & when i go to ‘Print Report’ the Date/Number formatting is defaulting as en-US. In the layout the RDL is set as locale and my browser Edge is set to English British language & date format. Where/how do i set the formatting as default to en-GB instead. This is catching a lot of our users out and one would think this should be a fairly basic and straightforward requirement of system capability to default to GB options - we are a UK based company. Hi,i created 2 custom fields in role Assignment tab on Project Module with the help of @Buddhika Kurera ; How can i add Person Education field in Role Assigment tab | IFS Community but problem is that other users than IFSAPP cannot see the data in the fields; Users Cannot see the data in the fields but they can see the fields There is a sql code running behind these fields; SELECT education_level_nameFROM ( SELECT education_level_name FROM pers_education_profile WHERE person_id = :person_id AND extract(YEAR FROM end_year) != 9999 ORDER BY end_year DESC, education_level_no DESC)WHERE ROWNUM = 1 and i tried to give every possible permission. Database Objectsand Presentation object by componentsBut it didn’t work. Need help.Thanks.

Hi, one of our German entities have received a request to run the following reports out of the audit interface assistant in IFS. However they did not give us any clue as to which of “Audit Sources” in the audit assistant matches with their request (see snapshot below). Can anyone help ? Even the native speakers in the company can determine which audit sources translates to the below. It might be better for someone that has been through VAT audits and have IFS as an ERP system.

We have a Custom Field in Rental Transaction that is pulling Group ID from Serial Object. As Serial Objects gets update it then recalculates and updates the Custom Field in Rental Transactions. We want to know what the Serial Object Group ID was at the point the Rental Transaction is created NOT the current Group ID. How do we prevent the Custom Field from Updating if Serial Object is changed? Thanks in advance,Lisa

Hi All, I’ve been looking at a scenario where Master Scheduling is being used in conjunction with Order Gap time, but I’m struggling to understand the logic of how MPS is generated.  I’ve set up a simple example in my test environment (24R1) to demonstrate: Max Lot size = 10Order Gap Time = 1 (just to simplify - in reality this would be different hence why rate by period hasn’t be set up)Test 1 - Works as I would expect - the MPS generation stops at the PTF, so the system cannot keep the Projected balance positive and an Action Message is generated. Test 2 - However, if I split the forecast into 2 overlapping periods, the Order Gap time rule is ignored and multiple MPS/SORs are generated on the same day and the project balance is now always at 0 or above.If I add a large forecast at the PTF, I get a strange pattern, I think where each demand entry (forecast) is searching back for a free day, hitting the PTF and creating one SOR for the max lot size. Hi Team,Have a client requirement for creating Project Forecast/Budget on an Annual Basis but do not find any option in Project Forecast window where I can set up the Accounting Period Start Date & Accounting Period End Date for the specific Project Forecast/Budget which will indicate this Project Forecast/Budget for the specific accounting year. Request you to please let me know if this can be possible or do we need to go for CRIM?Do we have a workaround for this?   Best Regards,Rakesh

Hi All, I updated SSL certificate as the old one expired. When I check from the management server, it shows the correct SSL certificate.When I check from my laptop it shows the old certificate. NOTE: I am using correct IFS binary version I tried below,Recreated and reinstalled middle tier. Hi,I uploaded a file using the "Create Documents" window. After the file was uploaded, its status in the Document Revision window showed as "Checked In." When I clicked the "Edit Document" button, the file status changed to "Checked Out," and the document was downloaded to my local computer. The downloaded file is named "DocMan_Test (XXXX - 1003517 - 1 - A1) - 1 (1).PDF," with the file extension in uppercase. Please refer to images 1 and 2 for details.1.2.Then I modified the downloaded document on my local computer and changed the file extension to lowercase, resulting in “DocMan_Test (XXXX - 1003517 - 1 - A1) - 1 (1).pdf.”After clicking “Check In” to upload the modified file, I received the following warning message in the application:I’m able to upload the document, but the warning message causes the application to create a new file.
