Hello,in the past we already worked a lot with checklists. But only order related. Now we have started also with first activity based checklist. For some reasons there is a need to fill a checklist in some cases automatically. (e. g. is an order is getting cancelled from customer)Unfortunalety I don’t have any example API requests for activity based checklists, only for order related checklists.Does anyone have a simple API example how to fill up an activity based checklist and could provide here? Thanks a lot! 👍RegardsTorsten

We have updated the Astea from Version 14.0.0.24 to 14.0.0.29 as well as we have added Portugal language in Astea Mobile and All technicians has updated the Mobile Application on their device but after that Technicians are not able to login into Astea Mobile Application using  facial recognition in iPhone. We have suggested to re-install the application and re-configure the facial recognition on device but still after that technicians are not able to use facial recognition. Please suggest.

Hello,Need your help to understand how the Project cost is calculated when a shop order is connected to a project activity.Here are the steps that I followed for my tests:Activity Materials and Services > Misc.Parts tab: I have added a Manufactured Inventory Part Y. Proceeded with “Create Project Supply Request”: so, the shop order has been created automatically for the Part Y. I have received and closed the Shop order, also verified that there is a cost calculated. Proceeded with “Issue from inventory to Project” for the Part Y.When I verify the Project Cost, on the Project Connections, I can see the cost of the shop order but only on the Used Cost and there is no value on the Actual Cost.Is there a missing step or posting control that we should do to have a Project Actual Cost connected to the shop order cost? Thank you!

I am working in the Apps 10 UPD 23 GCS IEE environment and I am trying to manage a Shop Order Multi-Level Repair Structure.  I can get the structure to appear but when I RMB on any of the components in the tree, the component replacement selection is grayed out.Is this due to a permissions issue?  If so, what permission should be granted to allow that function to be used?  Thanks!!

We use standard costing and our product structures are defined accordingly. When we produce a product, say 1000 pounds of final material, the system reserves and backflushes the required materials based on the product structure.Given that our production is measured in pounds, it is challenging to predict the exact amount of material the recipe will require. We want to know if there is a way, after completing the shop order, to adjust the quantity of material used (either by adding or reducing it). This adjustment would allow us to see the shop order cost variance. Currently, we cannot see any variance as it always matches the standard cost.Is there a method to achieve this adjustment post-production to reflect the actual material usage and, consequently, see the cost variance? TLDR : Can we manually issue more material than the assigned quantity in IFS?Thanks

As I’m learning Data Migration Manager I have created a few projects. For a couple of them, while Mapping Legacy Tables to Migration Object there has not been any Target Tables available in the Smart Mapping assistant and I have had a hard time figuring out why. Am I missing any setup? What are the requirements for Target Tables to be available for Smart Mapping?

Hello,Is it possible to setup a Campaign with different discount-% depending on who the sales person it?As example:Part number 123456 with a list price of 1000 EuroOrder created by Sales person 1 = gets 5% discountBut if Sales person 2 make as identical order, he will get 10% discount?A sort of Level 1, level 2, level 3 discount structure that copies the different discounts into the Customer Order automatic, depending on who the Main Rep. is.We are currently on Apps9, pending switch to Cloud, so question goes for both systems.Thanks,Michael

Hi,One of our customers is trying to use Document Transmittal functionality and send the documents in the transmittal via E-mail. When this is tried out in IEE, it opens a new e-mail with all the documents attached, but the same is not available for Aurena. When looking for this in the community, I found the below post, and it states, this works in IFS Cloud 23R2 and above.Do anyone of you know, whether the same solution will be made available in Apps 10 Aurena? I want to use only the ETM to create an event for each contact user with a specific skill. I will be using CRON expression to trigger the channel. I have a datamapper to get a list of users with the skill, and works fine. I then use the following Iteration Expression to pass this onto another datamapper.I then try to set the affected user by doing the following below. The second datamapper runs 4 times which is correct as there is 4 contact users being met with the criteria in first datamapper, but the second datamapper is unable to set any affected users.
