Hi, some of our users have this “issue”:Aurena, with UPD20Chrome or Edge  Under Business Mails, when they click the “Mail Body” button: then the file is downloaded as an html file and can be opened in another tab: For other users, the mail body is just displayed in Aurena: Does anyone happen to know whether this is that a setting in IFS or in the browser? I cannot find a rhyme or reason - it seems not to be permission, because we have users with the exact same permission and role but different behavior. Appreciate any tips :-)Thank you!

The data schema does not completely suit my needs, so I was wondering if there is a way to apply a xslt on the data so I can shape it the way I'd like to. I know there are ways to apply a xslt to create a XML/text output, but I'd like to still have the pdf output, just with the amended dataset.

HI Team,Requesting help here.I saw that we can receive shipment orders through generic receipt processes.I want to receive the shipment (created via shipment order) through the Incoming Dispatch Advice process to another site. I am aware that we can receive it through register arrival. Since shipment order used to send material between sites in the same company, I added the DESADV message on the company level and Send dispatch advice automatically toggle also enabled in site level. I can see my shipment sent the dispatch advice and delivery note is also printed. But I am not getting any records created in Incoming Dispatch Advice window. Did anyone of you followed this flow and does it work? Or Am I missing any key data? Thanks,CHamath

Hi,If i understand well, with a major release bookmarks will be deleted. Is there another way to keep or copy them than copying them one by one for each user profile (i don’t even know if this will works after the update)? Regards,Pierrick

Hi all, In app9, we included URLs to records in the emails triggerred by business events. An example is when an absence request is generated, the supervisor will get an email with a url that takes them to the absence request to authrorise/cancel. Generating the url in app9 was easy, but how do you do that in Cloud?  Current address looks like below when the record is looked up in Cloud. How would you construct this dynamically to include in an email body as a url? Hello community,We are working for a new assignment with just IFS Cloud (24R1) and PSO (6.13) environments. We need to make the connection between the two environments.We used the IFS Optimization Framework Configuration Assistant and we’ve encountered with some issues trying to finish the configuration: Validating IFS Cloud callback URL failed. Hello All,I have a simple question.Is it possible to copy bookmarks for one IFS Cloud user and paste them across all the user profiles for a client? Hi All, We can see that the lists are used cards in MWO (Mobile) in Aurena Native. If we navigate to the page designer (My Work Page), we can see the list is there, but the attached card (MyAssignmentCard) is not visualized. Can’t we add new fields to the cards through configurations in IFS Cloud 23R2?  

Unable to save On Hold Column, when I add the on-hold column to supplier analysis in application it adds but does not stay there.

License Usage of ‘IFSANONYMOUS’  (IFS Anonymous User) has become ‘Full’ after APPS8 to APPS10 Upgrade. License Usage for ‘IFSANONYMOUS’ was ‘None’ in APPS8 and now in APPS10 it has consumed 1 Full User license. Why it consumes a Full user even though it is an IFS System User?

We are using IFS APPS 9. Scheduled database tasks run daily for Manufacturing Lead Time (10 PM) and cumulative lead time (8 PM) calculations, as well as daily MRP calculations (1 AM). A quick report for the MRP is generated and sent out at 5:00 AM. Generally, this process is consistent day-to-day, but we have noticed disruptions during weekends.During weekends, lead times for certain parts increase, affecting our MRP reports over the weekend and on the following Monday (or the 1st working day of the week).To address this issue on Monday, we have tried manually re-running the scheduled database tasks for Manufacturing Lead Time, Cumulative Lead Time, and MRP calculations site-wide. This correction ensures accurate lead times and MRP reports.We would appreciate insights into why these disruptions occur and any suggestions for prevention. Thank you for your assistance.

In APPS 10 when selecting the status park on the shop orders screen it prompts me to select a Park Reason, we currently do not use this status but would like to utilize it, but not sure how to load park reasons and descriptions. I do not see where this can be added via basic data. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hi,  We have a customer upgrading from an IFS APPS10 implementation to IFS Cloud. There are currently using IFS Apps10 Aurena, but only for limited functionality like time registration. Is there a way/tool to transform the permission sets created in APPS10 IEE to IFS Cloud, projection based permission sets? Are there any innovative ways that you are currently using? Also any best practices to follow in such an upgrade of permission sets would be appreciated, so that we prepare the permission sets in APPS10 so that it is easier to upgrade. Thanks in Advance!   @NikhilMalik
