Dear IFS Support Team,

I’m reaching out to report an issue with the IFS CRM Outlook integration. The CRM panel is not visible in Outlook, and I’m unable to use the expected features linked with it.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue or provide guidance on what might be causing the CRM panel not to appear?

There can be many reasons why the CRM-panel does not appear but here is seems that you haven’t selected an e-mail. Does the add-in appear if you select a record in your inbox? The CRM-panel always shows contacts etc in relation to a certain mail so if you haven’t selected a mail, it cannot show the recipients.
