BPA(workflow) Default Values Not Applying in CRM Companion Mobile App

Hello,

I’ve created a BPA (WORKFLOWS) in IFS Cloud to automatically set default values for the "Defalult Language" and "Country" fields when adding a Lead in the CRM module. This works correctly in IFS CLOUD version. However, in the CRM Companion mobile app, the default values are not applied when adding a Lead.

I have also ensured that all necessary permissions are in place for the BPA to function, but the issue persists in the mobile environment.

Attached, you’ll find screenshots from both the IFS Cloud and the mobile app for your reference.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why the BPA changes might not be reflected in the CRM Companion mobile app?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Depending on your version, it is probably related to this post.  Most workflow types are not triggered within the mobile app, at least not until the latest version.
