Hi all,I am quite new to IFS Cloud 24R2 and I would like to ask if it is possible to add CF to Routings - OPERATIONS.  When i run “Page designer” i can see the name of the entity: RoutingOperation.Am i right???  But I am not able to find this entity in “Entity Configuration”. The only entity simmilar is RoutingOperationList and it says: “This Entity cannot have Custom Attributes”.  Is it really impossible to add CF to “Routing” - “OPERATIONS”??ThanksJan

Hi IFS Community team,I am supporting a managed service-esque company with an IFS PSO Implementation that has now gone live. As part of this, we would like the event definitions for each of the event IDs for management as part of their managed services processes.In another case, this was handled by the MessageTexts.xml file for PSO v6.12. Please could someone kindly provide this file for both PSO v6.14 and v6.15?This will be a huge help.Thanks in advance,Ben

We have a Vendor - multiple that we no longer use. I am not able to change their status to in-active in the vendor center as they have purchase req’s already associated to them. Is there another way to remove them from the selection list of vendors? All of the associated PR’s are fulfilled, so one would think you could make that change.

Hi,I am playing around with the Shipment Orders functionality and I have seen in other topics here that it is possible to receive items via the Register Arrival screen but the shipment orders are not being displayed. I have tried creating a Shipment Order using the Material Requisition tab from a Request Work Task (with the Supply Code = Service Location), as well as manually (from Site to Remote Warehouse). In none of the cases are the shipment orders shown in Register Arrival screen. Am I missing any configuration? I am using 24R2.Thanks  

Hi ExpertsIn IFS app10 there use to be a direct offset possibilty. In CLOUD I am able to see that there are offset posibilities but cannot directly offset them out of the payment proposal. I cannot open a second window with the manual offset, since IFS gives an error message that these invoices are used in a payment proposal.  Any idea to offset them from the payment propsal window? 

Hi,in MWO, when we attach a picture to the task, that cannot be seen in the Mobile service report, instead if we check it from the Clould Service Engineer  we can see the attachments. What is the missing piece that I cannot see the same in the mobile?In the Report Layout I can see Task attachments are there.  How I see it in the Cloud. And the mobile Report. Please explain how to get the Pictures into the service report,as this is working fine in the clould report. ThanksKasun

HI Expert, I'm in the process of creating a custom LOV filtration. there I added new custom LU to hold  some basic data, where you can match object level and object types, I have added a fndboolean field to set the record status as allowed or not   Then I  Created a reference field to this LU in Functional object entity, now I'm going to add that as a lov field in the functional object page and filter based on the object level attached to the functional object (This works perfectly) additionally I want to filter the LOV based on the Allowed toggle button, as soon as i add that into data source addgreget ref I'm getting the below error.   any idea to resolve this ?Kind Regards!Niyo

In core MWO application, there are some functionalities only available in the MWO navigator section, not as separate tiles (Ex: My Misc Allocations, My Work calendar).However, if mwo users wish to see them as tiles we can add it via Navigator designer.But the problem is that when the new tiles are added, they are being added to the mwo navigator as well. Therefore, they end up as duplicates in the mwo navigator. Is there a way to keep only one entry in mwo navigator, such as hiding unnecessary items from navigator? So the questions are; how do get the standard items to be visible in the Dasbhoard OR how do I remove the standard items from the Navigator?Thanks and Regards,

Normally using StrTranslate function we can translate given text, but when we have a comma in the text it will not translate the string beyond that poiint. It will skip the remaining part of the text. E.g:-‘Please translate me, I have a comma’ vldtstr:strTranslate(../../../tns:PROCESSING_INFO/tns:FORMATTING_OPTIONS/tns:LANG_CODE,'en,de','Please translate me, I have a comma,Bitte übersetzen Sie mich, ich habe ein Komma','Please translate me, I have a comma') Result: en: Please translate me (missing ‘, I have a comma’)de: Bitte übersetzen Sie mich (missing ‘, ich habe ein Komma’) 

In both APPS10 & Cloud ‘Create posting at invoice entry’ option is enabled under company basic data. Also, not using posting proposal.Accordingly, in APPS10 once you hit the ‘save’ button after PO matching it automatically change the status from PrelPostedAuth to PostedAuth.However, in Cloud, it will not automatically change the status to PostedAuth once you complete the PO matching. You need to manually click on ‘Post Invoice’.Is this the standard behaviour in Cloud or is there any workaround available?

Hello,We currently store our emails to customers as attachments on case contact log entries. Is there a way in a workflow or event action to open that file, read the data in that email attachment? I just need the exact date the email was sent, which if you open up a .eml file, it saves it on the 3rd line. I’m very new to document management but I thought I’d ask and see if this is possible in IFS Cloud.Thanks,Bryan

Hi,I tried to hide a colum “Proj Activity Seq No” in Page Configration so it applys to all user at my company but I can not find where to configure in Page Desinger in this pop upp window.  The column you find in Posting Proposal/ klick on View Cost Postings then pop up window call Cost postings. I opened Page Designer from Posting Proposal and tried to find where I can configure the pop up window but need help to find, thanks. Please note that we know that we can hide from Cloumn chooser but since this is valid only one user, we want to push to all user so that why we want to do this in Page Configration.  We have 24R2SU2. 

Hi,When Customer using the Mail Listener a email is send back with API Response , when they fill in a e-mailaddress in the “mail” parameter of the API Body. By default the response Subject is: Astea Alliance API Response.The question is, can we modify the subject so it will include the request id and/or refno of customer? Thanks,Robin.

We’re trying to support a business process in which a Product is delivered to a customer, but if there’s a problem with it, under some circumstances the Product will be replaced with a new one, and the original will be returned, remanufactured and at some future point resold to a different customer.However we can’t create Shop Orders or Shop Order requisitions as when we try to specify the Order or Requisition type as Remanufacturing the system generates an error message telling us there is no Product Structure Header for the Product as a Remanufactured Part.I can go to the Inventory Part and change the Part Type to Remanufactured but the original Manufacturing Product Structure is still valid.I can go into the Product Structure itself and create a new Alternate but that is still for Manufacturing I can create a New Part Revision and try to use that to create a new Product Structure to remanufacture the part giving it the same Phase In and Out dates as the original, but that then makes

Hi, I’m thinking this is just how it is, but wanted to check. We upload inventory a lot that needs to be converted to Fixed Assets. Hi,When I click SHARE->PRINT ORDER CONFIRMATION en my production environment, it takes 15 seconds to open de print option screen and even more if I chose to preview.I did the same validation on TEST environment, and it is almost instantaneous. I am short of ideas, disabled all rules, disabled custom field options, use custom configuration. I even add one me ifsapp-reporting and ifsapp-client containers. Hello - We recently switched from standard cost to average weighted cost as our inventory valuation method.  We are trying to figure out if there is a way to have one of the cost sets accurately reflect the average cost of purchased materials instead of using estimated material cost.  One example to help explain what we are looking for is is that we are starting to put tariff expenses directly tied to a part on the purchase order line as an “additional cost”.  We don’t want to change the base estimated material cost, but want the average cost of that part to be reflected accurately in one of the cost sets so we can use that for quoting and analysis purposes.  Currently, those additional tariff costs would not be reflected in any of the cost sets for that part.  Additionally, beyond tariffs if we are sourcing something from a temporary supplier at a different cost than normal we would like a cost set to reflect the average purchase price.  We’ve tested/tried a variety of different thing
