Hi everyone,I'm working on a custom consolidated task report in FSM where I merge multiple tasks into a single output. I created a new report template (FULL_INSPECTION_REPORT_GROUPED_4) to generate this merged report. When triggering the report generation from the WebClient, I receive the following message:"Report FULL_INSPECTION_REPORT_GROUPED_4 is being generated asynchronously."However, I never receive a follow-up notification or download link. The report doesn't appear in the downloads, and I can’t retrieve it from anywhere else either.Has anyone faced a similar issue with asynchronous report generation? Any guidance on how to debug or force the download (e.g., check report queue, logs, or configurations) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello,I am trying to create a calculated custom field to help approvers of count results that are in status rejected see easily the financial impact. I’m happily at the Entity Configuration of CountingResult and add Custom Attribute - Read Only, but with very minimal SQL language skills I’m stuck on which I need to choose, the Select Statement or the Expression. In a simple SQL program I can create a query to pull back the calculated field:Select ((Qty_ONHAND-QTY_COUNTED)*INVENTORY_VALUE) As Count_Valuefrom counting_resultHow do I translate this into an IFS custom field? Your help here is much appreciated.

Hi,We have some invoices listed in the Customer Invoices with Errors screen in IFS.When I click on Customer Invoice Postings Analysis, I can see the error detail as below:Value is missing for posting type M30 combined control type GRPSTAT code part A in company RODLTD.The posting control, M30, has been set up with the below control type. This has been set up for over 18 months and works correctly.Control TypeThe customer concerned is set up with a Customer Statistics group, which is valid and it set up with the M30 posting control details.Criteria exists for Control TypeWhen checking Sales Parts on the invoice lines, these have the correct classification also:Sales Part criteria exists for Control TypeThe Sales Group is also set up in the M30 posting control:Sales Group criteria also existsAre you able to identify anything that I’m missing?I believe the customer is new, so a possibility is that the Sales Group was not applied to the customer record until after the order was placed. Cannot explain myself around a behaviour in purchase order authorisation. Below is how my auth rule is setup. Note the ‘Use Delta Amounts for Auth’ is set to Yes. Now, my PO is initially a placeholder for total of 0.01 value. Then a POCO is created to add another line with a value of 120,000.An authorisation is expected on this POCO, however is not fetched when the Delta Amt for Authorisation is set to yes. In my pov, there is a clear delta amt which is within the range of the auth rule. When the Delta Amt check is set to no, the auth rule is fetched. System - IFS Cloud 23.1.3

Hi all,We have an on prem IFS CLOUD. We're trying to run Scan IT on Android 9 & 10 devices. The Scan IT App works when running on a Windows Device which is in the same subnet as the Android Devices.IFS CLOUD URL itself can be access via Browser, but the App produces:  We assumed maybe the SSL cert CA are not up-to-date. Hello IFS Community, I’m working on a report where the First Page is disabled and I’m using only the Repeat Page.I have a header text that I want to show only on the very first printed page (Red Block-screenshot below) (which is the first Repeat Page), and then hide it on all subsequent pages. How can I achieve this?I’ve tried visibility conditions using functions like GetPageNumber() = 1, CurrentPage() = 1, and PageNumber() = 1, as well as iif(GetPageNumber() = 1, true, false), but the report stops printing when I apply them. I’m on Report Designer 200.3.0001 (IFS Cloud 24 R2). Any idea?

Hi All, Does anyone have a list of supported protocols and algorithms by the IFS SFTP Connector?

Version used: IFS Apps 10 Update 9 I noticed that upon creation of a line in Customer Order, system fetches the cost of that part from inventory part in stock and stores in ‘Cost’ field at CO line. But, system doesn’t considers exchange rate if the currency in CO is different from the currency in which item’s cost is stored in inventory. E.g., If part cost in inventory is 100 BRL and customer order currency is USD, system is populating ‘Cost’ field at CO line with 100 value and does not apply exchange rate conversion. How to fix this ?#IFSRnD

Hi, We have completed work on service request 2368.  The service request has 2 scopes: 2372 and 2371.  We want to generate the Invoice Preview’s by scope which is an option.  The issue we are having is IFS is generating 1 Invoice Preview for Request ID 2368.  We are expecting an Invoice Preview for 2372 and a separate invoice preview for 2371.  See screenshots below.  Is this operator error or a fault? Screenshot of Request Cost and sales - showing 2 scopes tied to 1 request We are attempting to generate invoice preview’s by scope. 1 invoice preview generated.  We were expecting 2.

IFS Cloud Web version: 23.2.4.20240306160416.0Hello,We were testing the functionality of automatic invoice authorization and created the following scenario:In our testing environment, I created two POs for the same supplier (Supplier PO Matching parameters are per line, with a tolerance threshold established), with a placeholder $0 freight charge. When we invoice, we will update the invoiced price of the freight charge to what was actually invoiced by the supplier. One PO included a PO authorizer, and one did not. I processed the POs and received the inventory off of the PO line.I then invoiced off of each PO following the steps-Navigated to ‘Match PO receipts per line’ for the invoice line-Input invoiced price for the freight charge (within tolerance)-Then hit match allI found that the invoice for the authorized PO was automatically authorized upon line matching and the invoice for the unauthorized PO was not automatically authorized upon line matching. Would anyone have insight on to

The below 2 invoices were added manually to last weeks ISO payment run as they failed to pull through automatically based on the date range. Invoice 7010 should have definitely pulled through as it was already overdue in IFS.When preparing ISO payment run yesterday, we noticed that the 2 invoices had been left behind & were still sat in acknowledged status in the Supplier Payment Proposals screen. They appear on the payment proposal report that was downloaded but a remittance wasn't generated & having checked the bank, the payments haven't been processed.    Finance have checked & double checked the account record & can't see anything incorrect with the set up. The invoices are still sat as open on the Sales Ledger. Could anyone can provide guidance on how to resolve this issue as we have never seen this before. Thanks

Can I kindly know if we could add new specification controls in posting controls window or is it system defined. ThanksUwee
