Hi All,One of our customers is facing an issue with modifying (Cancel) the Project Forecast after the status is set to "Approved" and the budget is activated. Once the budget becomes active, the status button is no longer visible.Is there a possible workaround to allow changes to the Project Forecast in this situation?Thank you!Navoda

Hi Experts.We have this requirement to capture engineer start and end times of Time registrations. Example: Here in MWO they enter start and Stop time so the hours is captured. But in the Cloud we could not see these start and Stop times instead the Hours only??   We need to produce a Report to the HR with these Start and End times so that they can analyze Productivity with engineer time reporting pattern, so where in the application we can get these data? Following is an Exmple from another system you can see From and To time as well,,what we are after.   Kind RegardsKM

Hi,I get the following error when trying to deploy an existing workflow. Hello, Our customer has following scenario:Some technicians have different regular duties (e.g. office work) during their normal day, and they should be seen as absent in PSO. In this case, the easiest way to build this in the system would be to create miscellaneous resource allocations as recurring. For example, technician X is absent each Monday morning from 8 to 12.Does anyone know if this will be available in the near future?Thank you very much. Best regards,Iulia 

Hi All,We have a scenario where we want to share a (by the company that ordered the goods) Lot/Batch number with the supplier, that needs to be used in the delivery. This Lot/Batch number needs to be generated or given when creating the purchase order line. Once we are recieving this PO, and assigning na Lot/Batch number at reciept, its not updated towards to PO-line. Can someone explain what the purpuse is of this field, and how to use it?  Thanks in advance for helping.

Is there a way to handle such automatic replies or bounce-back messages from the IFS mail server side?Anything that we can do from IFS side?Thanks,Chamath

Hi,Please help me figure out why the EBITDA lobby element needs a workflow.The requirement is to activate the EBITDA standard lobby element in the Finance KPI section. Therefore, I’ve set up the Accounts in the EBITDS Accounting Structure. Nothing works. While the lobby captures manual entries, I believe there should be a way to streamline this process since it is a standard lobby element.Where might I be going wrong? 

Hello everyone,We've noticed some recent changes in the release communication format for the new 25 Release. Specifically: The posts no longer include a brief summary of the attached documents, which was very helpful in the past. The presentation format seems different and not as detailed or aligned with the previous structure. We are also missing the “IFS Cloud 25R1 - What's New in Cloud Platform and Tools” and “IFS Cloud 24R2 - What's New Summary” post, which were typically available. Additionally: There's no mention of the OAuth token timeout change to 3 minutes, which is important for integration purposes. If I'm not mistaken, 25R1 introduced the ability to cancel an already posted invoice, but I haven't found any official documentation on this feature yet. Could someone from ​@IFS RD Product Management , or anyone else ( ​@Patricia Baagø Ishøj ​@Bob Corrigan  ​@Nishantha Anuruddha ), please confirm where we can find the relevant documentation or updates?Thank you in advance

This is a functionality that looks like it’s been degraded in cloud and that is the ability to select multiple items from the list of values.For example, on NCR’s we have a “Source ID” list. In IEE we could select multiple items in the list by hitting CTRL and clicking the item we wanted to select and IFS would then separate those values with a semi-colon. Now in lists in cloud, when you select an item, it closes the LOV and you are then forced to manually enter the remaining items from memory.Is there anywhere in page designer that I can change this functionality? IEE, selecting multiple by holding CTRL and clicking, then IFS separates each value with a ; and does a search for source ID = INTERNALERROR OR source ID = MRB NCR OR etc.In cloud, hitting the down carrot to see the LOV, it only allows me to select one of the values from the list but I need to be able to select multiple efficiently. 

Where can I change the invoice date on a Customer Oder invoice to previous month before printing?I have changed the voucher date on Print Invoice screen but although it posts transaction in previous month, the invoice date is still today’s date?

Does anyone have any advice on how to use the ETM to return a list of events that were closed 2 years ago. I can get a list of events, I am struggling with the date of closure parameter. I am then going to push these events through another datamapper which will remove sensitive information. I have tried using the “daysFromEventClosure” drop down with no success. 

Hello, I am doing a few quick reports and what would help me is a full list of the available out the box functions within IFS.  At present i am using joins, but have noted that there are far easier ways of achieving the same results via functions. I have seen and made use of the following in some of my Quick reports. ifsapp.Comm_Method_API.Get_Default_Value('PERSON',t.person_id,'PHONE') Personal_Contact_Phone,ifsapp.Comm_Method_API.Get_Default_Value('PERSON',t.person_id,'MOBILE') Mobile_Number,ifsapp.Comm_Method_API.Get_Default_Value('PERSON',t.person_id,'E_MAIL') Personal_Email, Is there somewhere that I can find a comprehensive list of the available functions?Thanks,Noel 

Hi AllI have a situation where a POCO revision 0 was created automatically when trying to cancel [through a DR script] the original PO. So far I couldn't recreate it.  What I wanted to check through the forum is that, have you encountered this before? With regards to the automatic POCO setup, 1. Site - Enforce POCO is not on2. Supplier - Use the site settingHence in my opinion, a POCO revision shouldn't be automatically created. What do you think? We are running IFS 24.1.9 Thanks,Asela

Hello, In connection with IFS Cloud, except Oracle SQL, what other programming languages are you using with this ERP system?I read on documentation that some parts of BPA consists of source code written in Javascript and Java. IN BPA, it is classic javascript or the syntax is more like, for example angular, react or vue?How good should I know those languages if I want to be better in writting, for example these BPA?Thanks

I am working with BPA for validation purposes. To show a message I am using the IFS Failure Event (Validation Failure End Event) which is documented here: IFS Failure Event (Validation Failure End Event)My goal is to display a message from a variable. In my BPA I have a script task that sets a message variable like so:   I connected it directly to the IFS Failure and set the message to be ${errorMessage}:  When this BPA runs the message never substitutes the variable:   Any ideas? 

I want to create a report rule expression to use the customer ref field for an invoice, and to use the name regardless of if the user has entered this in upper or lower case.I have created the expression = UPPER([@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/CUST_REF]) Testing if this works how I expect it to it does not work how I would expect.  It works in PL SQL, so I now suspect it is not available in the report rule expressions.  I have seen the report rule is not being used in the report rule log. Does the upper function work on report rule expressions?  ThanksDarren

Hi Using Apps 10 and have just created a new work centre, i have updated the relevant structure with the new work centre ID and then ran CRP but i keep getting the same ERROR message“ShopOrderScheduler.NOAVAILABLERESOURCECRP: No resource available on work center PW4F3 when scheduling load source and order MRP/50167495/*/ operation 50 with finish date 21/07/2022.”Does anyone know what is causing this? i have checked the work centre and have 1 resource connected at 100 % Efficacy.regardsJamie

Hi all. I have a customer with IFS Cloud 24R1.(Application service update: 24.1.1Framework service update: 24.1.8IFS Cloud Web version: 24.1.8.20250101060353.0IFS OData provider version: 24.1.8.20241227073316.0)    When we create a new custom field, regardless of the entity, alway the background of the custom field is highlighted in salmon color, and this situation drives to user errors. Has anyone have the same problem? Could it be a problem with the installation? I ask this because I don’t have this problem in another customers. Thank you in advance.Best regards.Sergio

There is a need from the customer for IFS' B2B portal. However, there are the requirements for the following:- How can suppliers confirm an order with differences? Currently i set up the B2B portal but there is only an option to confirm without any differences (happy flow):- Are these differences automatically reflected in the purchase order or can an approval process be set up for the buyer?
