I created an element that should navigate to the Work Order screen. I'm getting an error that says be[Pe].replace is not a function when I try to click on the element. I tried using the 'to_char' function for the work_order field in the datasource to convert the field into a string but that didn't seem to make a difference.This is what I used for URL Address: page/ReportInWorkOrder/Form?$filter=WoNo eq $[WORK_ORDER]

HiWe would like to automate our server patching process which would require clean shutdown and then startup of the Weblogic components on the Apps server before and after. If possible we would also like to automate the startup and shutdown of the Weblogic components.We currently manually run mws-svr.cmd and enter the required info when prompted (Start > all > Password).Has anybody automated the running of this script and the interaction with it, and if so how?We are on Apps 10 Update15.Thanks in advance

Hi There,Could someone please put me in a right direction on the below issue. No recourses ( work center & labor class employees) loaded to PSO workbench after executing finite scheduling due to which shop orders are not getting scheduled.  

Has anyone come across a way of using a wildcard (‘%’ OR ‘*’) in the report Parameters so the user can select all without having to type the individual values?  They may need to run the report with one value in the parameter or  with no filter so it gets everything pulling through. Any advice is appreciated. Cheers

Hi, Can we als add Alerts to Ship Lists when Shiplist is creating and must send to specific warehouse or company?I expected this to work the same as with CS, SV and RP order. But when I set an alert on a specific to warehouse or to company, no Alert appears on the Ship List. Is this as designed or is it possible in another way. Note I am talking about Alerts not Alarms. Robin

Hi Is there a way to set the Qty to be inspected on the P.Req or PO lines instead of at receipt or on the part? We purchase quite a lot on the No Part Lines tab as a lot of the purchases are a once of unique purchase that is directly issued/consumed by our projects. Some of these parts would need to be inspected by the engineers who are doing the P.Req and POs. They want to set the line to be inspected when doing the P.Req or reviewing the PO before release. Is that possible?

We’re working with a client who wants to implement the Service Management module in IFS Cloud, but wants to use it in combination with the Service Module Work Orders. When we have a released Service Request with linked released Work Tasks, is there any way of converting the Work Task into a Work Order, or, as an alternative creating a Work Order and then linking it back to a Request in Service Management.We can create Requests in Service Management and Service/Work Requests in Service there appear to be links between them.Is it a case of we’re going to need to chose between one or the other or is there some way of being able to link the two together?

Hi! We are currently having issues with our IFS Cloud Instance and the print agent. The service seems to crash every now and then and needs to be manually restarted on our server which results in print jobs being stuck in “remote waiting”. When they do print, they are delayed up to 1-5 mins, regardless of quantity or the size of the job.  Is there any reason this could be happening?

Is it possible to copy multiple activities into another sub project in the same project or a different project? The option is available for single activity copy. We need to remove 10 activities from sub project 1 and copy it to sub project 2 under the same project. AS we have a lot it is time consuming to copy one by one.

Hello Community,I am trying to connect to the Build Place or Lifecycle environment using IFS Report Designer.I have already created the IAM account and obtained the necessary certificate. You can see following two screenshots for details.The Certifcate in the right directoryIf I try to connect using the following:I receive the following error messageWhen I try to access the URL (up to the landing-page), I receive the following prompt window. I am attempting to connect using the ifsapp username and password. Any idea what I am missing or I am doing wrong? I remember in IFS10 there was a system parameter set up for report designer. Am I missing something in the system parameter for IFS Cloud.Any advice to help me to connect to the cloud lifecycle place?Thanks,

We are currently upgrading from Apps10 to Cloud and we use Estimate in Apps10.Looking at Estimate in Cloud - we can’t find the Estimate tree level view.  We use this view to move items in and out of structures in the same estimate.Where is the overall tree view?  Does it still exist in Cloud?Estimate Tree View in Apps10Same Estimate in Cloud - only list and card view 

I write to ask some questions about the IFS file previewer for attachments. The ability to use the file preview is denoted by the presence of an icon shared like an Eye.I believe, if a user has permission to view the attachment in question, then they would see the 'eye' if the attachment in question is a supported file type.Please could I ask the following, and please could I ask if the answers to the following could potentially be summarised and published as an IFS KB article since I think this information would be useful to any IFS customer.1) Can a table be provided of which file types can be viewed via the IFS file previewer?If support for previewing of a particular file type was introduced in a particular version of IFS, could a note be included stating from which version of IFS this support was introduced?If there are some notable file types which you know are NOT supported by the IFS file previewer it could be good to call those out. (I would be keen to establish that .msg and .

We are unable to install the middleware due to the following error  Error: looks like "https://ifscloud.jfrog.io/artifactory/helm" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: failed to fetch https://ifscloud.jfrog.io/artifactory/helm/index.yaml : 403Execution failed: Create Priority Class in default namespace unsuccessful.  It appears that the username or credentials for the Runtime Repository might be incorrect. Could you please provide the steps to regenerate or unlock the Runtime Repository username and password from lifecycle portal?

Hi.We are facing issue with very slow printing. On Report Format & Output dialog when You click Print or Preview it taking few minutes to genrate printout.We are runing Apps 10, UPD 16.It seams to stuck on PrintReport.ReportFormatRequest Any ideas how to solve issue? Best regards

Hello, I have a client that has a distribution order with the same “Planned Receipt Date” as the customer order “Planned Delivery Date”.They want a one-day buffer between them. We have changed dates in the Supply Chain Matrix, lead times, safety lead times, etc. and still the dates are the same. I did not think this was standard functionality.Am I missing something?  

Hello,Due to the high volume of manual vouchers (mostly uploaded), we are looking for a solution to have them automatically reversed on the 1st of the following accounting period.Is there a way to automate the reversal of manual vouchers in IFS Cloud?While simulation vouchers are an option, the issue is that the resulting entries do not appear in our general ledger records.We would appreciate your guidance on this matter.Thank you.Fatimetou Taleb
