We are excited about digitizing the purchase return process. Currently, I am familiar with two return types: return for rework and return for credit.My question is, what happens next when "return for credit" is selected as the return reason? Does the system automatically generate a supplier credit invoice, or must users manually create the credit and link it to the supplier shipment?If anyone has complete documentation on this process, sharing it would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning, The technicians' shifts are generally 5/7 from 7 am to 5 pm.However, every week, some technicians have a shift composed of standard shift + on-call-On-call: (from 00.00 to 7.00) + (from 17.00 to 00.00) (Monday/Friday)-On- call: Saturday and Sunday: on-call (00.00 to 00.00).Shifts must be split up and separated from standard shifts, while during on-call hours tasks can only be assigned manually. (MANUAL_SCHEDULING_ONLY)How can I manage this in PSO, as I have visibility of the shifts in DC/PSO? My understanding is that the on-call=yes function does not allow me to do this and I thought I could handle this by creating shift deviations. Doing this for each resource once a week seems very time-consuming and not very smart.Is there a better and faster way? Is it a correct way? 

Hello,As I understand, if I assign certain users to a certain warehouses in the form "Users Connected to Warehouses" for this user in the form “Inventory Parts in Stock” should only be visible inventory parts in stock related to those warehouses.But I still see all warehouses in “Inventory Parts in Stock”, even if assigned only some of them:What should I do to restrict visibility of certain warehouses information in the form “Inventory Parts in Stock”?Thank you beforehand:)

I’ve got my Sales Contract (SC) revision set to Audit/Contract Change Order Required/Comment Required and it’s Frozen.  When I complete a Contract Change Order (CCO) the system updates the SC but doesn’t create a new revision.  It just updates the current revision.  Am I missing something or is is designed to work that way?Thank youPatrick

Hi, We are currently working on upgrading our IFS 10 version to IFS Cloud 24R1 version.It was noticed that Resource tab is not available under the Prepare Work Order> Tasks Tab  Resources can be planned under PM Actions’ Tasks.We would like to know whether this is the standard behaviour in IFS Cloud or are we missing the other tabs in Prepare Work Order page due to any set up issue. Thanks,Thilochana

We are using FSM SmartClient Release: 6 Update 29 Build: 8961to send scheduling tasks (activities) to PSO 6.13.0.62. FSM sends tasks to field ops via FSM Mobile. We have multiple datasets in PSO. We also use appointment booking in FSM. Things have been working relatively OK for some time now, however several days ago we suddenly lost visibility to the PSO Scheduling Resources Gantt view for one dataset and see that the FSM schedule nightly process PSO DAILY INITIALIZE has errored out for that dataset since this past Saturday. We’ve tried to do the initialize manually through Maintain Dataset but that doesn’t work either.At this point FSM is no longer able to generate the overnight LOAD file for that dataset to synch FSM and PSO. Our users have recently had some issues with the “Update Revision” setting on doc object connections, and i wondered if any other IFS users have had similar issues... On Doc basic (page) > Doc Default Values (tab) we set the “Keep_Last_Doc_Rev” setting to “R” (i.e. latest released revision). For the doc class in question, we also applied this same setting via the Doc Class management (page) > Doc Default Values (tab).We expected these settings to ensure that all doc connections for this doc class would follow that setting (unless a user intentionally edits the “Update Revision” field). Under normal circumstances, releasing a new Rev causes the old rev to become obsolete, and also causes the object connections to be moved to the Latest Released Revision (as expected)However, after a few weeks of running our process we found that several doc connections were set to “Fixed” instead of “Latest Released Revision”, and didn't really understand how it had happened (our users did not man

Hello IFS community,I have a couple of custom fields to move to an RDL, but when I move them to the layout page, they do not print in the PDF.I am running IFS Report Designer 200.2.0001 and am connected to the database that contains the custom fields.I refreshed the cache, and the custom fields appear on the IFS page and populate data, which means the custom fields are working correctly.You can see the custom fields and their location on the report layout (Screenshot below) . I saved the changes, after when I try to run the report, it does not display the email and phone information. I have them highlighted in yellow color (See Screenshot below)Here is the PDF part. It does not display the data.Any idea why the custom fields do not display?  

Hey,I am looking for whether an existing PLSQL Package exists with a method that’d help me in the following case:In an IFS Cloud Install, IFS Managed Cloud Deployment, Document Management using Azure File Storage rather than Database.Imagine a use case where within a PLSQL Procedure I need to retrieve the data contents of the File as BLOB/CLOB, in order to then be able to use it in the backend for other purposes (send mail, application message, etc.).Is there a known API Method you guys know about that I can use, passing the document keys (doc no, doc class, doc rev, doc sheet, etc.) as parameters, and retrieving the Azure File Storage hosted file data contents as CLOB/BLOB ?Tried to look in EDM_FILE_API, EDM_FILE_LOCATION_API but couldn’t really find anything in there. There’s Get_File_Data in EDM_FILE_STORAGE_API but that seems dedicated to database hosted documents rather than Azure FS.Thank you !

We’ve recently begun using shop orders and were asked to look at Engineering Part Revisions, and I’d like some help understanding what the relationship is between Product Structures and Engineering Part Revisions (specifically, the Consist Of tab). Based on what I’m seeing in the documentation, it seems like parts on the Consist Of tab of the Engineering Part Revisions screen should appear on the Product Structure. Hello,I'm trying to enable incremental refresh for FACT_GL_TRANSACTION, but I need to complete the initial refresh first. The dataset is quite large—refreshing accounting year (a full refresh using a criteria) 2024 alone takes around 15 hours. However, I'm unable to refresh the entire dataset. Once 2024 is fully refreshed the entity info says its no FRESH, attempting to refresh 2023 or any other year with entity criteria does not work. Any idea why?

Hello! I am trying to set up a REST Call Event Action. The idea here is that if a record is changed for a particular object in IFS, this should result in a trigger that is recognised by Workato which updates the corresponding object in Creatio. The fields that trigger this are DESCRIPTION and ORGANIZATION_ID. This means I have four fields OLD:DESCRIPTION, OLD:ORGANIZATION_ID, NEW:DESRIPTION, NEW:ORGANIZATION_ID. I create the following validated Payload:{  "old": {    "description": "{{OLD:DESCRIPTION}}",    "organization_id": "{{OLD:ORGANIZATION_ID}}"  },  "new": {    "description": "{{NEW:DESCRIPTION}}",    "organization_id": "{NEW:ORGANIZATION_ID}}"  }} I then set up a recipe in Workato using this as the Payload schema. I map Description to the corresponding object and field in Creatio. I then test this by creating a new record which has description as ‘Test’. However, the output to Creatio always ends up being the literal:‘{{NEW:DESCRIPTION}}’ instead of the actual value ‘Test’. Am
