Discrepancy in Has Follow on field in work assignment in work tasks

Test Steps follow,Create multiple visits for user 01 via PSO→ assign them to user :01→ then cancel the visit 01 (automatically system will cancel all the visits)In below WT example, Has Follow on field = TRUE for all the cancelled WAs  But for this example, only visit 1 as Follow on field = TRUE for others it is set to FALSEDoes anyone explain this discrepancy?

Apply Discount on Customer Order using Workflow

I’m trying to apply a disocunt on a customer order using workflow and i’m having trouble implementing this.I have identify the API to callI need first to creat the objkey then populate it the update the parent. Creating the Objkey  :  Creation : OKI populate the object : ​​​​​​ In the trace file, IFS didn’t use DiscountNo :  When executing without it, ifs ask to add it to the nested entity which i did.When executing i get the following error :   I do understand that i can’t add two discounts one as an ammount and the other as a percentage, but there is no discount in percentage in my call. i don’t get it. to replicate via aurena :    Thank’s in advance for any help

i’m probably missing something. Trying to make a simple call to CustomerOrderHandling to creat the customer order Header.tried it with simple quotes and without ‘ Always having error  When trying the same this with postman my order is createdany Idea please?

BPA Workflow - Set defaults values in sub Contract revision and Items

I’m trying to set defaults values to SubContract Revision and items → Items section via a BPA workflow.  Tried adding values for different fields but none of it worked. Above is the one I tried to add a default value for ItemName field.The projection Action I used is this, Any idea why this is not working as expected?Version is 23R1.

Error when approving invoice preview

Hello,I'm getting the above error “Identical tax codes are not allowed. Adjust tax setup on address and/or object level. ” while trying to approve the invoice preview. Any ideas where it's originating or how to resolve it?  Thanks and best regards,

Post Customer invoice without printing

Is there a way to get customer invoices into the PostedAuth status without printing?  One of our sites uploads invoices to a customer portal, so there is no need for the printed invoice.  We currently have the printing pointed to an invalid printer, but this just creates a ton of errors in background jobs.Apps 10 UPD9

Project Invoice Create Correction Invoice - Identical tax code error

Hello,We are using Apps 10, UPD13. Has anyone come across this error?  Do you know how to prevent it?Navigate to original project invoice - status = PostedAuth RMB > Create Correction Invoice RMB on one of the lines for the reinvoice of the line > Project Transaction Change Sales Price from 177 to 124.80 >Save Error - Identical tax codes are not allowed. 'Safety Stock' equivalent field in cloud

Hi All,Please help to find the field ‘safety stock’’s equivalent field in cloud. I can see the field in cloud backend with same name in IFS APP10 - ‘SAFETY_STOCK’ . available orders

Kindly what are the conditions for the customer orders to appear in the tab page ‘available orders’ to connect them. I have one internal customer order with reserved status same site and customer as shipment but it doesn't appear, the 2 sites are in 2 different companies. we are using IFS10. the addresses are identical and delivery information as well.Thank you.

IFSCRWebsetup.msi not installing on windows 11, try different computers same error then I installed all windows features of .Net Framework & Internet Information services. Then its installed but now when in IFS I try to print quotation it give below error“Looks up a Localized string similar to cannot load the Crystal report. Please check if Crystal Reports runtime version 2011 is properly installed.If you previous version of Crystal Reports Runtime installed, Please upgrade to crystal Reports Runtime version 2011.Contact you System Administrator for the further assistance.”In windows event viewer it show product version 13.20.0002, Please help how to come over this errors?and is there technical guide who can guide on which windows feature the IFSCRwebsetup.msi depends on before installation? Regards

IFS Cloud - 24R2 – IFS Cloud B2B – Report Contracted technicians work – Request Management Area

Hi Experts,I am trying to setup contractors to use with Request Management functional area. If I log into B2B cloud, I can see it still has ‘Subcontracted Work Orders’ option (which can be used by Contractors to report their work).I am not sure if it can be used with Request tasks ?. (non of my request task not appearing ?)In addition to that, is there any other way I can configure contracted technicians to report their work using this B2B client ?I saw that a new client is introduced in 24R2 (service contractors), apart from using it with bucket resources is there any other use of it ? (I could not find any details about it in ifs help documentations). Can some one shed some light on above please ?Thank you,Roshan

Routing lot size tab greyed out for Repair routing type parts

We have received the below from a user - and i have tried to find any documentation in IFS help but unable to find anything relevant: for info : IFSADMIN login works the same as the user - is there a reason its greyed out but its accessible via a fudge? HelloI believe I should be able to access the Routing Lot size tab in the routings screen for the routing type ‘Repair’ as it can be accessed when using a Prototype or Manufacturing routing type: The tab is greyed out for the repair routing for 5067s for example: …but not on the Prototype or Manufacturing order types:  It is worth noting that I can actually get into the routing lot size tab on the repair routing type if I go into the tab on the prototype/,manufacturing routing first, leaving the screen on the routing lot size tab and then reselecting the repair order type from the drop down list of available routings for that part number…. It would be nicer/easier if it was just not greyed out though….

IFS Cloud 24R2 - IFSADMIN Account Disable

Hi All,I recently performed an upgrade installation for a customer using version 24R2, and the installation was completed successfully. However, when attempting to log in to the application for the first time, it displays the message: "Account is disabled. Contact your administrator."  I have checked the account status from the database, and the account is not active. I updated the status to active by modifying the FND_USER_TAB table. However, I still cannot log in to the application. I’d appreciate any guidance, best practices, or documentation links you could share on this topic.Thanks in advance for your help!

My Employees setup my be in error, please help

We’re trying to check that we’ve completed our organization structure and position access correctly,   We have an employee to think is setup correctly but when we look at My Employees from the Lobby, the field is blank.Is there a setting that we’re missing that controls whether or not “I” can see my employees?Thank you

Migration failed ORA-20111: UserFinance.RECNOTEXIST: Access denied! User is not connected to Company

Dear all,Recently, when I tried to use the Migration Job to update the content in the database, I encountered an error message after execution:"Insert into FA_OBJECT_TAB failed - ORA-20111: UserFinance.RECNOTEXIST: Access denied! User 145409 is not connected to Company."However, I have confirmed that my account has been set up with the relevant company configuration, and most permissions are fully enabled.Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

odata post perform_get_attachment_stream error

Good morning, I am hoping someone has encountered and solved this before, or can help getting us on track.All servers are using the same version of IFS FSM (6u24). When trying to post perform_get_attachment_stream, we get the following error in our QA and DEV environments. { "Message": "The provided URI scheme 'https' is invalid; expected 'http'.\r\nParameter name: via"} notes: This function works as intended in our PRODUCTION environment (no errors, streams attachment properly). All other POST/GET/PATCH/PUT ODATA functions are working properly on all servers, including the ones where the "perform attachment stream" is not working. Some Screenshots:  Error in DEV:  Functional POST in DEV: (also using HTTPS) Funtional Post Attachment Stream  in PROD:   My best assumption is that this may pertain to our web.config in the ODATA app folder -  which does have a different setup between PROD and DEV (see below comparison)​​​​​​​  Has anyone encountered this before, or does anyone have sugg

Customer Order lines - > entering price

Good morning, Which settings defines which field you enter price on customer order line? Sometimes it’s field “Price Incl Tax/Curr” and sometimes  “Price/Curr”. Both of customers are in the same currency.  price/curr fieldprice incl tax/currBoth of them are with tax code 5%.

Purchase Order authorization rule inherited to Invoice workflow

Hi ExpertsI have an issue with a customer IFS environment. Somehow the purchase Order authorization rule gets inherited to the supplier invoice Worklfow authorization. If I check other standardsystems the worflow rule for supplier invoices was always separatly.Yes i check the settings in the company/invoce/supplier workflow. i do not inherit purchase requesitioner nore the buyer.Is there maybe a setup to prevent or aktivate the inheritation of PO workflow to supplier invoice worklfow?

ETM - Variable in datamapper to distinguish between incident and request event IDs

Hi everyone,  I have a channel with different datamappers, the main goal of the channel is to monitor a mail address and when a mail arrives it creates a new event or an action on an existing event, based on the content of the mail’s subject. The firs mapper if to set the variables, the second to create an event, the third to create an action and the last two manage the attachments for these situations. Recently the incident IDs and the request IDs are coming closer, and now I have some trouble with one of my datamappers.This particular datamapper is activate when an event id already exists and try to insert a new action in the event itself. However, if it tries to write a new action on an incident and there is a request with the same id, the import failed with the following error: Trying to debug a random import, i get this situation in my event fieldBasically, it finds two events with the same numbers (but registered with different CSGs), although one is a request with the prefix R a

How do you 'unset' your default homepage in Cloud 23R1?

It’s easy enough to set a default homepage, but how can we unset the default page so the user is shown the ‘Welcome’ page again with recent screens? I don’t see anything in Account Settings analogous to the IEE homepage that I can clear. Clearing the user profile does not clear the default homepage either. Is there another way?  I think I’m going to check the path to the ‘Welcome’ page with another user account who hasn’t made a default selection so I can copy/paste it, but that’s not feasible for everyone.

Migration Job Failing

Hi All, I'm currently attempting to run a migration job in a Linux-based environment. As part of this process, I have created an FTP location on a separate file share server, mounted that path to the Linux database server, and assigned ownership to the Oracle user.However, when executing the migration job, I encounter the following error:  Has anyone here performed a similar procedure for a migration job? I'd like to confirm whether I might have missed anything. Additionally, are there any limitations, such as requiring the configuration file path to reside on the Oracle Linux server itself?
