Dear Community, Amazon Business offer an ERP intergration (they call it punchout) which allow to intergrate Amazon Business function to ERP. That means that user log in to IFS Could, have an Link/Icon which navigate to Amazon Business where user can purchase specific products with business account. Does somebody have experience with that punchout/integration of Amazon Business?Thanks for feedback.regards Sebastian

We are upgrading to Cloud from Apps10, and found while testing functionality that we could not post a Manual Supplier Invoice without unchecking this box. (it was checked in Apps10 and did not have this issue)Just want to make sure that there are no unforeseen repercussions to unchecking this box.We do not use posting proposals...and post each invoice as it is created. 

Hi!I'm trying to get a descriptions in Swedish when I call an API such as:/AccountsHandling.svc/AccountSetThe API user’s default language is set to Swedish. There are Swedish tranlations availablie for accounts in the system, but I still only get them in English.Is there some setting or parameter I can pass to the API to select a different translation? Best regards   

We are upgrading to Cloud 24R2 from Apps10 and I have been asked about the NEW look to Customer 360.  Previously the employee could populate customers to view if a potential customer was actually already present in the system.The functionality of the new Cloud Customer 360 does not allow for that and you need to type in the customer id, not select from the populated customers.I know that other people have had to have this issue, how has it been handled?  Suggestions? 

I have a workflow where I am retrieving results from an IFS API. I have the results in a collection variable, but am finding it difficult to iterate through it to pull out the value I need. How do you create a loop to iterate through the collection (EquipmentFunctionalSet_Set)?

The daily values of the theoretical capacity for the future can be seen in the Capacity tab in the Work Center.Where can I see the theoretical capacity of Work Centers or Manufacturing Labor Classes of the past days, weeks and months?We need the value for a productivity analysis.Thank you :-)

Hello, I have an invoice that was posted and has a voucher # but I cannot find this voucher in the GL. I think it’s stuck somewhere but I don’t how to check where it is stuck. It is not sitting in Customer invoices with errors. Screenshot that this voucher is not in the GL:

Hi all,Working with the Dispatch Console i have  created one DataSet with one Service Organisation and 4 Delivery Units (relating with geographical places in the country).I want to assign a unassigned task (Delivery Unit A) to an engineer from the same delivery unit. However, the system allows me to assign the task to an engineer from another delivery unit:Is it a possibility to not allow the scheduler to assign a task with a delivery unit to an engineer from another delivery unit?  Thanks in advance.Regards,Irene

Hi Community experts, I have create a custom menu for BDRs so that our internal business users can self serve and find all the lists they want to maintain in one place in IFS menu.What is the recommended way to propagate this to other IFS environments like TST & PRD etc there seems no way to bundle them in an ACP,  for example.Or is it simply the case that you apply the required changes in each IFS instance manually as and when.TIA on this recommendation

Hi, I’m trying to create a navigation link from for example customer order lines to inventory part availability planning and want to add some additional filters apart from the partno parameter that is passed. Only showing sites with the part in stock would be great but when trying to add that condition, the validation of the navigation filter fails. Is there a way to make this work?Kind regardsKristian

Hello,I, and I’m sure I’m not alone, have the requirement to have a document connected to a Misc Demand or Misc No Part Demand be carried over to the supply which would be a purchase requisition line.  IFS does not have a “standard” transformation for this.  Has anyone defined a custom field that would carry from the demand to the requisition so that a normal transformation could be done?  (Extend the target view??).  Or, have written the SQL that could be used as a transformation method?Thank youPatrick

Hi,If I’m not mistaken, pPreviously PSO was only installed on premise.Is it possible to install PSO in SaaS,  the hosting should manager by the current hosting provider of the customer  (not in IFS Cloud)The installation is stand alone, not with IFS cloud.Thanks and Regards 

To plan and schedule work tasks from a work order on Dispatch Console, I’m trying to get the scheduling dataset up and running. However, I’ve been unable to connect the Maintenance Organization Site to the Scheduling Dataset.Individually, I can see the options in the dropdown for both, but when I select a value for either the Maintenance Organization Site or the Scheduling Dataset, the other option disappears.Could I be missing a data setup that enables the connection between the Maintenance Organization Site and the Scheduling Dataset?   Thank you

In EAM Solution for IFS Cloud 24R2, one of our customer is looking for Multi Company Work Order Execution Solution. Work order will be created in company A and work task will be created under same or different company site combination. Financials will on the individual task site and their posting control set ups based on site.
