@BSiemund
Check if you can select the attachment records from the mobile DB.
Then you can determine if the attachments are not synced at all or if it is “just” a UI issue.
If you cannot find them on the DB, check the sync rule.
Cheers!
Hi @Shneor Cheshin,
the DB records are on the mobile DB for table ATTACHMENT and TASK_ATTACHMENT.

Check if you have any filtration logic on the screen. Can be on the screen configuration or a client script.
If you checked all and you can still not see the records, I would recommend opening a support call.
Cheers!
@Shneor Cheshin
There is no filtration logic via client scripts on the screen.
And we´ve already opened a support case but the support said as this behavoiur is not in the base design it´s not a support case. We should open a consultancy request to get this analysed.

Sorry. This is the best I can do via the community.
You might want to check that the metadata has not changed or is not configured correctly.
Cheers!
@Shneor Cheshin
Metadata seems also right.
Thanks for you input.

Hi all,
we have an update on this problem.
If we enter the screen via the jump-to menu it works as expected.
If we open the screen via the button in task overview, i doesn’t work.
Anybody any idea?
Thanks
Benjamin
@BSiemund
What do you mean by
If we open the screen via the button in task overview, i doesn’t work.
What button? Is there any script attached to this button?
Cheers!
Hi @Shneor Cheshin,
it´s the attachment-sign button as you as you can see in the attached screenshot.
If we use this button we can´t see the attachments.
But via the jump-to menu the attachments are visible.
Thanks
Benjamin
Solution was to use the screen DebriefAttachmentList
