Hi,I’m new to IFS,  I want to download “IFS Developer Studio”. I would like to create a quick report on the Customer Order History which basically lists: Order NoDate AddedDate ReleasedDate Order Conf PrintedDate Delivered UserIdetc., The problem is that there can be many Order Conf Printed rows for the same order no.I have tried using Order No, MIN(history_no), Message Text, State etc., but would also want the UserId displayed but as different users may have printed the order confirmation then I could still end up with multiple rows being reported for the same order with the message_text ‘Order confirmation printed’. I did try:SELECT    c1.order_no, c1.date_entered entered_date, c1.userid entered_userid,                  c1.hist_state entered_state, c2.date_entered released_date,                  c2.userid released_userid, c2.hist_state release_state,                   c6.date_entered conf_printed_date, c6.userid conf_printed_userid,                  c6.hist_state conf_printed_state,                  ABS(to_date(c1.date_entered,'dd/mm/yyyy') - to

When trying to set in the company tab invoice - general the “Same No Preliminary and Final Supplier Invoice” checkbox, I got this error message:„There is voucher type J with automatic allotment set. Uncheck the „Same No Preliminary and Final Supplier Invoice“ fieldI was able to find the automatic alloment setting in Function Group Analysis, but this can not be changed.Can anyone help me to fix this?Thank you for your reply! All, How can you configure which information should carry over/come down from the list-view item above the one you are newly creating?  Example: When you create a new part need on a Request, the “line Code”, “place_id_from” and “location_from” are carried over from whatever part-need precedes the one you just created. (yellow fields came from line above it)On the Request template screen, it does not carry over the same fields. Generating a new Part Need (req_template_part_need) does not copy the Part Line Code from above, similar to how Request operates.How is this configured?    Where can we define what fields need to come over, and which don’t when a new line is created in a list view. Thank you in advance. Sincerely,-Rudy

Hello,  We are currently in the process of implementing IFS Apps 10. The system is setup as multi-site. We are a manufacturing company, and often times we have a part that will be manufactured across multiple plants. We may perform a stamping operation in one site, ship that part to another site for consumption in a Product Structure to create a finished part, which would then be shipped to a customer.  We are finding that part setup can be quite tedious and time consuming. There is a lot of manual entry to setup an Inventory Part, Sales Part, Routing, Product Structure, Purchased Parts, etc. There are a few shortcuts I’ve used such as Standard Operation, Routing Templates, Copy Part, and creating a Sales Part first to have the Inventory Part automatically created.  The vendor we are working with has suggested using a custom spreadsheet to create the parts and import them into the system from the spreadsheet. When I run the installation for the ms project to ifs project add in, I get the following error“Customized functionality in this application will not work because the certificate used to sign the deployment manifest for Microsoft Project Add-in for integration to IFS Project or its location is not trusted. Contact your administrator for futher assistance.” This seems to suggest that the certificate that came with my IFS 10 upd8 install is not valid?

FSM Application active users session_id will be stored in which table ? . I need the FSM active users session_id details stored table.  

I believe there is some limit that is being exceeded (Timeout=100000). Do we know if these emails are being sent asynchronously? Customer is trying to email a large volume of smtp  email messages, we get an error, but in smaller groups of emails around 100-125 they are processed without error. Hi,I need to get column values of NET_AMOUNT and CLIENT_STATE in Event Action Logical Unit:    CustomerOrderInvHeadView:        &AO.CUST_ORDER_INV_HEAD_UIV_ALLPackage:        &AO.CUSTOMER_ORDER_INV_HEAD_APII have created an event I used table “INVOICE_TAB” which is base tab on LUI can not see some columns(NET_AMOUNT and CLIENT_STATE) in atrribute list. Hi, How to move part from one location type to another?  Currently Part A sits at ‘Picking’ location but we want to move this to ‘Arrival’ or ‘Quality Assurance’ ?  I am trying to move it using transport task but it is showing me an error that “cannot move to location type “Arrival” when not connected to purchase order.  We have received PART A using purchase order. Please let me know how can we proceed on this. Thank you for your help. 

Does anyone know why I am getting the following error message when I try to export my Quick Report to Excel?Excel Plugin Error: ORA-06550: line 1, column 43:PL/SQL: ORA-01031: insufficient privilegesThe Quick Report runs fine in IFS and, once run, I can output the results to excel, but I can not simply  do the report function “Export to Excel”.  The report is written against a materialized view in IFS.  I can see the view in IFS SQL Query Tool and can preform searches on the view.The report is written using the following SQL statement:select * from c_pol_gl_sales_cogs_union_mvI have tried using &AO., IFSINFO., prefixes to view name with no luck.

We are trying to add a custom field on the page ReportPickingOfPickListLines. The LU in IEE is CustomerOrderReservation. But in Aurena page designer we are not able to add the custom attibute in Content. On other pages it´s no problem. Is there any limitations on what pages/lists we can add custom attributes?

Hi, We have non inventory sales part invoice in ‘Printed’ status and when I checked customer invoice posting analysis it is showing me an error for non inventory sales part “Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type M30 control type C49 code part B in company ABCD”  How can  I resolve this error ? Question: How are Aurena Global and Custom Contexts affected by IFS Applications 10 Core Updates?Example: Customer creates a Custom Context in IFS Aurena on a baseline installation of IFS Applications 10 UPD7. They subsequently deploy UPD8. Are both the Global Context and Custom Context automatically updated and aligned with UPD8 when it is deployed or do they have to manually update either or both of the Global or Custom Context?Reason for Question: Customer is about to take UPD9 and wants to know the impact on Global and Custom Contexts.If someone could sign-post me to any published information on this topic please I would appreciate it. I am trying to access the list data in the ‘task’ list on the ‘My Tasks Today’ page on the Tech Portal.  I have tried:   var listData=getFormDataLists('task');var listLength=listData.length;alert(listLength);   But this just returns 0, when there are tasks there?   What i am trying to do is retrieve the tasks, then cycle through them and then performing a dirty read on a checkbox i have added (user_def2), any that are checked will then be updated.
