Late PM visibility

Hello, 

Currently, I have condition based PMs setup to trigger for assets in my facilities. One of the issues I’m finding is identifying PMs that are late/overdue. I do not see anywhere in IFS where I can review current open PMs that are late or PMs that were generated and completed on time. 

I may not be looking in the correct place for this information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Lee Pinchbeck I was able to find my answer after some digging a few weeks ago. Using the Maintenance Plan Analysis, with a saved search based off of Remaining to Due value. This gave me the visibility into past due PMs, whether there was a WO created, etc.

Hi @cjohnson,

Does this relate to IFS Apps or FSM? I think either way what you are looking for would be to generate a lobby for this, there may well be a standard lobby that provides the function you are looking for.

I would take a look at the documentation for lobbies and give it a go.
