I am trying to see if a Part that i have on a MMR is currently on a PR i tried to use the below column SQL but keep getting a error message that missing expression, did i do this one wrong (CASE WHEN (SELECT COUNT(mmr.PART_NO) FROM &AO.maint_material_req_line mmr WHERE mmr.IS_CLOSED = 0  AND mmr.PART_NO = &AO.purchase_order_api.Get _Part_No(order_no))  >0  THEN 'MMR' ELSE 'NO MMR' END)  

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my question. Essentially, I have a customer that records duty charges (historical fixed values) on the supplier for purchase part which then gets applied to the purchase order accordingly. However, Duty Charges come through as a deffered statement from the HMRC and not as a form of a supplier invoice. These duty charges need to be matched as when the PO is received, the charges will sit with the PO value in the GRNI until it can be matched. The issue is that the HMRC are not providing a full breakdown and only provide a weekly final figure - which is tricky to match against as we don't know which lines need to be matched. Have you ever come across this situation and how the standard process normally work. I would have initially gone back to the actual submissions to the govt, but the customer has a third party logistics company do this for them. Any help would be appreciated :) Thank youMish

There are three columns on the Integration schedules screen, Trigger, Last Run and Next Run. If you schedule the task running daily, those columns do include HH:MM data. I’m wondering in which time zone those fields are?? Also, Integration Scheduling Wizard includes HH:MM field. Local Time zone?Here is a picture clip which causes confusion:

Is it normal that IFS (Apps8) does not make any live control on the lot/batch number when receiving parts into stock from a RMA ?IFS should suggest the different lot/batch no related the customer order line. Today, we can enter a lot No totally different from the shipment.Is there a way to do so ?

How to pass values of target key reference to my custom method as parameter.

I am creating a scheduled MIG job, which I want to output onto a particular server folder. This doesn't appear to work as I expect and I have noticed that you can perform an LOV lookup and I have some file paths already set.How can I add a new one to that list? I cant seem to find the screen in IFS to do this? 

Users are attaching documents to Purchase Order headers and we have figure out how to control who can see the attachment and who can view an attachment. Our problem is, anyone who can see the attachment can ‘detach’ it from the purchase order.   How can we disable the detach option from the right mouse button menu? thanks

When user is in Business Opportunity 120 and carries out RMB > Send To > Mail Recipient as Link The email created has the Subject Business Opportunity 120 - 120. Would it be possible to change this so that instead of the 2nd 120 (after the - ) the Description is used instead e.g. if Description = Supply Pipes the email subject would display: Business Opportunity 120 - Supply Pipes Thank you. 

Object Connection Transformation provides the means to support object connections to be accessed from business objects other than the ones to which they are connected. In order to do so we have to specify an object transformation method. For some scenarios it is not possible to map the target and source columns due to the fact that the source columns are not included in the target database view. Therefore how can we use custom Database methods for Object Connection Transformations ?

Hi folks,Does anyone know if Rnd decided to remove the functionality that was available until IFS APP10 UPD7, that we could change assignment status of an employee after transfer to mobile before the user download it. After UPD8, It’s not possible any more. Could anyone help please? The situation of my customer is that it has some external employees that they do a work but don’t have license, therefore the planner needs to assign a task to them and report time using the status change of the assignment.They send to mobile because the have some users that have license.UPD 07 UPD08 and 09 - Not available anymoreTks a lot

Hello, We currently use the IFS approvals feature, but one of the issues we are facing is that users have no way of knowing who requested their approval on a given item. Often times they may have a question about the approval and they have no way of knowing who actually generated the request.I’ve looked through the system, but I do not see any native function that will tell them who created the request. Is there any way to achieve this through a custom field or is there another way to obtain this info? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
