Anyone know how to change or edit the Email message format before send out ?

You can go to the relevant event action, which is sending an email of a certain event and then update the subject accordingly. Hope this helps.

We try to find on Event actions screen which is relating with above screen (Order confirmation print) but still don’t found.

Hi Apisith,
sorry about earlier, i thought that your particular event had a direct Email functionality but its more a report, whenever a certain report is created you this PDF_EVENT_CREATED event will be triggered, you will have add a new event action for your particular report, which is confirmation of order.

Hi Apisith,
If you want to create a new Event Action then you will have modify the REPORT_TITLE_TRANS as above, i think it is fine to edit this particular even action rather than creating a new event action where it will probably send two emails, which is kinda inefficient.
